Welcome to the board truenorth. I would like to see a Luke and Tracy reunion too. It makes me angry that they have barely gotten any bedside scenes, and the couple they got weren't anything special. Now, while I want Luke and Tracy together, I don't want her to only be tied to Luke. It was great to see her involved with ELQ today, but I didn't like when Michael said she didn't get a say in the matter because she gave her shares away. It makes me think she is going to be left out of the story, especially since she left at the end to check on paper work for Luke. The ELQ conversation continues tomorrow, but with Franco/Ned/Alexis/Olivia. Thinking that Ned didn't give his shares away yet - just is planning to? I'd like to see what Tracy thinks about that. Will post more later...

^^^ Not sure what is going on with Ned and Olivia and the baby. I thought they were still going in the direction that Ned is the father, but he, Olivia, Franco, and Nina (?) know the truth. I haven't been watching. I think next week, Ned tries to get his shares back and he and Alexis advise Michael. Would be nice for Tracy to show up in a capacity that doesn't involve Luke... Actually, since she was barely on next week, I don't care if she's with Luke or not coming up. I just want her on again.

I am naturally a glass half-empty girl, so I am not feeling very optimistic about Tracy's involvement in Luke's story or her involvement in any ELQ story. I thought her absence Thursday (was it Thursday?) was unacceptable. And next week we have Luke/Lulu and Luke/Sonny spoilers, but not Tracy? That makes me angry. I also hate that GH lost Wally to DAYS. DAYS will surely give him more to do, so I'm happy for him, but I am going to miss Ned and Tracy's relationship. Hoping for a Dillon recast. It's been about 7 and a half years since we've seen him. Too long. Tracy needs at least one son in town.

^^^ Last night, I was watching some 1980 GH on YouTube. Mitch/Tracy were on. I didn't realize there was such good quality stuff posted from that time period. Looks like it came from a data backup / records management company named Iron Mountain. So I heard that Ned gave away his ELQ shares to Franco today??? And Tracy gave hers to Jerry months ago... Skye was conned out of hers and Lila Rae's by Fluke and now Helena has them... It seems like GH is moving ELQ out of Quartermaine hands.

^^^ Maybe Deidre got through to her (getting her to realize the longer hair- or at least fuller hair - is GOOD!!!) As opposed to this length... *please don't do this again, please don't do this again* About GL... I've seen very little, but I'm so glad that someone uploaded it, and I know a member was posting the links here. I definitely do want to watch it. I read that Carrie was Jane's favorite role because it was the most challenging for her. But that the most fun role is Tracy (of course!).

^^^ I thought she only dyed her hair? There's an article somewhere where Jane says Deidre tells her to grow her hair longer, and then Jane tells Deidre they are too old to be wearing their hair that long and that the lady needs to cut off a few inches off Deidre's hair. I prefer the longer and fuller look.

^^^ It bugs me that JE disappears when TG goes on vacation. It doesn't have to be like that. Hoping the rumors of a Dillon recast are true. With one son leaving, she needs the other back. I was talking to my mom today and mentioned that it might be May until Tracy is on again, and she responded, "Plenty of time for Jane to cut her hair." NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Jumping on the train to say that it didn't make sense to kill Patricia. What a waste. I loved Jane in Change of Habit. Always fun to see her in other roles. So I haven't seen any Tracy spoilers for upcoming weeks... Thinking she is offscreen 'til May sometime? halee, I just responded to your PM. Good to see you and remos posting more. Good to see you L&TLover. Scott and Jane were so awesome on Family Feud. There were so many funny parts. remos, that is a good point. It could have just been the blood-related Spencers, but GH involved her, so that was nice. halee, watching Jane on Match Game would be great. So Jane played such pretty wallpaper today. Too bad we are not getting more LuNacy out of this. Luke/Val and Dante/Lulu in previews. Tracy is off looking for doctor and lawyer... Come back, Tracy, come back!!! I am off for the next few days, so my goal is to keep this thread active. Such high goals I have, right? LOL. halee, in most cases, I would agree that the amount of material doesn't matter. Particularly for someone like Jane who can do so much with a single expression. But on Wednesday, it didn't even seem like she got to react much. I guess I was just expecting more especially after her awesomeness in the March 31st episode. I am glad that Tracy is on tomorrow with Luke and Lulu. From the previews, it looks like they are going to tell him about what happened to Patricia. But it would be nice to have a bit of focus on what Tracy and Lulu went through and how Luke chooses to respond to that. Not getting my hopes up though. I am not feeling very optimistic about what is going to happen with Tracy once Luke presumably goes off to Shadybrook (or wherever) during TG's vacation. Hoping she doesn't disappear. But if she does disappear, it must be said - she must return with even longer hair!!! Or not any shorter... I was telling hooked that I had a dream last night that Jane cut her hair, and I was like, "NOOOOOOOOOOOO." Edited because Wednesday and Friday are not the same days. The Spencers weren't even on Friday. Oops.

