Maddie explains that Luke just hasn't been the same ever since he was kidnapped that time in Mexico. She tells of his constant temper tantrums, mood swings, and violent outbursts. Will becomes noticeably distracted and leaves the room. Maddie takes the opportunity to confront Gwen about what Jason said about her. Gwen grows cold and lies, saying she doesn't even know Jason Summers. Will returns with some stuff that he printed off the internet. He tells the girls that he might have just found out what Luke's deal is.

Katie returns home to find Henry scouring the house for Snickers. It seems that when Henry let him out to "exercise", he went all the way and just lept out of his cage. Henry is startled when Katie recoginizes Snickers, but mistakes Henry for Mike as being the one who found FauxSnickers. Henry tries to set her straight, but Katie ultimately gets a headache and lies down for a bit. Mike walks in with Snickers in tow just as Katie starts to go lay down. The very sight gives Katie's brain an overload as she collapses to the ground in pain and tears.

John arrives at Java to find Andy there as well. Andy explains that he's about to go take Emily some coffee, since she's been working non-stop on the new issue of The Intruder. Andy voices his difficulty in deciding whether or not to follow through with pressing charges against Roxie and..well, their own father. Margo advises Andy to do what he feels is right and either way, she won't hold it against him.

Chris arrives in the E.R. to find Bob having a chat with Ben. As he overhears the two men talking, they notice him, too. Bob asks his son to what pleasure do they owe him for his visit, but Bob soon gets paged and has to run. Chris takes this as the perfect time to confront Ben about going behind his back regarding his dismissal at Windy Falls Hospital. Ben retorts that he did exactly what was necessary to calm his father's fears. Chris fires back that it's his own judgement that decides what is right for his father to know or not to know. Ben is shaken by Chris's outburst and excuses himself. Alone, Ben wonders what could be the reason behind Chris's recent behavior and his departure from Windy Falls. He vows to get to the bottom of it, whether Chris likes it or not.
