Kirsten Storms has been released from the role of Maxie Jones. As Maxie was killed onscreen, she will not be recast. Executive Producer Tishy has this to say, "The character of Maxie was brought into such a direction that she could not be saved. Having her be the hit and run driver made sense. Kirsten took the news well. It also will push story for the Scorpios, the SPencers and even the Quartermaines. We wish Kirsten well"

As for now, they are no other casting departures scheduled for the Citizens of Port Charles. Another episode will be posted later today.

Robin opened the door to Kelly's and sat down at one of the tables. She checked her watch and realized she was early. Her mother, Anna, was leaving later that day and Robin was meeting her before she left for New York. Kelly's was empty, except for Lulu who was in and out of the back room. The door opened, "Hello Robin."

Robin stood up and kissed her mother's cheek. "Hi Mom. Are you all packed?"

"Yes I am," Anna sat down and contemplated her daughter, "How are you feeling?"

"I am ok." Robin sighed, "As you know, I moved back into the brownstone today. It was nice getting back to my place. Although it seems like this past week has been unreal."

Anna walked up to the counter and got coffees for her and Robin. Sitting back down she commented, "I know. Poor Maxie was in a lot of pain. The note that she left was so sad. I am afraid that Mac will blame himself for her suicide."

"Mom you have no idea how she would run after Lucky. It almost ruined Lucky and Liz's marriage. I know she blames a lot on Frisco too." Robin hung her head, "This is just not right. I wish I could make the pain go away. I myself feel that I have lost so much in my life, now I have lost Felicia and Maxie as well."

"Robin;" Anna looked at her daughter with concern, "Are you ok with my leaving?"

Robin threw her hair back and smiled, "Of course I am Mom. I understand the life that you are leading. When I saw you in Pine Valley we made amends and everything was ok."

"Ok, because I am well aware that Robert is not ever going to be Father of the Year." Anna said.

"Isn't that right." Robin laughed. "I can't forgive him for everything that he has done but he is trying. Strangely enough he and Patrick get along well. Mom, they are so much alike it is scary."

Anna laughed, "Women are always attracted to men who are like their fathers." Anna said lightly.

The door of Kelly's opened and Patrick walked in. "Were your ears ringing?" Anna laughed.

Patrick leaned down and kissed Robin's cheek, "Nope. How are the two of you today? Anna I understand you are leaving today?"

"Yes I am." Anna glanced at her watch and stood up, "Robin, I have to leave to catch my flight. Please let me know if you need anything. I am just a phone call away." She hugged her daughter and held her back at arms length. "Remember that I love you and I always will." She glanced over at Patrick, "Patrick, take care of my daughter or you will have me to contend with. Ask Robert what I am talking about." Anna kissed Robin again and left Kelly's.

Robin's eyes filled with tears as she watched her mother leave. Patrick put his arms around her, "I love you Robin."

    "I love you too Patrick."

Lucky opens the door and sees Elizabeth sitting on the couch with her feet up, "We need to talk." Lucky says, throwing his keys down on the table near the door.

"I know." Elizabeth puts her book down and sits up. "I have been waiting for you to come to me to talk."

Lucky sat down across from Elizabeth for a long time, his gaze fixed on her. Finally he spoke, "Liz, we have been through so much together over so many years. You saw me through my addiction and my rehab and you could have left me. I am tending to believe that what Maxie was saying was because of her obsession with me." He paused and with pain in his voice he asked, "But for some reason their is doubt eating away at me. What Maxie said, is it true? Is Jason the father of our baby?"

For a long time Elizabeth didn't say anything. Then she nodded. "Yes." She whispered. "Yes he is. I am so sorry Lucky."

Angrily Lucky jumped up and started pacing the room, "Were you ever going to tell me? You let me go through everything, the drug addiction, everything, thinking that I was the guilty one when you two obviously were sleeping together. How many times Liz? How many times did you sleep with Jason? Was it once a week, three times a week. How many?"

In a small voice she said, "Once. Lucky I swear it"

"I don't believe you! All those times you took late shifts at the hospital, were you meeting Jason for sex! You did this to get back at me for sleeping with Maxie. I only slept with her for drugs, because I was addicted. What was your excuse? Was he better than me? When we were making love, were you thinking of him?" Lucky shouted.

"No Lucky!" Liz fired back, "It was one time. Not long after Sam died and he came back. I saw you and Maxie together in OUR bed and I was upset and I ended up at his house. I was upset and I went to him as a friend. Go ask him if you don't believe me."

Lucky looked at her scornfully, "Yeah right. I don't believe you. Is this baby mine?"