It's always so slow around here now. [quiet voice] I don't think Jane stole the show on April 1st. [/quiet voice] She didn't have enough material to do so in my opinion. Anyone remember the last time Tracy really cried? Not watery eyes, not heavy sobbing without tears, but legit crying... I'm pretty sure Jane said in an interview once she felt it was more powerful to hold back tears than to let them all out. But this is a soap, and with everything that Tracy's been through, you'd think there'd be more tears - no matter how strong she is. There are casting calls out for a male, age 27-30, blond or brunette, quirky and fun (recast) and for a female, age 27-30, brunette, good singing voice, and spoiled and mischievous (recast). Dillon and Brook Lynn maybe? Please oh please especially now that Ned is leaving. I read there is a script with the male saying he had to come home and help his mom. Could that be Dillon returning to help Tracy? Hope Tracy is involved in the Nik/ELQ story... Wouldn't be as much fun if it was Michael, Nik, Rosalie, and Sabrina. It's Tracy's family's company. She better be involved.

I've been lurking. I just didn't want to double post. It's been awhile since we've "seen" you LuAnn. How are you doing? I agree, slick jones. She's been looking fabulous. As many of you know, I really believe the longer hair suits her. I hope that we continue to get Jane/Tracy now that this Fluke story is wrapping up. It's been great having her on so much, but I fear a drought is coming. Anyone able to transcribe Jane's acceptance speech from the 1981 Daytime Emmys? I am only able to understand part of it, and I wish I knew what else she said. Click here for the video.

^^^ I actually think Monica would have fit better in those scenes. But I was still happy to see Tracy with the baby - reminded me of her scenes with Connie/Georgie, and those were just as adorable. I also like how Tracy is now supportive of Michael. I think him changing his name to Quartermaine made her realize that he was serious about becoming part of their family. Was watching old clips on YouTube from when Tracy returned in November 2003... Dillon asked what she could provide that she hadn't already, and she said a father... That story had to be dropped? I stupidly stopped watching in December 2003/January 2004, but I've done my best to catch up with transcripts and available clips, and I don't remember anything about finding him a father playing out. I know Tracy was smitten with Jax, but their engagement didn't come until April-ish, and that wasn't about Dillon.

How adorable were Tracy and Avery last week? Spoilers have Tracy on Friday. Think we'll get her before then?

I might have to change it to a pic from Thursday's show. I liked it better there. And awesome Ned/Tracy scenes. Looks like her hair is getting even longer based on the previews for Monday!!! Hope she doesn't chop it all off again.

It definitely seems like something she would wear... I don't understand how sometimes she is dressed so AMAZINGLY and then other times, it's like she's wearing ugly table clothes or drapes. halee, I don't think she's going to let it grow much more; I think she's really about the short hair (didn't she say she was too old to wear her hair longer?) It kind of looks like her hair is going in the direction of your avatar (the Jane Jetson look), but I am OK with that. As long as it doesn't look like this again: or this or I still miss it when it was like this: I still think that style would work on her now. Edit: I wasn't feeling my Tracy/Lulu avatar and signature, so I changed it...And I added another hair photo.

^^^ I think Wednesday was when I first noticed. But I was thinking maybe they were just in another room of the house. Tracy mentioned the den being occupied so much by Ned, Olivia, and their 3D movies, and how Monica almost broke her neck tripping over a pair of 3D glasses. I thought they were avoiding the room we were used to seeing. Then again, there are things that are in the room that were in there before (photographs, fancy rug on the wall)... Thinking you are right, and they re-did it.
