    Secrets & Lies: Episode 124

    Opening Video

    - Noah didn't really know where to begin once Carly and Luke arrived at the Metro Court. He knew that he would be crossing the line by talking to each of them about Bobbie; however, something had to be done, before Bobbie hurt herself, or someone else. He knew one thing was for sure; he couldn't watch the woman he loved crumble and succumb to alcohol again.

Carly was the first one to arrive, and immediately made her way towards Noah. "Hey, what's up? From the tone of your voice, you sounded really serious." The last thing she needed was added drama. She had that the previous day when A.J.decided to waltz over to her home demanding to spend time with Michael. "Please tell me this isn't something I have to worry about."

Extending his hand, Noah led Carly to a corner to the far right where privacy was permitted. "Let's wait till Luke gets here, I don't want to say anything more until he's sitting with us," he said, keeping his voice calm. He didn't want to say anything at all until Luke was present; God knows, he would have his hands full if informing Carly ahead of time; but dealing with both of them was going to be a struggle.

As if on cue, Luke barked, "This better be good, Drake. You're cutting into my much needed beauty sleep," Tossing his coat on the empty chair, he plopped down next to them. "What's your reason for being here?" he asked, glancing in Carly's direction. "Did he summon you too?"

Sighing heavily, she checked her watch. "Look, Noah, you have us here, do you mind telling us what this is all about? What is going on?"

Folding his hands together, Noah leaned over to each of them, making sure that the conversation they had was strictly between them. "It's about Bobbie. I think both of you should know that she has been having a very rough time,.." he began, but was immediately cut short by Luke's brigade of questions?

"Slow the bus, bud. What do you mean by saying Barbara Jean is having a very rough time? Did something happen to her at the hospital?"

"Yeah, what's going on," Carly started in, but soon caught herself. She suddenly realized that the only reason why Noah would have both of them together was because something seriously was wrong. "Noah, tell me this, and tell me right now. Is Bobbie..." she tried to muster up the words to come out, praying with all her heart that it would not be true. "Is Bobbie drinking again?"

Closing his eyes, Noah had to tell them of what he believed was very true. "I believe that Bobbie is drinking again, yes."

"What do you mean, you believe she is drinking!" Luke bellowed, not realizing that he was drawing attention to them. "You either know, or you don't. Don't go making assumptions you can't back up," he challenged. scowl deeply planted in his already agitated face. "You tell me this, Drake, what makes you think that my sister is drinking again. What could possibly turn her back to alcohol?"

"Lucas," Carly's quiet voice answered back. Running her fingers through her hair, she quickly folded her hands together, continuing to speak. "Earlier this week, I stopped by the penthouse to see how he was doing. When I was there, I noticed a whole lot of boxes there."

"Come on Caroline, spit it out. Why do you say it's Lucas?" When neither Noah nor Carly would say anything, Luke's temper spiked. "Will somebody please tell me what the hell is going on!"

Glaring at him, and in a low voice, Noah snapped, "Keep your mouth shut and your ears open," Looking around, Noah shared what set Bobbie off on the collision course that she was on. "Bobbie is having a hard time coming to terms with Lucas being gay; she is also having a hard time with the fact that she walked in on him and Brandon having sex. Ever since then, she's been a wreck, both physically and emotionally."

"Oh my God, what are we going to do?" Carly questioned, worry etched in her face. "We need to be doing something. We need to confront her."

Nodding, Noah agreed with her. "We, however, have to get Lucas involved. It's going to be hard, however, right now, the first step is doing an intervention with Bobbie. We need to let her know that her drinking again can cause more problems than she realizes."

For the first time, in a long time, Luke sat in stunned silence.

    - Alexis Davis sat at her desk, going over some critical evidence for her upcoming case when her telephone rang. Absently picking it up, she answered her receptionist on the other end. "Whatever it is or whoever it is can wait. I am in the middle of something at the moment."

"Commissioner Devane insists on seeing you. She says it is rather important," Alexis' receptionist answered back.

Groaning a little, she checked her watch. "Fine, send her in, but I want you to call me in twenty minutes with 'something' for me to do." The last person she wanted to see was the newly appointed Commissioner Anna Devane; just the thought of her paying her a visit only meant she wanted something and she wanted it immediately.

A few seconds later, Anna made her way into the office, not waiting at all to be offered a seat. "Hello Alexis," she greeted, sitting in a chair across from her. "I won't waste any time. I'm sure you probably told your little receptionist out there to come in within, say, twenty minutes to hustle me out of here," she chuckled a little. "I want you to tell me everything there is to know about Sonny Corinthos."

Folding her hands, Alexis merely shook her head, knowing that Anna was really getting down to business. "Well, it looks like you are holding true to what you said in the press conference you held." Coming from behind her desk, she sat on the edge of it, glancing at Anna. "What makes you think I have any information to share with you about Sonny?"

Seeing that Alexis was going to be a little bit of a challenge in getting what she needed, Anna continued to push a bit. "Come now, dear. You of all people know some of the things that make Sonny tick; what keeps him one step ahead of the game. I merely am here to ask you if you could give me some of the information; after all, as you said, I hold true to everything I said about ending organized crime."

"Let me ask you something, Commissioner Devane," she said, letting the new title play at her lips, "what do you plan on doing once you receive this information? Mind you, I'm not saying I'm going to offer you any, but I'm curious as to why you waltzed your way over to my office first? Why not...say, Ric? You could have easily gotten the goods from him."

Smiling now, Anna raised an eyebrow to that question. "For starters, Ric Lansing would have been too, let's say over eager to hand over the 'goods' on Corinthos. You, however, not only have a history with Sonny, but you know some of his weaknesses. That information right there, could help me in so many ways in getting him off the streets of Port Charles."

Going back to her seat, Alexis opened up the file cabinet next to her. "If you had come to me with evidence you already had, then I would help you and prosecute the case. But you are asking me to provide you with information that could seriously come back to haunt me. I’m not saying that I have information, but if I did, I wouldn’t be able to tell you. I’m sorry.

Pulling her chair closer to the desk, Anna nodded in agreement. "Understood."

    ICU: Bobbie’s Intervention
    Wednesday, February 28, 2007

    Opening Video

    - Luke called Carly and Noah to inform them that he set up a 'visit' with Bobbie. He pointed out it would be at her house that the intervention would take place. Unfortunately for him, Lucas was defiant in listening to anything regarding his mother; therefore, he would not be there to help.

Ringing the doorbell, Luke waited for Bobbie to let him in. He prayed that this would not backfire on any of them. Heaven knows the last thing they needed was Bobbie lashing out or doing something that would harm her in the long run. When the door opened, Luke immediately smiled at her. "Hey, Barbara Jean, How's my favorite girl?"

Stepping to the side, she let Luke make his way into her house. "When did you get back?" she asked, giving him a quick hug.

"A couple of weeks now. I had so much to take care of, but I want you to know that I didn't for once forget about you," he didn't know how long he could keep up the facade of not knowing the truth. He hoped that Noah and Carly would get their tails over to the house pronto. "So, what have you been up to?"

Waving a hand at him, she smiled weakly. "Not much, to tell you the truth," she answered, rubbing her eyes a little. "I took some time off from the hospital. I just needed a break."

