Company:

Olivia is eating with Emma.

Buzz walks over, "How are two of my favorite ladies?"

Olivia hugs him, "Hey! How are you?"

He grins, "I'm good. How are you two?"

Emma smiles, "We're good."

Olivia looks away.

Buzz turns to Emma, "Hey Em, why don't you go back and ask Lynn to help you make a special sundae."

Emma grins, "Okay cool."

Emma goes back to the kitchen.

Buzz sits down, "Something you need to talk about?"

She shakes her head, "Phillip's restraining order is about to be lifted. I can't let that happen."

Buzz sighs, "He's Emma's father."

She turns to him, "You were more of a father to her then he ever was. Bill is her father now."

Buzz nods, "And I understand that. But Harley thinks Phillip is back to normal now."

Olivia shakes her head, "No. Maybe for now. But it won't last. I won't let him take her away from me again."

Buzz stares at her, "Olivia, Phillip is going to have to kill me before he can take your daughter from you."

Olivia puts her hand on his face, "I actually believe you when you say that."

He nods, "You should because I mean it."

She sighs, "How did I ever let you get away?"

He shakes his head, "I have no idea."

The two laugh.

Spaulding Mansion:

Annie is in the office.

Alan walks in, "Hello Annie."

She smiles, "Oh Alan. Did you come to apply to be my personal assistant?"

He laughs, "Very funny. You haven't lost your sense of humor."

She sighs, "Well I've lost my patience so get to why you are here."

He looks at her, "You may have on the battle Annie. But the war is far from over."

She laughs, "Do you really think you have a shot at CEO?"

He shakes his head, "I was referring to Phillip. He's going to challenge you again this fall. And by then he'll probably have everyone on his side. You'll be thrown out of here faster than a used napkin."

She nods, "So you came here to gloat?"

He shakes his head, "No. I came here to offer you a chance."

Annie is confused, "A chance?"

He nods, "We were great partners once. We can be again."

She sighs, "Hmm, why should I trust you?"

He grins, "What's your alternative? To sit in your chair and wait while Phillip gets a plan to take it."

She looks at him, "Why me? Why aren't you helping Phillip?"

Alan sighs, "Phillip is very different from me. He has different plans. But you and I are much a like. I think we want the same things. We always have."

She stares, "What do I need you for? I have gotten this far all on my own."

He looks at her, "Oh really? Last time I checked you had partners in crime."

Annie nods, "Dinah and Olivia are indeed great allies."

Alan looks at her, "But how long can they be good allies? They aren't like us. Sooner or later they will get over it. Dinah Marler will throw herself into some crazy scheme and Olivia will throw herself into another man."

Annie begins to think about what Alan is saying.

Gym:

Remy is working out.

Blake walks in.

She spots Remy and approaches him, "Wow, you make it all look so easy. I can barely lift my gym bag."

He looks at her, "What do you want Blake?"

She sighs, "The same body I had when I was 20. That's why I'm here."

He is confused, "I'm here all the time I never see you here."

She nods, "Oh really? Well I just recently decided to get back into shape. New episodes of 'Light Talk' start soon."

Remy really wants to leave.

But a part of him wants to keep talking.

He sighs, "So how are the kids?"

She smiles, "Oh just great. Clarissa is starting Springfield High. Kevin is getting a job at WSPR. And Jason is considering law school."

Remy nods, "Following in Ross's footsteps."

Blake sighs, "So how have you been?"

He nods, "Fine. Enjoying my single lifestyle."

Blake is confused, "What about Lizzie?"

He turns to her, "What about her?"

Blake sighs, "I just thought you two... you seemed to be so cozy at the Bauer Barbecue last month. I figured you two were hooking up."

He shakes his head, "No. I'm not stupid enough to get mixed up with a Spaulding."

Blake begins to question her situation with Alan.

Cedars:

Alan Michael and Mel are waiting for another appointment.

Alan Michael has been talking to psychologist and other doctors for weeks.

Mel turns to him, "Do you want me to get you some coffee?"

He shakes his head, "No."

She looks at him, "I'm hungry, maybe after this we can stop by company and get a burger."

Alan Michael nods, "Sure."

Mel sighs, "You know Leah wanted us all to go to the movies. Anything you want to see?"

He shrugs.

Mel gets upset, "Okay I get it. You are mad at me. But I am still your wife. I made a mistake and I know that. But we can't just give up on our marriage because of one mistake."

He just stares away from her.

Mel shoves him, "Alan Michael talk to me!"

He turns to her, "I don't know if I'll ever be able to trust you ever again Mel."

Mel has tears in her eyes.

The doctors comes out, "You ready Mr. Spaulding?"

Alan Michael gets up and walks in.

Mel cries after he leaves.

Ravenwood:

Ava sits in her room.

The nurse opens the door, "You have a visitor."

