I had thought Sarah was practically gone. Then she shows back up!

Now it looks like Dayna may be gone.

I like Kylie getting more interested in the do with Wendy than her relationship with Evan!

Nicole and Vinnie are sweet.

Looks like Josh is getting a little better back on track, the new Bella story is good for him.

I have a feeling Josh is not long for this world.

Feels like a great big Sarah vacation is taking place ! Along with Chris and Rachael.

Sending Jasmine off to college, interesting the Coopers don't seem to go, not sure about Bella. Seems she didn't go but went to beauty school?

Sounds interesting. She was last in was it Thailand, where Miles went to join her.

Monday was good. Really kept my attention. The writers are good.

Brooke and Boyd will be an interesting couple.

I LOL'd when they said speak of the devil when Seth showed up.

Dana is less of a cow than originally appeared.

Wendy is a bit Over the top, if she wanted to tell no one, she needed to keep her chin up. Telling Evan was dumb as dumb could be; she might have realized the possibility of a misunderstanding, but then there is all that stress. Interesting issue, I would think Murray and Wendy do not need to tell their other children; Wendy was just so miserable that it brought up questions.

The new big contest about who gets to buy Harolds, lol.

Wow, the Sharpes suck. They make the Braxtons look normal.

I like the way they are realistic about clothes - Bella's green coat keeps popping up.

The show appears to be very conscious of gay issues. And they stay consistent - US soaps tend to start off and then chicken out. But on SS there has been Maya, Nicole, Gerald, now Seth and Henry. And this little story with Zlata and Bella.

It was probably good to relieve Bella of the money so she can be a young person in regular mode again, like Vinnie and Nicole.

Ula did seem to grow up a little. They did her make up and hair differently - she seemed to look prettier. Now being 18 she can be thrown in with the older crowd - already there looks to be a triangle developing with Bella and Dallas.

I am feeling bad for Rachel. Addictive personality, just because it's Bella's stolen pills rather than alcohol does not mean she does not need to call her sponsor. And she has the means for psychiatric treatment. Of course she'll stay in denial until the panic attacks do something awful. Chris not understanding now makes sense, since she does not confide. The conversation at the party between Chris and Murray - seemed foreshadowing that Chris and Rachel will work it out in the end.

The civil union to keep Zlata in the country is an interesting twist. It could be considered fraud to the immigration authorities. Then one of them will meet a nice man and there you have a story.

I recall Bella wanted to have a child and Luke did not agree - it explains how she is so attached to Luke's child.

Josh is getting creepier and creepier. No wonder Roimata left. He was not that controlling over Paige, or Lana.

It would be sad for the boys to lose Rachel, after all that time, and have to adjust to a new series of ladies - Rachel and her panic attacks and her sticking with work as it is more controllable is a fairly good story.

Zlata is horrid. The nerve of the woman. There must be some way to do a DNA test. Rafe is out there and Luke parents may be alive.

Zlata is back. And it looks long term, as she's getting a job at the desk.

I used to hate her overdone eye makeup. Now I hate her bangs. They look awful.

Her voice is grating as usual.

A lot of characters are leaving and so there are lots of newbies. Spencer's brother, lol.

Lucas always gets the ones who posed nude, lol. I had forgotten all about Emilia.

What a sad way to have Romeo go! The story where he won't tell Indi is silly, though - who would do that? There's no reason to have a ton of pride at such a time.

Reminds me of Belle looking for the cause of the cancer cluster. Someone should still be studying that.

Of course Indi's going to be angry at Liam for not telling her but then end up with him.

Those sets look good. Has anyone ever done a run down on which number is which?

I love the show's relative realism. It's been pretty dark this week, though. I didn't expect Priya to go.

I agree with you, Bright Eyes, on two things. Brooke is the best character on the show. Love that look she gets when she starts to realize her current scheme is not working in some way.

And I hate Sarah. She's been better in the last year or so and was OK when she was first with TK but in between that she is so disagreeable, I'm glad she's fictional. Just so self pitying and proud. The scene I recall when she had an attack of MS and Bella had to break in and rescue her, but she still would not let Bella call 111 proves her pride comes before her child's safety. And when she made fun of Daniel for being confused since he originally though she was his sister - her feelings came first, it was clear. Well who wouldn't find that unsettling? Her parents must have spoiled her to raise him that way for her and it shows - she is a spoiled princess.

She divorced TK because she did not want kids and he did - even though he said he was able to live with that and she came first before his having kids, she divorced him merely because someday he might resent her for it. Then she ended up having his kid anyhow.

The show has a long history of female characters who are unpleasant to everyone else but others still cater to them and baby them and reassure them. Besides Sarah, there was Alice, Morgan, Maya, Zlata, Jill, and now we have Ula. Maybe they think they are showing strong, spunky women and that's a good thing, but you can be a strong woman without being a spoiled, demanding shrew.

Roimata does seem like a fool - I wonder if they are trying to get TK back with Sarah.

Tash is pretty whiny, but sometimes she has some spirit, too. She's a good friend. Her Dad had an affair with her aunt while she and her mother were in the water and she was a very small child, and the mother drowned going after her. That's her defense, lol, she's been through a lot. Now Dad left town and sold the house out from under her - he's actually in Europe with the aunt!

Marilyn has not since her last entry onto the show, and her only love interest has been Sid. She had the baby rabies for a while. Lately she has been filler. Maybe Heath should give her a try.

I don't see why Heath is so protective of Danny. If I recall, Danny treated him as badly as he treated the others. Heath started the whole thing about getting him out of jail and for what?

The 8/20 episode is frustrating! I want Casey to just say that Danny ordered him to kill that innocent guy. Casey did the right thing.

I agree. Have never liked Heath much. He seems to feel he's entitled to commit crimes and get away with it, and Brax enables that.

He has that attitude towards doctors that I hate in soap characters. The attitude where he harasses the doctor, blames him for the illness and feels entitled to an immediate cure regardless of the state of medical science.

I think we're supposed to believe he will be redeemed by love for Bianca. It's obvious he has no particular love for his brothers, who go all out and lose a lot because of him.

I noticed they finally took Libby out of the credits and now Sonya is pictured alone.

A bit - I'd rather have seen the happy ending for Charlie and Brax. That scene where he talked about kids that he might have someday - so cool, I wanted her to be the one to have his kids. Well done romance.

I'm surprised they chose to kill Charlie off. It is making good drama, though.