"Well, we all need that, now don't we?" Luke tried not to let out a sigh of relief when the doorbell rang. Trying to act surprised, Luke turned his head towards the door. 'Are you expecting company?"

Frowning a little, Bobbie slid off the couch to make her way towards the door. "I don't know. To tell you the truth, I wasn't expecting you to be stopping by," she replied, looking through the curtain. Opening the door, she saw both Noah and Carly standing outside. Her face immediately looked puzzled by the fact that the two of them arrived at the same time. "What's going on? What brings the two of you here?”

Walking inside, Noah removed his coat, hanging it up on the coat rack. "I thought I'd come to see how you are doing, and Carly happened to be at the hospital, so she opted to join me."

Carly wasted no time in hanging up her coat and walking towards the kitchen. "Do you mind if I make some tea, Bobbie?" It was her one sure fire way of seeing if Bobbie was in fact stashing alcohol in the cabinets. Plus, Carly was curious as to how Bobbie would react to her moving towards her kitchen.

Raising an eyebrow, Bobbie shrugged her shoulders, "I suppose so, but let me help you find the tea," she offered, walking towards the kitchen as well.

"No, I think I've got it covered, Bobbie. Why don't you just sit down and relax a bit," Carly said, waving Bobbie away hastily. "I went to the hospital to look for you, but Noah said you were taking some time off. So, I figured, since he was coming this way, I'd join him."

Bobbie didn’t like the vibe she was getting. Luke, she could see coming over to pay a quick visit, and of course, Noah has been spending time with her a lot; however, Carly's presence immediately raised the red-flag. Not only that, she began to wonder when it was the last time she saw Luke and Carly both in the same room without tearing into one another.

Noah broke into her thoughts. "Bobbie, come sit down for a moment, please." He was trying all he could to not let on what their true purpose of being there was. "Please, sit down with us."

"I'll sit down when one of you tell me what is going on," she answered back, looking at each of them. "Why are you all here? Be honest with me."

Wiping her hands on a dish towel, Carly was the first to approach Bobbie. "We're worried about you, momma. Very worried, and we all want to find out if there is anything we can do to help you."

Scoffing a little, surprised at what Carly was saying to her, Bobbie, smirked at her a little. "Why should any of you be worried about me? I'm doing fine." It was far from the truth, but she wasn't going to let on that she was a complete mess.

"Are you really, Bobbie? I'm not going to lie when I say that I have watched you fall apart at the seams for months now, and it's getting worse, “Noah confessed, taking her by the shoulders. "I've seen you literally fall apart, and in the process, reaching out for the bottle to soothe all your pain."

"I had absolutely no idea that you were going through hell, Barbara," Luke spoke quietly, looking at his sister, pained by all that she was going through. "Darling, if I had known that you were going through this, I would have been by your side in a heartbeat. I'm here now."

Bobbie instantly pulled away from Noah, turning her back on them. She had every reason to lash out at all of them for coming to her in this manner. She, however, collected her anger and kept it in check as she spoke to them. "Well, I guess I should be glad that I have family that cares about me, but you don't have to worry at all. I'm doing fine," she stated. "As a matter of fact, I decided to go AA to talk to someone."

Carly was skeptical. "You're going to AA meetings?" she asked, not at all convinced, but willing to hear Bobbie out. "Is that one of the reasons why you decided to take a break form work?"

"As a matter of fact, yes, it is, Carly. Listen, I know that you are all worried about me, but I'm going to be just fine. I'm going to go to the meetings, talk out what is bothering me, and bounce back. I promise you, I'll be fine."

Bobbie walks over to her desk and takes out the pamphlets that she picked up from the hospital. She shows them to her loved ones as proof that she’s taking her disease very seriously. Carly continues to look at her mother with a skeptical gaze, but tries to take her mother at her word. Noah feels bad that he would think the worse of Bobbie, but realizes he had to be done.

Luke looked in his sister's eyes and realized that he had to take her at her word. He so desperately wanted to take her at her word, "I love you so much, don't you forget that," he said, hugging her tightly. Kissing her forehead, he scooped up his coat and proceeded to head out the door,”You know who to call if you ever need someone by your side."

Carly and Noah were the next to walk out of the door, both trying to determine if she was being completely honest with them. As Bobbie closed the door as the walked out, Carly turned and faced Noah. With complete seriousness in her voice, Carly raised an eyebrow at him, "She's lying, Noah. I may not be able to prove it, but my mother is definitely not being honest with us."

Noah watched as Carly walked towards her car. Turning his head, he looked at the door of Bobbie's house. He prayed that Carly was wrong about Bobbie. He truly wanted to believe that Bobbie was getting a handle on her problems. He continued to look at the house, when the lights suddenly dimmed. Taking that as a sign that Bobbie was heading for bed, he made his way towards his car, as well.

Back inside of the Spencer home, Bobbie headed towards her bedroom, Opening the bottom dresser drawer, she pulled out a bottle of Jack Daniels. Opening it up, she looked at herself in the mirror, and immediately took a long drink.

    Secrets & Lies: Episode 128
    Thursday, March 1, 2007

Monica Quartermaine doesn’t react well to being blackmailed. Tomorrow would be Saturday, and David wanted an answer: her job for his silence. For a woman who considers herself to be so smart, she definitely to be so smart, she definitely thought of herself as dumb for not seeing the warning signs regarding her illicit affair with Kevin. She immediately composed herself when she heard the door slam.

"Have you talked at all to A.J?" Alan bellowed, sitting his briefcase down. "Father has informed me that he wants A.J. to join ELQ. I seriously don't know if he would actually join, but it doesn't sit well with me that soon after his return, he's being positioned into the family business."

"No, I haven't talked to A.J. at all Alan. I've been busy," she said, shortly, trying to keep her eyes from looking at the very man who could learn of her affair. "You know how Edward is, Alan. Besides, A.J. most likely told him no, like he's always done when Edward wants him to get involved with the company."

Taking his glasses off, Alan rubbed his eyes a little. He could sense the coldness in Monica's tone and he was beyond tired of it. "Monica, what is the matter with you?" he questioned, looking at her, waiting for her response. "I know our marriage is on shaky ground, but would it kill you to at least have a conversation with me, without all of the disdain?"

Trying to keep herself from barking at him, she spoke to him in a less hostile tone. "Alan, I've just had a lot of things on my mind; mainly coming to terms with A.J. being back. Now that he's back, things are definitely different; he's different, and it is a lot to get used to."

Alan nodded in agreement, and made his way to the master bedroom to change. He couldn't, however, shake the feeling that something was up with Monica; and the return of A.J or work had nothing to do with it.

Five minutes passed when the telephone rang. Walking towards it, Monica picked up the receiver. "Hello, Dr. Quartermaine."

A chuckle from the other end sent chills down Monica's spine. "Well, it's wonderful to hear your voice, Monica," David said on the other end of the phone. "Have you had a chance to think over our little 'business' arrangement?"

Turning to make sure Alan or anyone else wasn't standing by the door, Monica hissed at him, "You have some nerve calling me here at my home. I told you I will NOT be bullied by you."

"Look, don't consider it as bullying; consider it as saving you and your lover from humiliation. As I see it, Monica, you either step down from your position; appoint me in your place, or..."he said, knowing that he got her right where he wanted her. "You don't need me to say the rest. Saturday is approaching; you had better have your answer then."

