READER'S LIGHT: Celebrating Guiding Light's 70th Anniversary.

1. In episode 41 of Guiding Light: The Brotherhood, Billy and Vanessa's marriage has fallen apart due to the fact that Billy became addicted to gambling and embezzled money from Lewis to cover his debts. Such an act is punishable by law and could possibly land Billy in jail. It's a place that Billy is quite familiar with considering that he spent a couple of years there. Which brings us to our question, when Billy went to prison the first time what was it for?

Hint: Involved the father of two characters currently on the canvas of GL:TB.

Answer: Billy shot the dastardly Roger Thorpe, father of Blake and Sebastian Thorpe.

2. In episode 37 Gus and Harley reminisced over memories of when Gus first arrived in Springfield working along Harley. When Gus first arrived in town he was much different from the man he was today. When he first arrived in town he held a grudge against one of GL's newest family. What family did Gus hold a grudge against?
