Ahh I believe Tony specially requested Jane and crafted the idea for the whole story (in the beginning). No offense to RC, I like her a lot, but TG asked to get out of that acting partnership.

Just wrote some snail mail grousing about the use, or lack of use of Jane Elliot. I said the only thing I was holding out hope for was the fact that TG was taking all his vacation at once with the promise of a bigger, better storyline upon his return. I can only hope that JE would be an integral element to whatever story is told. If not I was checking out of GH for good. Yadda, yadda, the usual threats. I'm going to go mail it now. I can truly say I had one of the most fun weekends of my life. My first PRIDE weekend in San Francisco. WHAT A BLAST!!! I have had my moments of buyers remorse after moving here from NYC last year, but this was a definite pro on my list of pros and cons of staying in San Francisco! Good Times!!