Shayne walks in, "Hey best friend."

She scoffs, "Did you forget something last time?"

He shakes his head, "No. Why?"

She looks at him, "Why else would you be here?"

He smiles, "Because I like spending time with you."

She get sarcastic, "Awe? Really! Wow it's so great! We can be best friends! You can play with me, tell me how cool I am, teach me lessons, then you can go home to your real life and I'll still be here."

He sighs, "Is nothing good enough for you?"

She turns to him, "You don't get it do you? I'm not some charity case. I don't want your damn pity. I don't want to be the dumb girl that you are nice to so that you can feel better about yourself."

Shayne shakes his head, "You are so defensive."

She turns away from him, "Just go away."

He looks at her, "I know how you feel. When I was younger I was in a car accident. I was paralyzed from the waist down. I wanted to give up and be left alone. But Marina helped me and I eventually learned to walk again."

Ava rolls her eyes, "Wow I hope they made a movie of the week about you."

He sighs, "After that I joined the peace corps. As a part of my giving back. If you have then give. That's how I feel."

She turns to him, "And now I'm part of your giving. No thank you."

Shayne gets up and walks over to her, "You never know. Maybe I got a crush on you."

Ava shoots him a disgusted look.

Bauer Home:

Bill and Michelle are in the kitchen.

He walks over to her, "All the plans are coming together. The church is ready for our date."

She grins, "I can't believe in two weeks you and I are going to be husband and wife."

He nods, "Isn't it amazing? I mean we've come so far from the crazy year we had. 2009 has been pretty good for us."

She sighs, "Well with a few exceptions."

He nods, "Yeah well a crazy ex complicates things."

She sighs, "Well I wouldn't say crazy. Just... I mean you can't blame someone for still having feelings."

Bill shakes his head, "I would definitely say crazy. I mean I don't hate Ava but she is insane."

Michelle is confused, "Ava?"

He nods, "Yeah Ava the 'crazy ex'. Who did you think I was talking about?"

She shakes her head, "Never mind."

He can tell something is bothering her, "Is everything okay?"

She nods, "It will be. Once you and I are husband and wife. We will get everything we deserve."

He nods, "I think so too. I'm marrying the woman who's been my best friend my whole life. What more could I want?"

She shakes her head, "I can't think of anything."

Bill kisses her.

The two hug.

Michelle is trying not to think about Jesse.

PART TWO:

Gym:

Blake and Remy are working out separately.

Blake decides to take off her jacket.

Remy stares at the revealing shirt she's wearing.

She smiles, "Is there a stain on my shirt or something?"

He shakes his head, "No. Why?"

She laughs, "No reason."

Blake bends over to get something out of her gym bag.

She purposely leans towards Remy.

Remy jumps up and grabs her, "I know what you're doing Blake and it is not going to work."

She acts confused, "What are you talking about?"

He shakes his head, "Don't play dumb. I know you Blake. I'm not buying this whole thing."

She sighs, "I think you are reading to much into this."

He stares at her, "Why are you spending so much time on me? You have 3 children, a talk show, and so many other things to focus on. Why are you bothering me?"

She looks into his eyes, "Remy you brought out a passion in me that I haven't felt in a long time."

Remy nods, "I know since Ross..."

She shakes her head, "Before Ross. Remy you remind me of who I am as a person. You remind me that I'm Christina Blake Thorpe. And I'm not ready to give you up."

Remy pulls away, "You gave up on us a year ago. I'm not just gonna be some booty call for you."

Remy gets his stuff and leaves.

Ravenwood:

Shayne stands in front of Ava.

Ava looks at Shayne, "You're a real piece of work you know that?"

He walks away, "Why is that?"

She looks at him, "Don't you have a boyfriend?"

He shakes his head, "No. Rocky and I broke up last spring."

She is confused, "Still doesn't make sense."

He laughs, "Why wouldn't I like you?"

She sighs, "Well I don't have a penis, there's a start."

He looks at her, "I'm not gay."

She laughs, "Okay, did you have sex with Rocky?"

He nods, "Well ye-"

She shouts, "GAY!!!"

Shayne laughs, "You're so narrow minded."

Ava sighs, "Oh, you're not gonna pull that bisexual thing on me are you? Because I'm not stupid. I know it's not real."

Shayne nods, "I don't put labels on myself."

She laughs, "That is such a 'Gay' thing to say. That's like one of the catch phrases."

He looks at her, "I am attracted to people. Gender isn't my defining attraction. I have loved a man and I've loved a woman."

She nods, "Weren't they related? Maybe it's just Cooper's you're attracted to. I think Buzz is single."

He laughs, "No thanks. Maybe you and I wouldn't make a good couple."

She shakes her head, "Do you even know my last name Shayne?"

He sighs, "Uh... It's Spencer or Winslow?"

She makes a buzzing sound, "Wrong answer. It's Lewis. Just like you. I never changed it back after I married Bill."