Elizabeth wrapped her arms around her protruding belly, "What Maxie said is true. I had a paternity test and Jason is the father. I didn't want to ruin your rehab so I kept quiet."

"Didn't think I could handle it."

"Something like that." Liz fired back.

"You need to get out of here. Go back to your lover. I am way too angry. Since Maxie's death, which I blame myself for by the way, I have had way too much on my mind. I just want to be alone. I don't care where you go, just go." Lucky shouted.

"Lucky, " Elizabeth pleaded, "Let me stay."

In a cold, hard voice, he said, "Get the hell out."

Carly impatiently rang the doorbell at the Quartermaine mansion several times before Alice answered, "About time." Carly said as she pushed her way through, "I'm looking for Brenda."

"Brenda is upstairs with the baby." Alice said. "She is putting him down for his nap."

"Then either you go get her or I will." Carly said, taking off her gloves, "And I don't think you want me going up there."

Tracy walked out into the foyer, martini in hand, "Look what the cat dragged in. What do you want?"

"I need to speak to Brenda." Carly said impatiently, "Not that you care"

"Go get her Alice. I will entertain our guest." Tracy narrowed her eyes and sipped her martini. "Someone must have told you about Brenda's baby and you must be dying to know the million dollar question. Who's the Daddy?"

Carly's nostrils flared, "Do you know?"

Tracy laughed, "Do you think if I knew the paternity of this child I would tell you? You must be dying to know if the father is Sonny, your former lover or Jax the current one. That's why you are here. It's not like you and Brenda are the best of friends."

Carly's eyes narrowed, "You really are a [!@#$%^&*]."

Tracy laughed and walked up the stairs, passing Brenda on the way, "Yes, yes I am....

Brenda crossed her arms and sighed, "What do you want?"

Carly walked into the living room like she owned the place, "You know why I am here. I want to know if that kid of yours is Sonny's or Jax's?"

Brenda looked away and smirked, "Give me one good reason why I should discuss the paternity of James with the likes of you."

"Jax is my fiancee, so I deserve to know."

"Ask him, he will tell you if he's the father."

"I am asking you Brenda. Is he or Sonny the father?"

"Why do you care Carly?" Brenda said, walking past her towards the French doors, "James is my son."

Carly poured herself a glass of water, "I care because it affects me."

Brenda threw her hands up in exasperation, "No it doesn't. Get that through your head."

"Then tell me who the father is."

"When you come up with a good, valid reason, I will gladly tell you. Until then, why don't you just go home and do as I suggest, ask Jax." Brenda said. "Because I am not going to tell you. Jax is your fiance and you should trust his word."

Carly picked up her purse and go tin Brenda's face, "You know both Sonny and Jax say I am the best they ever had."

Brenda laughed, "Funny because Sonny already wants me back and how long have I been here?"

    ~Next time

Mac tries to dull the pain he is feeling.

Rumor has it that two long time cast members will be leaving soon. Both want to leave to pursue other avenues. If this is true, expect them to be gone by early January. Insiders say that the executive producer is wishing them well and will give them proper sendoffs. And yes, they will get cake....

For one very special episode, this blog would like to welcome Rena Sofer back as Lois Ashton, Lilly Melgar back as Lily and Ricky Martin back as Miguel Morez. This episode, posted either tonight or tomorrow will be the Christmas stand alone episode. We want to thank them, for this episode would not be the same without them.
  6. Tishy
Well, I wasn't going to write a Christmas episode per se, because I ran out of time. However due to unforeseen circumstances (my boyfriend has pnemonia) I am going to do a quick episode with virtually everyone involved.

I will probably not post many episodes this week. I need to catch up on RL. For the month of January, I want to have about 5 episodes ahead of me before posting. I will be working 60 hours a week so the number of episodes will go down.

I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday!

Due to storyline decisions, executive producer/headwriter Tishy has elected to let go of Ingo Rademacher as Jax and Sarah Joy Brown as Carly. Their exits will be within the next two weeks. "We will always want to keep the door open for them, they are wonderful actors." explained Tishy, "Unfortunately with the viewer feedback we have received, both Carly and Jax have no room on the canvas at this time. Both Ingo and Sarah knew it was coming and are happy with the decision, they want to move on."

Carly and Jax will ride off in the sunset, happily ever ever. Their fans will enjoy their departure. Those of us at "The Citizens of Port Charles" wish them well.

Executive producer Tishy also goes on to add that Arianne Zuker has been let go as Sarah Webber. "It was not that we don't like Arianne Zuker, personally I love her and think she is a wonderful actress. However, the direction of the character is changing and so will her look. We look forward to using Arianne in the future, perhaps in a role made for her."

That being said, Rebecca Budig will take over the duties of Sarah Webber. Expect Sarah to arrive in late January, early February.