Before Monica could say anything more, the phone went dead. Slamming it down, she grabbed her coat and car keys. She needed to try to find out if David made any kind of threats to Kevin. Kevin may suffer humiliation, but it would be Monica that suffered a whole lot worse.

    - "We are going to have to sit down and have a talk with Michael," Carly said, to Sonny, who was sitting on her couch that evening. "I don't know what's gotten into him these past few weeks."

Scratching his head, Sonny, looked up at Carly's worried face. "He's probably just acting out to impress his friends. It may not be all that big of a deal," he replied, not too phased by what was being explained to him. When he saw worry etched in Carly's face, he realized that it was a big deal to her. "What exactly did the teacher say on the telephone?"

Sighing a little, Carly began to explain what was said. "She said that one of the kids and he got into a little altercation in the classroom. Supposedly, this kid was poking fun at Michael and he decided to teach him a lesson……by kicking him in the face," standing up, she picked up an envelope, handing it to him. "That came in the mail yesterday. Michael is behind in some of his classes. Sonny, I talked to him about it, but he tunes me out. I thought if I got you here, maybe you could sit down with him and figure out what's going on."

Opening the letter, Sonny read it. He knew that Michael had a little rebellious streak in him, however, he didn't realize that it was getting him in some serious trouble. "When does he come home?"

"In another hour or so," she answered back, glancing at the clock. "I made sure that I was home just in case you needed me to step in."

Smirking a little, Sonny teased her, "What, no date with Prince Cassadine tonight?"

Rolling her eyes at him, Carly sat down on the recliner across from him. "Sonny, I make it a point to put my sons first, and Nikolas understands that. Besides, he's been pretty busy this week, so we haven't really spent time together."

He was tempted to make a comment, but held back. As much as he wanted Carly to be happy, a large part of him wished it would be with him again. Shaking the thoughts of past love out of his mind, Sonny put his focus on the real matter at hand. "If you want, I could head to the school and pick him up and come back here."

Relieved, Carly immediately agreed to his doing that for her. "That would be good. Once he's home, we can find out what's going on with him, set some ground rules and proceed from there. I just don't sit well with receiving not only a phone call but a letter telling me about my son's disruptive behavior."

    - A day had passed since Sam's visit with Lainey, yet she kept going over her confessed feelings about Lucky in her mind. She really couldn't understand herself as to why she was feeling the way she did. Putting her hands into her coat, she walked towards a park bench and sat down, looking out over the frozen pond. Maybe her feelings for Lucky were purely based on the kindness he showed her; regardless, Sam found herself thinking about him more and more.

Without warning, Sam's thoughts flashed to the picture of the guy who was with Elizabeth. Lainey told her that his name was Jason, Her brows furrowed at the flashes of memory of Jason reaching out to Elizabeth. Quickly shaking the brief images out of her head, she stood up to walk the opposite of the park. As she walked, she made mental note of how 'close' Elizabeth and Jason seemed when she saw them together. Maybe that is the reason why Lucky seemed hurt whenever he brought her name up. She knew one thing for certain: if she were with Lucky, he would never have to worry about being hurt again.

When she reached the opposite end of the park, she stopped suddenly, seeing someone standing at a distance. She didn't know if she should proceed, mainly because whenever she was at the park, it was with Nikolas, who was ever so cautious of her being out for too long. Brushing off the nervousness, she continued to look at the person who's back was turned towards her. Maybe if she quickly walked past them, they wouldn't be interrupted from their day out in the park. Taking in a breath, she continued to walk.

The petite figured woman seemed to have a lot on her mind, so she wasn't aware of anyone else in the park…..that was until she saw someone zip by her. She would have ignored them altogether, but saw a glove fall on the snow covered ground. Bending over, she picked it up, and quickly sprinted towards them.

"Excuse me. Hey, you dropped your glove," she hollered out. When the person stopped walking and turned around, the young woman was floored by who she came face-to-face with. "It can't be...." she whispered, unable to continue her sentence. "Sam, is that you?"

Sam, who stared at the unfamiliar face, suddenly became panicked. "Do I know...." she began to say, but stopped herself from talking. Fear overcame her and she immediately did what she could only think of; she turned around and began to run. She didn't bother looking back; all she cared about was getting back to Wyndemere as soon as she could.

The petite female, glove in hand, couldn't believe her eyes; Sam McCall was alive. Immediately reaching into her coat pocket, she hurriedly dialed the phone number of the only person that came to mind. "Come on, come on , answer your phone. As if commanded, a male voice came on the other end of her phone.

"Jason, I need to see you, and I need to see you immediately. Can you meet me at the park?"

On the other end of the phone, Jason's voice had a hint of concern. "Robin? What's going on?" he asked, "Is something wrong?"

Catching her breath, she looked at the glove she held in her hand. "Just get to the park as soon as possible, Jason. Once you are here, I'll tell you everything."

    Secrets & Lies: Episode 131
    Monday, March 05, 2007

    - Tonight was a very tense night for Patrick at the hospital, and it was bound to get worse. He could handle being taken off the roster to do a surgery, but he couldn't stand the fact that Robin was making it her mission to make his shift a miserable. He couldn't understand for the life of him why she would be so upset about his being nice to Sarah Webber; especially considering that Robin and Elizabeth are close friends. Shaking his head, he continued to sign off on charts he had in front of him.

"What is this? Dr. Patrick Drake actually doing some work for a change," Epiphany quipped, walking past him. "I heard about you being pulled from doing the Dawson surgery."

Putting his pen down, Patrick looked up at her. "I'm sure everybody has heard. Doesn't really matter much now, does it?" he answered back. All he could think about at the moment was Robin. "Have you seen Robin at all tonight?"

Raising an eyebrow at him, she dished out her pearls of wisdom. "You know, when you step foot in General Hospital, your main priority is to save lives. Whatever problems you have going on with Robin Scorpio should be left where they should be; at home." When she saw him roll his eyes a little, she shook her head. "We have enough drama as it is without you two adding to it." Grabbing her files, she made her way down the hall.

Moments later, the elevator doors opened up and Robin was laughing at something Steven Webber was telling her. “Elizabeth did that?" she asked, still laughing as she stepped off the elevator. "I can't wait to see her so I can tease her about this."

"No, no, you can't tell her. She would know for sure that I was the one that told you that," Steven pleaded, cracking a smile at Robin. Elizabeth definitely knew how to pick delightful friends, he thought to himself. Dr. Robin Scorpio was a delight indeed to talk with, and he hoped to spend a little bit more time getting to know her.

"You never did tell me how long you were planning on staying here in Port Charles. I know you and your sister came up here for the Christmas holiday, but Christmas is long gone. Do you have any thoughts of sticking around longer?" she asked, unaware that Patrick was a few feet away from her, listening to her every word.

Steven thought for a moment before speaking. Quite honestly, he had no idea how long he could stay in Port Charles, but the more time he spent with Elizabeth and old friends, the more he thought of sticking around. "The idea really never crossed my mind, to tell you the truth, Robin. I mean, I enjoy staying with Grams, enjoying her home cooked meals, playing with Cameron," he started to chuckle a little as he said his last sentence, "tormenting my sisters, even. But I haven't thought long enough as to whether I want to move back here."

