I have a feeling Lori will not have this baby, either by choice or circumstance. Daryl is proving himself to be a pretty decent guy. I wonder what the circumstances the Vet didn't want to talk about could be? What reason could he have for not wanting more people around? I had to laugh when T-Dog said, "Thank God we didn't do anything stupid, like shoot him". It took me a minute to realize Glen was screaming so much to entice the walker and not because he was genuinely that freaked out.

If they stay true to the comic (and I hope they do), there's more than meets the eye with this farm...

Shane really is a jackass. I think he wanted to leave live meat for the walkers, since it would get more of their attention with the thrashing and screaming. I was actually thinking (and hoping) that he had been bitten or scratched tonight when he was looking at the marks on his body. No such luck, of course!

I think that little band of survivors is very lucky Rick came along. I think Shane is the type of person to take every advantage of being a leader. His attempted rape of Lori cemented that idea for me. Sure, part of me was rooting for him when he gave that wife beater a beat down, but I could still tell it was a bad sign. He enjoyed it a little too much.

Here's the thing, but I can kind of see why he did what he did to Otis. It's a different world that they are living in, and it really all comes down to survival/self preservation. Otis was injured, and out of breath, slowing them down. If he had kept up the same pace of Otis, they both would have been dead, especially since there was only a pair of bullets between them. I think that all Shane was thinking about was getting back to Carl before it was too late to save his life with the supplies. He was basically a father figure to Carl when Rick was presumed dead, and he has a love for that boy that people tend to forget/ignore. All he was doing was saving himself and the lives of those he loves most. Frankly, if the world in TWD were to become reality, who's to say who will kill others to ensure their own survival? I'm thinking that he shot him in the leg and not the head because the zombies are drawn more to living flesh. If he were to kill Otis outright with the shot, a few stragglers would probably munch on him, but the odor of life would have kept the majority hot on Shane's tail.

I'm really looking forward to seeing what they do with Shane, and how far down the road of no return he will go. Right now, he's toeing the gray line, but who knows at this point.

Being as Shane dies at the end of the first issue of the comic series, his character is a clean slate and he can go either way. I love that the writers have all the possiblities in the world penning his story, without fear of retaliation from those, like me, who are obsessed with the books.

It just got renewed for a third season. The second episode netted 6.7 million total viewers (8.8 million including repeats).

Kind of a no brainer.

Yeah, that was crazy, but funny as hell. I realized last night that Darryl might be a racist cracker, but damn he is determined, brave, and very loyal. If I have to face down zombies, I want him, Glenn, and Rick next to me. It doesn't seem like Morgan is returning this season, but he, Rick, Glenn, and Darryl would make a great team.

Morgan and Dwayne are supposedly coming back at some point this season. I hope they do, because I really liked them.

I really do love the album as a whole, but I think Criminal is the weakest song out of the bunch, so I hope it doesn't get picked as the next single. I'd prefer Big Fat Bass (which has really grown on me) or How I Roll on the radio. BFB is very BEP sounding, which isn't a bad thing when you look at how successful their sound has been.. Trip To Your Heart is damn catchy, too though.

This guy is pretty inconsistent when it comes to quality, IMO. The Shield was brilliant, but Crash was subpar at best and I've seen Hawthorne and was not impressed at all.

Fingers crossed on this one.