Today's episode marked the end of Ingo Rademacher and Sarah Joy Brown as part of the Citizens of Port Charles family. Executive Producer Tishy wishes them well and has the utmost confidence that both will find work afterword. A party was held and yes, cake was served. In fact, they both got their own cakes.

    Happy New Year!
  9. Tishy
The Rumor is true... Elsie Mae Crumholtz, otherwise known as Tiffany Hill will be rejoining the Citizens of Port Charles in episode 29. She will be heavily involved in the mayoral storyline. We look forward to seeing her return...

We are going to begin the long awaited Quartermaine crisis story. It is the umbrella story that will bring together a lot of storylines and see people interact. The last several episodes have been a result of setting that up. There wil be a All My Children crossover. Expect to see David Canary (Adam Chandler), Vincent I (Dr. David Hayward )and Robin Christopher (Skye Chandler Quartermaine) on the canvas ranging from one episode to several. It will also facillitate the coming home of AJ Quartermaine and Sarah Webber.

One of the Quartermaines will be going through a severe health crisis, one that is close to home to me. My father went through the same thing but the results will be different. I am writing this so that the Quartermaines will rightfully have a story for themselves and everyone involved will have their place to shine. Look for the beginning of this story to start in episode 33, hopefully posted later today.

We are also in talks to bring a recently released actress back to the canvas. If we can't have her, we will recast.

Due to bad weather conditions, I will be unable to post any new episodes for the time being. Internet access is gone where I live and I can't write at work. So, I have no idea when a new episode will be posted, hopefully soon when all the ice melts and they are able to restore power and cable.

I hope that anyone going through bad weather is doing ok. I actually may have to check into a hotel (at my company's expense)

Today we have Tishy, the Executive Producer and Headwriter of The Citizens of Port Charles. She is here to speak about the blog, the future stories and some secrets about the blog. Thank you Tishy, for joining us today.

    Tishy: It's my pleasure.

Interviewer: You started out this blog with a bang, killing off Felicia and Maxie. From that came the story of Mac's spiral into chemical dependency. What brought you to the decision to kill off Felicia?

Tishy: I always thought that Mac could handle that story well and he has. It will tie him with Bobbie, who has also suffered so much loss. They will have an obvious bond, seeing that Maxie had BJ's heart. Mac and Bobbie will explore friendship, thats all for now.

Interviewer: Tell us the background with Scotty. Is it true that he was only scheduled for a short term run?

Tishy: Completely true. He was only slated for short term but with the feedback I received about Scott and Alexis and the fact that I love writing for Scott made me rethink that decision. So I created the Mayoral storyline to pit him against Ric, another formidable Alpha Male who is a perfect foe for Scott. Scott loves to stir the pot and Ric is the person who's buttons he is going to push. He already won round one when he won custody of Molly for Alexis. Round two is up for grabs and the winner may not be who you think.

Interviewer: Who is going to be the next mayor?

Tishy: That is for me to know and you to find out. But Election Night is a don't miss night. There will be a HUGE character return that will hopefully shock everyone. Hints are being dropped here and there.

Interviewer: Will we see a Lucky and Liz reunion?

Tishy: Ummmm, maybe. Liz is going to have a Super Bowl baby. We will see her interact with Jason and Lucky. Nikolas and Emily are going to hit a rocky patch because of the stunt she pulled with Alison. I have been trying to not feature Jason as much, but he will be back with a huge story. He is also going to interact with the Quartermaines a lot more.

Interviewer: Speaking of the Quartermaines, is AJ home for good? What is the story with him and Sarah?

Tishy: Yes he is and he will be working at ELQ. He and Sarah are happily married. However, Sarah has a past that will be explored with one Patrick Drake. This could destroy Patrick and Robin. Sarah is not the same sweet girl she was before. She is out for revenge. Patrick did her wrong.

Interviewer: Brenda and Sonny are happy, but are they in love? How will James and Ned play into this?

Tishy: In the past the obstacles that Brenda and Sonny have had to face have been internal. Now they have reached a point where they trust each other. Ned wants his son to be safe. He doesn't think that Sonny is safe with his son. Ned will definetly show that he is a Quartermaine and will go all out to protect his son. Brenda will be caught between a rock and a hard place. Her son and true love.

Interviewer: Carly will be coming back, is that true?

Tishy: Correct. We are in talks with several actresses to see who will be the best fit.

Interviewer: Will Jax be with her?

Tishy: Not at this time. We have other plans for her.

Interviewer: What about Alan? Will he be all right?

Tishy: He is not out of the woods yet. It could go either way with him. It is certainly creating story and that is what I am striving for. Alan's story is opening up story for all the Quartermaines which is exactly what I intended it for.