"Maybe you could come back to work at the hospital full time. We could always use another pair of hands in surgery," she teased, blushing immediately after she said it. What was the matter with her, she thought. She was not one to toss out flirty comments; that was Patrick Drake's style. The thought of Patrick made her frown a little.

Steven could immediately see the change in her, and wondered if everything was okay. "Hey, are you okay, Robin?" he asked, somewhat concerned. Without realizing it, he placed his hand on her shoulder. "Whatever it is, you can talk to me about it. Any friend of Elizabeth's is definitely a friend of mine."

"Thanks for the offer for a listening ear, Steven, but I think I'll be alright. I was just thinking about something or should I say, someone, and by doing so, it's making me a bit edgy." Looking at her watch, she realized she had to check on her patient before her shift ended. "I better get to my patient, before I head home. I had a good time talking to you."

Smiling some, he couldn't have agreed more. "Not as much as I enjoyed spending time getting to know you," he replied, looking at her. "Maybe you and I can have lunch some time, that is, if it's okay with you?"

She was about to give her answer when she suddenly saw Patrick looking at them. Anger took over the minute they locked eyes. "You know what, we should have lunch tomorrow," she said, making sure that every word had been heard.

"That sounds good," Steven said, pleased to have another chance to be with her. "I could pick you up at your place around seven, if that's okay?"

Waving her hand, dismissing the notion, Robin smiled, well aware that Patrick was scoping out the scene. "Nah, don't waste your time coming to my place, why don't I just meet you at Elizabeth's?"

Rubbing his hands together, he nodded. "Well, tomorrow it is, then." He watched as Robin made her way to check on her patient. Smiling to himself, he found himself definitely pleased that he would be spending some quality time, granted it be dinner, with the lovely Robin Scorpio.

Patrick slammed down a chart in frustration once Steven was out of sight. He knew Robin was acting out in spite just to get even with him, however, he didn't sit too well with the fact that Steven was a little too interested in his girlfriend.

    - At Wyndemere, Nikolas was on edge. How could he not be? After learning that someone saw Sam, he was spiraling, wondering what steps to take next. Throughout the day, he cursed himself for going along with Lucky to begin with; also, he had to cancel another date with Carly, to which she did not sit too well with, but understood.

Raking his hands through his hair, he paced the study, wondering what he should do. Going to the desk, he picked up the receiver to the phone and dialed Lucky's number.

Nik: Lucky, it's me, Nik. Hey, we need to talk about what to do about Sam."

Lucky: I am very well aware that we have to do something regarding someone spotting Sam..right now, I'm trying to see if I can get Elizabeth over here. Maybe if she's here, I can find out if she was the one that saw her. What about Alexis, has she said anything to you?

Nik: No, trust me, she would have called me immediately if she was the one that saw Sam at the park.....This is killing me.

Lucky: I know you are going to blame me for all of this. Nik, I just didn't know what else to do at the time.

Nik: You're damn right this is your fault. If you hadn't opted to take matters into your own hands, then Sam would be on the right path in getting her memory back....We would have gotten to the truth as to why Helena had her in the first place.

Lucky: (pausing a bit before speaking) When you found out....when you learned that she was alive, why didn't you do something? I mean, you had the chance to do what was right...why did you go along with me?

Nik: I don't know....for the life of me, I don't know. Just the thought now of seeing the looks on my aunt’s face....it's going to kill her.

    Lucky: Man, I'm so sorry......

Nik: (cutting him off) No, you're not....don't even dare say you're sorry. Everyone that was there that night will be affected when the truth comes out......and you know the truth will come out that Sam is alive and that we kept her away from everyone.

As Nik continues his conversation with Lucky, he wasn't aware that someone was standing outside of the study, hearing his conversation. The figure quickly makes their way to the door, but was stopped when Alfred, Nik's butler, approached them.

"Madame, you weren't able to find Sir Nikolas?" he asked, with a puzzled look on his face. "He is in fact here at the mansion. Do you care for me to locate him for you?"

Shaking her head, furiously, the figure spoke to him. "No, Alfred, that won't be necessary. Just tell Nikolas that I stopped by today, okay?"

Opening the door, she let it slam shut behind her. Wiping her eyes, Carly couldn't believe that Nikolas was keeping the most damaging secret from not only her, but from a great deal of people that she cared about.

    Secrets & Lies: Episode 132-136
    Tuesday, March 06, 2007

    - The television was blaring when Bobbie woke up. Completely disheveled, she looked around, not sure as to what was going on. Throwing the covers back, she managed to get out of her bed, letting a vodka bottle fall to the floor with a thud. Her fingers quickly turned off the television, as she made her way down the hall to the bathroom. She felt so out of it, that she had a hard time trying to get out of her night gown, and into the shower.

As the water hit her face, she thought about her loved ones coming to her with their concerns; Luke's concern especially hit her hard. She's lied to Luke before, but never in terms about getting 'help' for her alcoholism. Unfortunately, she didn't want or need their help; right now, all she wanted was a nice hot shower, and to be left very much alone.

    - At General Hospital, Noah was going over a few charts when his mind drifted off to Bobbie. What she could be doing, he thought. Two days had passed since the intervention; two days since Carly outright told him that Bobbie was not being truthful in going to Alcoholics Anonymous. He didn't want to doubt her, but Carly could be very much correct that something is just not on the up and up.

Checking his watch, he realized that his shift was over in a few minutes. He would stop by to see how things were going for her; he needed to see for himself that she was in fact, doing okay.

    - Back at the Spencer home, Bobbie, freshly showered, made her way into the kitchen. The last thing she wanted was to eat anything, but her stomach was growling. Opening up the refrigerator, she decided to eat a bowl of cereal, pulling out the carton of milk. As she sat down to eat, she thought of how everything for her had changed. Lucas was no longer talking to her or even living with her; she couldn't come to terms with the fact that her son was gay. The more she thought about his lifestyle; being with Brandon and walking away from her, the more she wanted to drink to numb the pain.

Without warning, Bobbie started to sob uncontrollably. In one clean swoop, she slammed the bowl of corn flakes up against the wall, but didn't stop there; she was soon destroying her home in a fit of anger. Not being able to get a grip of her emotions, she went to the one place that had become all to familiar to her; the ice box. Flinging the door open, she snatched the ice cold bottle of Smirnoff Vodka. Walking through the debris of chaos she created, she slumped into the couch and guzzled down as much as she could.

    - Back at the party, Brandon was doing all he could not to throw up at the sight of Maxie making a fool of herself. The minute she sashayed her evil self into the pool room, everything and everyone around became tense. Looking at Lucas, Brandon shook his head as Maxie cooed in the ear of one of party-goers.

"What the hell is her problem? And somebody tell me, why is she even here to begin with?" Brandon grimaced, taking a sip of his beer.

Lulu was quick to answer, "Because she has no life, but loves to stir up trouble in everybody else's," she yelled, glaring at Maxie. "Isn't that right Maxie?!"

Ignoring her, Maxie, continued to talk to the obviously intoxicated jock that couldn't stop looking at her. "Will you help me do something special for my friend over there," she whispered, pointing in the direction of Dillon. "If you do, I'll be forever grateful."

