I guess because I work with a lot of chefs who are cocky as hell, but their passion for cooking is something that I take interest in and appreciate and I learn from them. I could never cook in a restaurant (thank goodness I'm a beverage director) because it's too stressful. Instead, I'd rather cook meals on my own time if that makes any sense.

Lets see... what am I going to make tonight? I'm keeping it simple.
