Thanks for the scoopage, hooked. By the way, I have magical powers. I created a new thread at SOC (ostensibly about Spinelli, but with Tracy motives) and within *one* minute, it was merged. Truly remarkable. I was advocating Alice as Spinelli's long-lost mother. My thinking was that wherever Spinelli goes, story follows. So, if he's living at the Quartermaines, he's living where Tracy lives... As it is now, there's nada in development that would give Tracy a story when Luke takes off in a few weeks.

After Sonny came in, Tracy asked Luke why he didn't frisk him. Luke replied, "Why didn't *you* frisk him?" Then, he said something like, "Go let your little self have some fun." Tracy laughed, took a drink, and walked off. So, I guess she did! When Diane came in, she asked Tracy and Luke if she had missed anything. LuNacy said, in perfect unison, "Nah!" Scraps, I know. Good scraps nevertheless. They started off the first scene of the show, again following the opening. Then, they were on the very beginning of the third act. Somebody at GH knows what hooks the viewers.

WORD, Remos! Gloria Monty was a genius at marketing as well as producing. She launched a PR campaign, the likes of which has never before or since been done for soaps. *And* it's thanks to actors such as Jane Elliot, Stuart Damon and others, in addition to Tony Geary, that GH had the money to do it. Almost 30 years ago doesn't matter now, though. How about recent history? The "return" a couple of years ago had more PR than any so-called event in recent soap history. And what did they get for it besides nothing? Time to stop trading on the past. They've gotten as much blood as they're going to get out of that turnip.

I noticed that, too, as I was just about to post and got an "invalid thread" message. It's only a few hours old, not that they need an excuse to delete Tracy threads at SOC. I started a new one, though, and if they delete that one, I'll just start another new one...

So many good things about today. TL is going to be busy adding to her kiss collection! Loved the way she touched his chest in the *sweetest* way when she was talking about his heart. Her hair is so much longer. How did it grow that much in a few days?! Anyway, it looked great at the opening. Lots of style and oomph. The rings... They're clearly back together. Maybe Guza needs a memo that Tracy doesn't have her rings. Anyone remember the spoiler about how Tracy lets Luke back into the house, but not their bed? Maybe that was part of the cut scene that should have followed her telling Luke he could stay. I thought it was cut to give Jason the chance to be redundant for the zillionth time. Now I wonder if it was cut because Guza wanted to continue with his stories which included LuNacy together. Either way, the rings need to be on her finger where they belong.

I was just getting ready to "send" and saw you'd already posted the spoilers, hooked. That's what happens when you try to do three things at once. Glad that TQ is on tomorrow and hope everybody's having a good week.

Thanks, remos. I've posted. By the way, the Luke and Claudia conversation regarding Lulu and Johnny spoiled for today didn't happen. Maybe the agreeing with her about keeping Lulu and Johnny apart was referring to his speech to Lulu, and the spoilers were off by a day. Works for me! *waves to funny*

Lainey, I think it's the writers who should have the scenes clarified for them. There was a midstream switch from Tracy's motivation being all about Luke to being all about Lulu. Since Claudia seems to be Guza's co-obsession now, along with Golden Boy, I think he lost his train of thought halfway through the Tracy scenes. How difficult can it be, though, to retain your powers of concentration for 3 1/2 minutes? I doubt that Tracy's on. There's a spoiler for tomorrow with Luke and Claudia, supposedly talking about Lulu and Johnny.

I think so, Halee. Sounds like it from hooked's spoilers, and there was another Tracy spoiler for the same day. There hasn't been anything that I know of spoiled for next week. She's on the 21st and 22nd, though, and both days of The Haunted Star opening. As for GV...I love him, but he looked like he fell into a vat of Miracle Grow.

I thought she looked great, too. The "matronly" comment really ticked me off, especially since we know the ageist and sexist mindset of the ptbs at the rat network. Oh, well. On my screen Tracy looked about 10 years younger than the "legend" who walked in at the end. His comment made me really wish that Tracy would show up at The Haunted Star opening with a man who is *not* Edward. Funny how female vets are matrons and male vets are legends. Why is that?

*bumping the thread and waving to funny* People are still up in arms over at SOC about the false rumors of Tracy's impending demise.

Halee, I think *I* need to wean myself off reading those things. Like that's going to happen. In lieu of that, maybe I'll just wean myself off giving myself a mini-migraine at the mention of the bland one's return. That one will never die unless the wig does. All these rumors and most of the spoilers have either disappointed us when they didn't happen (too many Lunacy moments missed to even count) or scared us to death but never happened. And, yes, it's dizzying to say the least. I'd much rather watch "Dizzy" than live among the angst at soapdish or whatever it's morphed into. (Incidentally, whatever it has morphed into is even slower than what they had before.) The one good thing that has come out of the latest round of rumors, though, is all the Tracy love! It's been a thing of beauty at SOC, especially with the latest bit. The majority has been more concerned with Tracy's fate, and Jane's place on the show, than the person actually mentioned in the article. Now, how cool is that!

Thanks for the news, Addie! I cast all my votes for Tristan Rogers. The last thing we need is another salary-sucking, airtime-hogger which is what I think we would get with VM. Also, with Tristan Rogers, we could revive the Tracy/Robert flirting and give Luke something to worry about for a change. Mr. Luke needs a wake-up call...BIG TIME.

Oh, and to make Lainey's scenario even more fitting... Isn't this how the wig supposedly met her demise the first time around? Coming full circle. That's the ultimate in soapiness! This story has to be done. Or at least a reasonable facsimile.

If only! If only! Every Lunacy oversight, every Tracy missed opportunity, anything and everything that's gone before it would be forgiven to *finally* be rid of the wig once and for all. (And we could avoid the merry-go-round of stress and panic every time the wig threatens to attempt a musty redux.) This would be the May sweeps to end all May sweeps. And, Lainey, we love and appreciate you, too!

I've decided for my own peace of mind that it was either a misinterpretation or a loose paraphrasing of one of those PR-laden statements fashioned to placate fan bases (however small it might be). April 2nd is their next appearance as far as I know. There's a spoiler for the 9th about Tracy being out for blood regarding the Zaccharas. I believe that's Claudia specifically. By the way, isn't there some soap law that states when two women hate each other, and one is at least 16 years younger than the other, they are guaranteed to be mother and daughter? Tracy's birthday would be a perfect time to remind Tracy that she's the smartest choice he's ever made.

This was posted on SOC. According to the thread, it's from Soap Opera Weekly. Please, please don't tell me they're even thinking of bringing her back for a day, a week. or longer. By the way, the "news" is being received very unenthusiastically on the board. Cast News... The Wheels are definitely in motion to bring Genie Francis back to GH. Sebastien Roche is NOT leaving GH. Lulu/Maxie clash at their new job. Johnny stakes Luke for a business venture. Pat takes Robin out to dinner. Maxie/Spin get a whole lot closer. Michael is shot! Carly/Claudia are at each others throats. Monica verdict is in.

TIIC may not appreciate Jane, but the audience certainly does. Everyone's blowing a gasket over at SOC. I don't believe the rumors, especially with their coming from The Rumor Snakepit, aka soapdish. Could be a good thing, though. Just the possibility has people incensed.