"Sure, baby," he slurred, smiling goofy at her. "What you want me to do?"

Sighing a little, trying not to gag from the foul odor coming from him. "You just be patient and I will tell you everything when the time is right." Maxie quickly made her way over to the bar and picked up two cups of beer. She quickly pulled the vial out of her pocket and began to pour the contents in both cups.

"What the hell are gonna do?" Brandon snapped, obviously startling the troublemaker. "If you want to get wasted, do it somewhere else. Snatching her by the arm, he led her towards the door. "I'm getting about tired of you always finding ways to make trouble for my friends. It's time you left, Maxie."

Back by the pool table, Dillon was talking to Lucas. "I guess Brandon is taking out the trash," he laughed, finishing off his last beer. Placing the empty cup on the counter, he walked back to the bar and grabbed the two beers that Maxie spiked. Handing a beer to Lucas, he smiled a little. "You have a good guy there, Lucas."

Raising the cup, Lucas cheered to the compliment. "I'm glad to see you finally enjoying yourself, man. I know you had some tough times with Georgie, but hopefully this party will help you forget about all of that for the time being." Chugging down the beer quickly, Lucas wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. "I know I'm making sure I don't think about all the nonsense in my life."

"You mean with your mother?" Dillon asked, looking at him. "When have you last seen her?"

Waving his hand, Lucas didn't care to bring up anything regarding his mother. "I don't know, and I really don't care. She obviously doesn't care about me or my feelings, so why should I extend anything to her?" Coughing a little, he looked around to see where Brandon went. "Man, I thought this was a party. Why are we talking about folks that should be forgotten about?"

Brandon was about to toss Maxie out the door, when the guy she was talking to appeared. "Hey, babe, I thought you wanted me to do you a favor?" he said, looking at Brandon for a quick second. Smirking a little, the jock nodded his head. "Ah, I get it, you two want to have some 'quiet' time, huh?"

"No, no, no," Maxie quickly corrected him. "He and I are definitely not going to have any 'alone' time." She quickly moved away from the door, grabbing a hold of the jock, leading him in a new direction.

Brandon tossed his hands up in the air and opted to cool off a bit, exiting the party. Unbeknown-st to him, Maxie's plan was in full affect.

"Dillon, are you okay?" Lulu asked, coming to his side. When she noticed that he was a little disoriented, she shook her head a little. "Come on, Dillon, I think you need to lay down for a moment." she requested, trying to lead him up the stairs. Looking over her shoulder, she called out to Lucas. "Can you help me get him upstairs to lie down for awhile? I think he drank too much."

Still searching out the room for Brandon, Lucas quickly put his cup down to assist Lulu. "I think he had a little too much fun," he teased, as he got a grip of the railing to
help get Dillon up to the room. "Hey, let me take a hold of Dillon, while you go back and try to find Brandon. Tell him that I'm going to stay with him to make sure he's alright."

As Lulu ran back down the stairs, Maxie quickly fought off the advances of the guy she was with. "Will you get off of me!" she snapped, pushing the young man aside, keeping a watchful eye on Lulu as she came down. "Well, thank you, Lulu," she murmured to herself, pleased that she didn't have to get her hands dirty in the least. "You helped make my plan go off without a single hitch."

    - Jason hadn't seen or talked to Elizabeth since the day that she confessed not regretting their night together. He was grateful when she agreed to meet him at Kelly's. At the moment, he just needed to talk to someone; especially with the news Robin gave him, and the situation regarding Anna and Alexis. He smiled when he saw her come into the diner.

"Thanks for meeting me, Elizabeth," he greeted, watching her sit down. "I really needed to talk to you."

When Jason called, requesting that they meet, Elizabeth was hesitant at first, however, she couldn't deny that she truly missed him. Even after he admitted that he wished their night had never occurred, she still craved being by him. "You sounded kind of upset when you called, is everything alright?"

"I don't know," he said, folding his hands. "Robin met me a day ago and told me that she saw Sam or someone that looked very much like Sam."

Furrowing her eyebrows a little, Elizabeth had a hard time hearing the words. "Are you serious? How can that even be possible? Sam died." Instinctively, she placed a hand on his. "Maybe Robin was correct in saying she 'thought' the person looked like Sam."

"That's what I told her. There is no way Sam could have survived that fire," he said, trying desperately to convince himself. "But what if she's right? Robin has never lied to me, why would she start now?"

Trying to reason with him, Liz shook her head, disagreeing with the thought of him actually taking what Robin told him into consideration. "Listen to me, Jason. We all barely got out of that explosion alive. I know you miss Sam, and wish for her to be alive, but there is no way that Robin could have seen her."

Jason glanced at Liz, taking her hand in his. "I'm glad that you came to see me," he whispered, still brushing a thumb across her hand. "About the night when you and I talked...I shouldn't have said that I regretted the night we shared."

Shushing him, Liz let her free hand brush his cheek. "Don't worry about that now."

The two of them sat in silence, not saying a word for what seemed like eons. The moment was shattered however, when Carly barged into the diner and approached Jason. Not paying attention to Liz, Carly looked at her friend, needed so desperately to talk to him.

"Jason, I really need to talk to you," she pleaded. "It's very important."

Sighing deeply, Liz, looked up at Carly. "Well, Carly, I hate to tell you this, but the sun doesn't rise and set at your command. Jason and I were in the middle of something that he considers important, as well." She was growing tired of Carly's intrusions, especially where Jason was concerned.

Carly pauses, rolls her eyes and says to Elizabeth a puzzled look on her face: “Why are you here? Shouldn’t be baking cookies, or saving puppies or smirking or something? Don’t you have a home to go to? Or someplace else to be? "I'm sure you're little rendezvous was hardly of any 'importance' Elizabeth, but what I have to tell Jason is in fact, important and takes priority," she shot back, directing her eyes once again at Jason. "Please."

Realizing how upset she was, Jason immediately thought it could be about Sonny. In business mode, Jason spoke to Elizabeth. "I know I had you come see me, but do you think we can meet up later?"

Taking her cue, Elizabeth agreed to meet Jason later on. "I'll see you later," she replied. As she walked away from the table, she glanced at Jason who was helping Carly out of her coat.

"Carly, is this about Sonny?" he asked, wondering if he sent her to find him. "Did anything happen?"

"You know what, I really can’t see why you like that girl. I mean look at…smirking like she’s a freakin piece of artwork. Ugh….she just grinds my gears.”

“Carly!” Jason yells, trying to get her back on the topic at hand.

“No, this isn't about Sonny, Jason. It's much worse than that," she said, trying her hardest to get the words out. "I just can't believe he would do something like this..."

Puzzled, Jason immediately pounced on her comment. "Who? Who did something?" When Carly couldn't muster up the words, Jason's agitation got the better of him. "Carly! Will you tell me what the hell is going on? Who did something that is hard to believe?"

Tears stinging her eyes, she immediately reached for his hand. "I heard Nikolas talking to Lucky. I still can't believe that they did this..."

"Did what! What did Nikolas and Lucky do?"

"I think that Nikolas was helping Lucky keep Sam from being discovered."

"Excuse me? What are you talking about, Sam is dead," he firmly said. "Have you been talking to Robin?"