Shayne smiles, "Well maybe you should keep it that way. Just in case."

Ava just rolls her eyes at him.

Bauer Home:

Michelle and Bill are going over the plans.

Michelle looks at him, "I was thinking you could walk down the aisle with your parents. I think that would be nice. Then my Dad can walk me down the aisle."

He nods, "Okay so who's your maid of honor?"

She smiles, "Marah of course."

He nods, "Oh good I asked Shayne to be my best man. Brother and sister."

She looks at him, "Will Mindy be in town?"

Bill shakes his head, "No she and Rusty are busy."

She sighs, "That's too bad. I wanted her in my wedding party."

He smiles, "Really?"

She nods, "Yeah she's your sister. That's why I'm asking Dinah and Maureen."

He nods, "Okay then I'll get Rick."

She looks at him, "You need one more guy to make it even."

He nods, "Well Dylan isn't available either. But I'll ask my uncle Josh. I'm sure he'll be cool with it."

Michelle smiles, "Great. Then I was thinking Robbie and Jude could be a little groomsman for you. And Emma and Leah could be one for me."

Bill nods, "And then Hope will be the flower girl and we'll find someway to make HB our ring bearer."

She smiles, "This is going to be the best wedding ever."

The two of them kiss.

Company:

Olivia is still with Buzz.

She looks at him, "I feel bad every time I look at you."

He laughs, "Ouch."

She shakes her head, "No. I'm just reminded. We fought so hard to be together. You gave up a lot to be with me. Then I broke your heart. You deserved better than that."

He smiles, "I do it all over again. You and I were very happy together for a while."

She nods, "But I was no Jenna. Jenna was the love of your life. You're soul mate."

He nods, "Yes she was."

Olivia sighs, "I don't think I'll ever find a love like that."

He looks at her, "You know, there were times that I was worried about us because of that very reason."

She is confused, "What?"

He sighs, "A part of me was afraid that Bill would come back and you two would get back together."

She laughs, "Me and Bill?"

He nods, "Oh yeah. You two were great together. I was worried that I was just rebound."

She smiles at him, "A guy like you could never be rebound."

He laughs, "I have been rebound before."

She laughs, "It's okay so have I."

Buzz grins, "Your soul mate is out there somewhere. You just have to know where to look."

Olivia hopes he's right.

Spaulding Mansion:

Annie is with Alan.

Annie looks at him, "So you think I shouldn't rely on Dinah and Olivia in the long run?"

He sits, "Of course not. Look at them. Did Dinah tell you she got shot in the head two years ago?"

Annie nods, "I heard something about that."

Alan nods, "The girl couldn't speak correctly, drive, or even hold down a job. And then there's Olivia. Another one of Springfield's lovely alcoholics. She may be sober now but it's only a matter of time before that bottle is back in her hands."

Annie sighs, "I'm well aware of that."

Alan sighs, "Come on! Look eventually they are going to get tired of this business stuff and they will go back to being simple housewives."

Annie shakes her head, "Dinah isn't like that."

Alan nods, "Well you may know Dinah well. But I know Olivia. Let me tell you something about Olivia Spencer. She may be heartless at times. Which as we both know is very helpful. But there are times where she gets it in her head that she is being to bad and has to stop it."

Annie nods, "Really?"

He nods, "We were together for a while. Then she got it in her head that I was bad and Phillip was good. Next thing I know she's pregnant with his child."

Annie nods, "I'll be honest. I've been thinking of cutting Olivia from my team."

Alan smiles, "Got anything in mind?"

She sighs, "Well this is off the top of my head. But I may have a plan to get rid of Olivia and damage Phillip's reputation."

He grins, "I like the sound of that. Two birds with one stone."

Annie and Alan smile at each other.

Cedars:

Mel is getting a coffee.

She is on her way back to the waiting room.

Mel takes a deep breathe, "Everything will be okay. It has to be."

Mel walks down the hall.

She hears noise.

Doctors and nurses are surrounding the room Alan Michael is in.

She runs over, "What's going on? Where is my husband."

Lillian walks over, "Mel. Alan Michael had an outburst. He attacked his doctor."

Mel is in shock, "Oh my God! What happened?"

Lillian sighs, "I don't know. But right now they are trying to calm him down and help the doctor."

Mel cries, "This can't be happening."

Lillian looks at her, "Mel, I may not know you too well. But after everything that happened with Rick and Beth... I just feel like I owe something to you."

Mel is confused, "What are you talking about?"

Lillian sighs, "Okay, Mel. Once everything settles down Alan Michael will either be sent to the police station or another option."

Mel is confused, "What?"

Lillian looks at her, "You can request that he is sent somewhere to get the help he needs. And honey I'm sorry but I am highly recommending as a friend that you do it."

Mel can't believe what is happening.
