It only took a few weeks for TPTB at The World Of Oakdale to realize they had seriously messed up hiring Jordan Woolley for the new role of "Nick Kasnoff".

"He was new to the acting world. He had no experience whatsoever. But when we screen-tested him, he seemed 'okay'. Not good...but 'okay' ", says TWOO Executive Producer and Headwriter Dusty Alford. "With a few calls here and there, we were able to find the perfect person for the role and we look forward to what Jeff [Hephner] can bring to the role. We wish Jordan all the best in his future endeavors."

Hephner, whose past television credits include 'The Jury', 'The O.C.', and the upcoming CBS movie 'Water is Wide', should start airing February 10.

Girolamo's 'World' Starts Turning

Look familiar? Karl Girolamo first appeared on ATWT a few months ago as "Kevin", Luke's friend. But producers were so impressed with his performance that they offered him the role of "Heath Clayborn", and Giralamo was more than happy to take them up on their offer.

"I had actually just auditioned for a part on One Life to Live when I got a call from Dusty Alford. He was so impressed with my acting gig on ATWT that he offered me another role. I won't be "Kevin" this time, but instead, I'll be "Heath", a former flame of Maddie's," says Girolamo.

"Heath" and Girolamo should first show up in Oakdale on February 7.