"Do I ever? No, what does she have to do with any of this," she said frowning at the mention of her name.

"Robin said that she saw Sam at the park."

Covering her mouth with her hand, Carly sat awestruck. "Oh my god. Maybe Saint Robin did well this time by telling the truth?"

Jump In to Port Charles #4
    Jason/Sam/Lucky/Liz/Alexis

The "Jump In" articles that we'll be posting will help viewers who haven't followed General Hospital/Port Charles very closely. These articles will update you on storylines told over the past year and help you further understand our stories.

Another story we retold in 2006 was the maternity story involving Sam & Alexis. Helena finally had something to hold over Alexis, and decided to go after her. She teamed up with Manny Ruiz (who wanted to kill Jason & Sam) and had Alexis & Sam kidnapped. The two women spent weeks missing, with those at home thinking the worse of each other. Sonny & Nikolas believed Ric might have done something to Alexis; while Jason thought Manny may have been behind Sam's disappearance, but couldn't prove it. Sam & Alexis eventually learned who their capturers were, with Alexis learning the startling news that Sam was her long lost daughter!

Helena planned to blackmail Alexis with the information, threatening to turn her daughter against her if she didn't do what she wanted. Alexis still kept Sam in the dark, and the two women teamed up to make contact back home. Sam made contact with Liz (Jason left his cell phone at the hospital by accident). After telling Jason about the phone call, Liz called Lucky to help Jason. Ric shows up at Jason’s penthouse with the audio from Alexis' car, proving that she taken. Jason, Liz (against the wishes of the others), Lucky and Ric went out in search of Alexis and Sam. Stan was able to trace the phone call and gives them the location. Helena realized her plan was coming undone and decided to kill them all. She arranged for the building to be demolished by a series of explosions. Alexis and Sam realized that the end is near for them as the building begins to explode. Alexis comes clean with Sam about her parentage, causing Sam to flip out. Alexis and Sam shared an emotional moment, promising to get to know each other a hell of a lot better if they made it out alive.

Meanwhile, Lucky, Liz, Ric and Jason found the building where Sam and Alexis were being held and barged in. Jason gets into a fight with Manny as he sends the others to look for Sam and Alexis. The others are able to find Sam and Alexis but are soon cornered by Helena’s goons. Jason rescues them, and then they all try to escape. During the escape, one of the explosions causes Sam and Liz to be separated from the others. Jason and Lucky find both Sam and Liz, who are trapped by fire. Jason tries to get through but the fire is too hot. Lucky is unable to move, frozen with fear and has flashbacks to the fire that allegedly took his life years ago. Helena watches the devastation, takes advantage of Lucky’s hesitation, and shoots him. At the top of the staircase, Helena forces Jason to choose who he’s going to save. Sam or Liz.

When Jason doesn’t respond fast enough, Helena pushed Liz over the balcony and pushed Sam down the stairs. Jason chooses Liz and runs to try to break her fall. Sam sees this as she’s falling. Lucky immediately tries to go after Sam but the floor caves in, causing her and Lucky to fall. With a wounded arm and head, Lucky still tries to rescue Sam. Frantically calling out “Oh my god Lucky, help me please!” Lucky goes as fast as he can. Just as he reaches her, another explosion happens, sending Lucky over another stairwell. Down in the lobby, Lucky is dragged to safety by Ric.

While outside of the building, Alexis argues with Jason to go back inside but he tells her there is no way back up. Another explosion happens knocking them all back. Alexis is horrified when she learns that Sam wasn’t saved during the explosion and blames Jason for not saving her. In the process, Alexis reveals that Sam is her daughter and Jason is responsible for her death.

In the events following Sam’s death, a funeral was held. Jason withdrew from his friends and family, leaving Sonny to handle more of the business. Liz and Lucky began having problems because Liz felt Lucky didn’t do his best to save her. Liz begins to bond with Jason more, leaving Lucky to nurse himself back to health. Alexis on struggled with finding her daughter, only to lose her, and imagined she was seeing Sam everywhere.

In the fall, Liz and Lucky continued to grow further and further apart. Liz began having an emotional affair with Jason. Going to him, confiding in him, while shutting Lucky out. Lucky struggled to handle the growing rift between him and his wife, eventually getting some advice from his brother Nikolas. One night after a fight with Lucky, Liz ran into Jason (who had received a package in the mail that reminded him of Sam) at Jake's and the two of them got drunk. The attraction between the two was too strong to resist and the two were on the verge of making love….until Lucky walked in!

Lucky moved out afterwards, sick of Elizabeth's behavior. Jason realized that it was too soon for him to move on after Sam and told Elizabeth he was glad they were interrupted. Things only got worse when Jason and Liz's friendship grew more on more. At the Quartermaine Thanksgiving, Jason brought Elizabeth as his date….angering Lucky and Carly. A fight ensued between Jason/Lucky and Carly/Liz, ending with no one happy. Lucky returned home afterwards and got the surprise of his life when a very much alive Sam showed up on his doorstep!

Sam, who has selective amnesia, has no memory of her life with Jason or the past year. Lucky felt it was his duty to protect Sam, especially after being haunted by her 'death'. He vowed to protect her from Helena and try to help her reclaim her life. He kept Sam a secret; Elizabeth thought Lucky was finally moving on with his life; Nikolas stumbled upon Sam by accident. Nikolas' roles as the dutiful cousin and protective brother kicked in as he had the two of them move into Wyndemere. Sam has been in therapy sessions with Lainey off and on since January. Meanwhile, Jason again tried to move on by trying to date Elizabeth. After the two of them finally made love, Jason realized it could never happen again.

Only Nikolas, Lucky and Lainey knew about Sam….until Robin saw Sam in the park (Sam thought she was alone). Robin spilled the beans to Jason while at the same time; Carly learned she was alive after overhearing Nikolas and Lucky talk! Jason sprung into action to reclaim the love he lost, arranging for Alexis to find out the truth when he confronted Nikolas & Lucky. Both were disappointed when Sam had no memory of them and wanted nothing to do with either of them. Jason also began reeling from the fact that Lucky and Sam appeared to have a connection!

Recently, Sam's behavior has gotten a bit suspicious. Where was she during the months she was missing? Moreover, why is she not afraid of Helena, the woman who tried to kill her? As Lucky and Liz prepare to finalize their divorce, what does this mean for Lucky and Sam? Will Jason & Elizabeth comfort each other in their heartbreak?

On August 4 a casting call went out from All Our Lives that stated the show was looking for the following: a male, has blonde or light brown hair, is in his mid to late 20's and has an innocent look. The answer as to who the character was and what actor would land the role was previously announced in the first issue of the DR-TV Insider. Viewers found out that former ATWT actor Craig Lawlor has landed the role of Benjy Hawk, the child who super couple Steve and Kayla almost adopted in the late 1980’s. In the article posted in the Insider it was announced that Benjy would be a long term character. With that news we asked if that meant a return of Kayla was in the near future, for in AOL history Steve is still dead. Michael Amello responded saying that AOL has yet to plan a return for Kayla or Mary Beth Evans at this moment in time.

