Down in the holding cells, the three cellmates Vivian, Julie, and Hope are silent, but Hope’s eyes narrow when she sees Megan approaching their cell.

Awww, I’m sorry I can’t come in there to beat you to a pulp, but no. I just came to see how you were doing in the slammer.

Hope

I’m sure soon you’ll be right beside me.

Megan

Sorry, Bo and I will be too busy planning our future.

That’s right, Hope, I’m finally going to get Bo all to myself, and since you are in jail, there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.

Hope

Steve and Kayla’s Apartment

Stefan Cassadine, still impersonating Steve, lies in bed with Kayla. She kisses him all over his body, on his neck, his chest, and lips, but he is hesitant to kiss her back.

Kayla

You know, things really have been great for us these past few months, haven’t they? No drama, just us enjoying our life…

Stefan

Yeah, Sweetness, I know.

Kayla, looking up at Stefan

Are you okay? You’ve seemed really off lately.

Stefan

I’m fine.

Kayla

If you say so…

Stefan

Really, I am.

Kayla

Well, I need to get down to the hospital, my shift starts soon.

Kayla kisses Stefan again, and then gets up and goes to get ready. Stefan also gets out of bed, grabs his cell phone, and dials a number.

Stefan

Mother, we’ve got to meet, and soon.

Salem University Hospital

Maggie walks into Abe’s room at the hospital, and both of them smile at each other as she walks over to gently hug him.

Abe

Its great to see you…but you really don’t have to come down here so often. I’ve heard on the news all about Hope, and Julie is already in jail too, shouldn’t you be trying to help them?

Maggie

I am going to support my family, yes, but there’s not much I can do to help either of them right now. And I want to be there for you, too, you have no one left.

Abe

Maggie, I’ll be fine. I really will be.

Maggie

I’m not going to back down, Abe. I love visiting you, you’ve really…been a great friend all of this year. I mean, I have remained strong for my family’s sake, but after losing Mickey, Alice, Doug, and all sorts of friends, you helped me finally get over it.

Abe, shocked

Maggie

Yes, you did. I didn’t know it at first, but you did.

Abe

Maggie, I’m flattered.

Maggie

And I am making sure you get the best medical treatment possible.

Abe

Maggie again smiles at Abe, and is silent for a minute as they stare at each other, and lean in…and kiss!

Kiriakis Mansion

Kate walks down the stairs of the mansion with a robe on, and sees Victor drinking a glass of champagne in the living room.

Kate

So, can I leave yet?

Victor

No, I’m still having that DNA tested.

Kate

This is ridiculous. I am no prisoner. And why you think you can hold everyone hostage in your own house is beyond me!

Victor

Well, we all still know you might not be Kate, and I won’t have you posing a risk to my son, or anyone else here in Salem.

Kate

Oh, you have a heart, how touching. I never tested your blood when you came back from the dead, and you did, like, twice right?!

Victor

That was different. You were shot in the head. Nicole and Jan were stupid enough to try to electricute me inside a bathtub.

Kate, groaning

Well, if we have to live together, then I want compensation! I want to be treated like a special guest in this house, I want to be allowed to leave when I like, and I want everything I had when I was Mrs. Victor Kiriakis.

Salem Police Station

Hope and Megan continue to argue inside the holding area.

Hope

Would you just leave me alone? You know you are never going to get Bo anyway.

Megan

Oh, we’ll see about that, Ugly Face. This time my plan is full proof, and those babies of yours will be calling me “Mommy”.

Hope

Megan, grinning

Oh yes…I will be taking your place…and by the time I’m done, Bo probably won’t be able to even remember your name, he’ll be so in love with me.

Hope

Megan