In even bigger news comes the announcement that Renee Jones a.k.a Lexie Carver will start appearing on the blog soap. From the head writer himself we have learned that she has been given a contract just like Craig Lawlor and will stay with AOL for the foreseeable future. When we contacted Renee Jones herself she had this to say, “I am so happy Michael Amello decided to bring Lexie on his show. It’s great to be working in a major story again.” When we asked Michael Amello why he decided to bring Lexie back to the canvas he responded saying, “Renee Jones is a superb actress. It would be stupid in my mind not to have her on screen. I knew from the first day of production that I wanted to bring Lexie back into the fold and am now happy that fans will finally be able to see her story unfold.”

With this news many fans are speculating if a return of Stefano and Joseph Mascolo is in the cards. Also adding to that speculation is how in episode 12, E.J’s Prisoners are Revealed, E.J was shown talking to Stefano, though he was not seen to viewers. Sadly an AOL rep declined to comment on this particular rumour. Hopefully in time we will get to the bottom of this.

    Secrets & Lies: Episode 31
    Saturday November 25, 2006

    Opening Video

    Act I

Thanksgiving with the Quartermaines….what should be a great celebration for what the citizens of Port Charles are thankful for ends up a disaster. It wouldn’t be a holiday at the Quartermaines’ without some drama right?

The evening starts off pretty tame you can say. There’s a bad storm outside, but no one is letting that get them down.

Monica received a card in the mail from Emily wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving and is sad that she wasn’t able to be home for holiday. Emily’s absence hits Monica quite hard. Alan notices how much his wife misses their daughter and goes over to hug her. Kevin witnesses this and forces a smile. Monica then tells Alan she’s fine and walks away.

Lucky talks with Lulu, Lucas and Dillon about his return to work. Lulu changes the subject and wonders if Lucky has begun to make inroads with Elizabeth yet, but Lucky says it’s not up to him to do so. Elizabeth knew she was wrong and he has a right to be upset.

“I that she made a mistake. But I mean, we’re only human. We all make mistakes Lucky. At least she didn’t sleep with him,” says Dillon.

“I’ll tell you what, the first time you see your wife mounting someone who isn’t you, tell me how you feel.”

    Act II

Bobbie comes up while they’re talking and puts her arm around Lucky. She informs all of her family that tonight is about being thankful for what we have. Not to discuss the problems we’ve all been having. Bobbie gives a long look at Lucas who realizes that his mother is trying very hard to be nice to him today. Lucas just rolls his eyes and goes over to Carly who’s talking with Monica and Edward about Michael. Carly excuses herself to speak with Lucas.

“What in the hell your problem?”

“It’s Mom. She’s trying to hard to be nice to me.”

    “And your problem is?”

“She shouldn’t have to try. It should be easy for her.”

“Honestly Lucas, I think you’re being too hard on her. Bobbie has a lot of things to deal with, and I think you should be grateful that she’s doing her best not to argue with you about your sexuality. All I can say is for you to----”

Carly stops talking when Jason enters the Quartermaine Mansion with Elizabeth at his side. Lucky can’t believe that Jason actually showed up to Thanksgiving Dinner, especially with his wife. Alan and Monica go greet the two of them at the door, trying to make Jason as comfortable as possible.

Lulu walks up to the two of them and makes a snide comment towards Liz. Luke pulls his daughter away and tells her to go make nice with Bobbie. Luke’s attention is diverted to his wife who calls him into one of the offices. With a huge smile on her face, Tracy informs Luke that she overheard Lorenzo and Skye talking about their engagement. Tracy realizes this will definitely set Edward off and cause Skye to fall out of favor with the Quartermaines. Tracy doesn’t understand why Luke isn’t so surprised with this news. Against his better judgment, he reveals to Tracy that he’s known for a while now that they’re engaged. Tracy can’t believe that Luke would keep this secret from her. He apologizes and promises that the secrets are all out between them. Tracy vows that by the end of the night, the Quartermaine’s will know Skye’s little secret.

    Act III

In the den, Alan, Noah & Kevin discuss some hospital business. Alan mentions that his search for a Chief Resident is going pretty well. Noah asks if the hospital has found someone to lead their cardiology department, to which Alan replies there is someone interested in the job. They’re scheduled for an interview on Thursday. Justus enters soon after and tells Alan that he’s moving to Boston to join the law firm of Poole, Crane and Schmidt. When asked if he’ll continue to do ELQ business, Justus re-assures Alan that he’ll stay on as council for ELQ, but thinks that moving to Boston would definitely further his career.

Jason is surprised that Carly is acting civil towards Elizabeth. Carly says that all she wants is Jason to be happy, but thinks that going after Liz is a bad idea. Lucky comes up soon after and demands to know why Jason and Liz showed up. Jason snarks that he’s a Quartermaine, the real question is why Lucky showed up. Lucky gets ready to snap at Jason when Nikolas arrives with baby Spencer…..and Courtney!

While Alexis and Lulu help Nikolas get the baby situated, Courtney walks over to Carly and Sonny. Sonny looks happy see his sister and gives her a hug. Courtney tells them how her foundation is going really well in California and she’s looking forward to returning to Port Charles permanently. Carly doesn’t seem too thrilled with the prospect of that happening, especially since if Courtney returns, Nikolas’ old feelings may resurface.

Upstairs, Skye kisses Lorenzo romantically. Lorenzo feels that Edward is staring a hole through him. Skye tries to take his mind off of her grandfather, but Lorenzo is adamant on having a good relationship with his future grandfather-in-law. Skye decides to go check on things in the kitchen so Lorenzo can talk to Edward.

Lorenzo kindly wishes Edward a happy Thanksgiving Day. Instead of accepting his warm wishes, Edward tells him it would be an even happier Thanksgiving if Lorenzo wasn’t around. Lorenzo smiles, and then grabs Edward.

“I don’t know what your problem is old man, but you need to learn some respect. I will not be spoken down to anymore. You had better get used to me being around. Because I’m not going anywhere.”

Lorenzo then fixes Edward’s tie, and turns to walks away. Edward grabs Lorenzo’s arm and proceeds to give him a warning.

“Now you listen to me you degenerate scoundrel. I may be old, but I am not above kicking your ass if need be. It is you who should learn some respect. This is my house and I will not be spoken to in such a manner. I always get what I want in the end. And what I want, is you out of my granddaughter’s life. You don’t want me for an enemy Mr. Alcazar.”

Alice walks up and stands next to Edward.

“Is everything alright here Mr. Q?”

“Oh everything is fine Alice. Mr. Alcazar and I were just discussing how important it is to respect one another. Isn’t that right?”

    “Correct.”

    Act IV

Suddenly a loud, piercing scream comes from the kitchen. Glasses and plates are heard being broken followed by a loud gobbling sound. To the surprise of Edward and the rest of the people at the Quartermaine Mansion, Cook runs from the kitchen and is being chased by a wild Turkey!

“What in the hell is going on here,” yells Edward.

“When you said you wanted a fresh turkey this year Mr. Q, I thought you couldn’t get any fresher than a real turkey. So I arranged for this turkey to be delivered. But I thought we had already uh…prepared it for cooking.”

While the Quartermaines and the staff chase the wild turkey throughout the house, Lucky watches as Jason whispers something into Elizabeth’s ear. She laughs and touches his shoulder. Lucky heads towards Liz and Jason. Nikolas sees what’s coming but is unable to get to him because of the baby. Lucky taps Jason on his shoulder and punches him right in the mouth!

Nikolas runs over to try and stop it but gets punched by Lucky too. Jason, tired of being nice to Lucky elbows him in the jaw, then punches him in the stomach. Carly runs over to pull them apart. While Monica tends to Lucky, Carly tends to Jason. Elizabeth tries to see if Jason is ok, but Carly slaps her for being the center of tension between Lucky and Jason. Liz then pushes Carly, causing her to fall on the table with cakes and pies.

“You bitch,” says Carly. “You're gonna pay.”

“Aww, what’s wrong Carly? I thought you liked being on your back.”

Carly goes to charge Elizabeth but Sonny sends Max over to pick Carly up. He thanks the nearest Quartermaine near him (Monica) and promises to replace the table that Carly broke. Sonny gathers the rest of the kids and is ready to go. Bobbie and Noah leave with them.

Smoke begins to bellow from the kitchen. Cook accidentally turned up the oven, and burned the macaroni & cheese, stuffing and ham. Monica throws a hissy fit, angry that yet again, their Thanksgiving Dinner has been ruined. Alan tries to calm her down but instead, it makes her even more upset. A drunken Kevin calls Monica, Lucy, and laughs at her being angry. Monica throws the burnt ham towards Alan and Kevin and storms away.

Tracy just laughs at all of the dysfunction, and tells Dillon to go order some Pizza from Pizza Hut. Luke wonders why Tracy is laughing so hard. She remarks that she hasn’t had this much fun since she hired burglars to steal the turkey back in 97.

Downstairs, Lorenzo says goodbye to Skye. He agrees to take Lainey home since it’s on his way. Kevin asks if he can ride with them as well since he’s been drinking. Meanwhile, Jason offers Elizabeth a ride home, but she says she’ll ride with Lucky. Lucky tells her to find her own way home and leaves without her. Lucas tells Liz he can ride home with her if Dillon will take them home.

    Act V

After all the dust has settled and the smoke has cleared, the entire Quartermaine Family lies lazily in the living room. With no more guests to entertain, they all just sulk in the living room. Tracy and Luke stroll in with smiles in their faces, trying to get the family excited.

“Oh come on. Isn’t this how our Thanksgiving’s normally end? With us eating pizza? You’d think that next year we’d just skip all the nonsense and order,” says Tracy.

She tries to get the family to sing a round of “We Gather Together” but no one is interested. Alan says they have nothing to be thankful for today. Edward agrees and tells Tracy to sit down and shut up.

“On the contrary daddy. You know what Alan…..we all have something to be thankful for, and to celebrate too.”

“What are talking about now Tracy. Why don’t you just be quiet? It’s been a long day.”

“Well Skye, I’m glad you asked. It is my honor to announce to the family, that our very own Skye is getting married!!”

That surely wakes the rest of the Quartermaines up.

“No she isn’t Tracy. Skye wouldn’t keep something like that from us,” Monica says.

“I kid you not. I heard from the man she’s engaged to himself. The two of them are engaged to be married. Isn’t that right Skye?”

Tracy gives her niece a devilish smile, knowing that she definitely caught her by surprise with this announcement. Skye glares at Tracy and Luke, then turns to the rest of her family who have a disgusted look upon their faces.

“Yes. It’s true. Lorenzo and I are getting married.

Elsewhere, Lucky stomps through his house in a bad mood. Damn Jason for punching him. Damn Elizabeth for comforting Jason instead of him. And damn Carly for slapping Elizabeth. No one asked her to get involved. A flash of lighting followed by the roaring thunder outside makes him a little angrier. Lighting crackles, then the lights in his apartment flash on and off. He thinks lightning struck the building. Lucky begins to doze off, but is awoken by the sound of someone knocking on the door. Lucky tells them to go away, but the knocking persists. Lucky flings open the door and is shocked by what he sees. Standing there speechless, Lucky stares at someone who is supposed to be dead. Before his eyes, drenched in rain and tattered clothes is Sam!!! She calls out his name, and then passes out in his arms as GH comes to an end.

    - Lucky is surprised when Sam doesn’t remember how she got to his house

Meanwhile at Wyndemere, Sam makes her way through the tunnels of the castle , taking a new route to a secret area. She enters the room where Helena is expecting her.

"This had better be good Samantha. I don't appreciate being summoned."

Sam crosses her arms and rolls her eyes. "It's not like you’re my favorite person either Helena, but I thought you might want to know this information I stumbled upon. It's quite big….involving Nikolas."

Helena's curiosity has piqued now. The manipulative grandmother's wheels begins to spin in her mind, thinking of all the things this could be about. "Get to it," she snaps. "What is this 'big' news you have for me?" Helena reaches her hand and grabs Sam's necklace.

"Nikolas plans on asking Carly to marry him….I don't know when, but I overheard him talking to Spencer about it."

Helena releases her grip on the necklace and turns her back to Sam. A scowl forms on her face. Sam can see Helena is none too pleased with this news. "Now that you know, what are you going to do about it?" Sam asks.

"Don't worry yourself with what I intend to do Samantha. Return to where you were. You will act as if you know nothing, do you understand?" Sam nods her head and exits the room. Helena seems pleased with Sam's new programming. She knew over time Sam would begin to regain control, but the crystal around her neck acts as block and enhancer of Sam's original programming.

"My dear Nikolas….yet again rushing into a marriage proposal with someone beneath you. When will you learn to pick your mates more carefully?" Helena buttons up her overcoat, heading out through one of the private tunnels. "I will not let Caroline Corinthos bear the Cassadine last name…..and neither will her children…."

Helena closes the door as the scene cuts to General Hospital.

Monica sits in a chair next to Alan's bed. She has decorated his room with pictures of their family, as well as pictures of them together. She gently strokes his face with her hand. Emily is on her way to visit Alan when she notices Monica in the room talking to Alan. She pulls the door open just a little and listens in.

"What a year it's been my love. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving day. Last year we didn't have much to be thankful for. Emily had started a new life elsewhere. Jason was spiraling out of control and we had yet another year to mourn for AJ. But things are different now. AJ is home and well, Jason is working on his relationships with the family…and Emily….our Emily has returned, albeit not under the best circumstances but she's home."

Monica lays her head upon Alan's chest, listening to the beat of his heart. "I have so many mistakes. So many selfish, bad choices that have affected everyone in our family. I don't understand why this had to happen to you Alan. I never meant to break your heart…and I've done that, in more ways than one. You deserve so much more than what I've given you. But I promise…I promise when you get better, I will make things right between us." The tears begin flowing steadily down her face. She wipes them and wraps her hands around Alan's as she begins to pray. "Oh god…please…please let Alan return to his family. He means so much so many different people. Please don't take him away from us. I know I don't have much stock left with you, but if I do, please let it count for something."

Monica kisses Alan's forehead, tucks him in tightly and heads to the door. She's surprised to see Emily there. Monica begins rambling while trying to keep her emotions under control. Emily cries uncontrollably and opens her arms to her mother. Monica breaks down in Emily's arms and apologizes for everything she's done. Emily strokes her mother's hair and lays her head upon hers as GH ends.