Interviewer: Thank you for your time. When will another episode be up?

Tishy: Hopefully today! Keep reading! And keep telling me what you want. Your feedback kept Scott Baldwin so trust me, it does help!
  13. Tishy
Episode 42 will be the last we see of Dr. David Hayward. It certainly doesn't rule out a return visit, but for now, he will be going back to Pine Valley.
  14. Tishy
Negotiations came down to the wire but we can confirm the casting of Carly Corinithos Jax. Sarah Joy Brown has signed a contract and will appear by the end of the month. AJ returning home facillitates her coming back to Port Charles.

Sarah Brown was always our first choice but she had a scheduling conflict. We were deciding between Tamara Braun and Gina Tognoni. When Sarah Brown's schedule freed up and she was able to sign a contract, we jumped at the chance. By the end of the month, expect Carly to be back. A story for Carly is in the works, one in which we are excited for.

At this time, Jasper Jax will not be back. He will remain in Austrailia for the time being.

Lucky looks over at the sleeping Emily and sighs deeply. He can’t believe that they had sex. He regrets having sex with her because he doesn’t want to hurt her and he fears that in her state that he will. “Hmmm, that was nice Lucky.” She stirred and turned over towards him.

    “Yeah.” He said noncommittally.

She leaned up on one elbow, “Elizabeth is a stupid girl to give you up. You were wonderful Lucky.” She trailed her fingers up and down his arm.

“Look Emily, I hope you know that this doesn’t change anything. I still want to work things out with Elizabeth.” Lucky looked at her.

Emily shrugged her shoulders, “I’m not stopping you Lucky. I just want you to know that I am here for you in every way. Are you positive Elizabeth is?”

“I don’t know Emily. I have a lot to figure out.” Lucky said, “I am not promising you anything.”

    Emily smiled, “Am I asking?”

    “No.”

“I just want to be your friend Lucky. I am offering you more than just friendship. I understand you don’t want it. I can wait.” Emily offered.

Lucky drew in a deep breath, hearing movement from below. He had forgotten that there were so many people in the house. “I don’t want you to wait, that’s the thing. I don’t think anything will ever happen between us Emily. In fact, I am positive nothing will happen between us.”

“Don’t say that Lucky, you never know.” Emily said coyly

“I do know Emily.” Lucky said forcefully. “As long as I still have these feelings for Elizabeth, I won’t move on.”

    “I get tha…”

“Lucky! Lucky! Where are you?” Lulu bounded up the stairs and pulled open the door to his room. “Oh my God!” She stood there, stunned to see Lucky and Emily in bed together.

Brenda bounced her way into Sonny’s penthouse and threw herself in his arms, “Hey baby.” She kissed him deeply, “I’ve missed you.”

Sonny brushed her hair back and kissed her back, “Hmmmm, you taste so good.” He wrapped his arms around her and lifted her up to kiss her more thoroughly. “Baby, I have missed you.”

“Me too.” She disengaged herself from his arms and asked, “I found a house I like and I want you to see it. I love it. It’s a small house with a roomy kitchen and living room. A sunroom and three bedrooms. So there is room for Leticia. Want to come see it?”

Sonny walked over and grabbed his coat. “Let’s go.” Together they walked out and got into his car. Brenda gave Max the directions to the house. “So Sonny, how was your day?”

“I talked to Carly. She is coming back to Port Charles with the kids. They should be here in a couple days. Jax is staying with Lady Jane.” Sonny started.

“Oh I hope she is getting better. I love Lady Jane.” Brenda said, snuggling up to Sonny.

Sonny looked down at Brenda, “Don’t remind me.” She giggled and he continued on, “Jason called her and asked that she come home so that Alan can see Michael.”

“That’s nice of her, I will give her that. That is about all I will give her.” Brenda said. She pointed to a road, “It’s the first house there on the right.”

They walked towards the house and Brenda took out a key. “I talked to the rental agent and she gave me a key. What do you think?” Brenda twirled around the living room of the house as Sonny walked around the downstairs.

Sonny sauntered over to her, “Bren, do you love it?”

Brenda nodded. “I’ll buy it for you Brenda.”

“Oh no you won’t Sonny.” Brenda vehemently stated, “This is for me and James. I want to do this. It’s about me. I am not the 18 year old girl that you can buy a car for.”

Sonny threw his hands up, “Ok, Ok, you win.” He walked over and took her in his arms, “I just want to give you the world.”

Brenda kissed him, “You are halfway there.” She giggled and lifted her shirt up, throwing it in his face. She knelt on the ground and beckoned him over. Smiling, Sonny followed her down to the ground.

Ric walked into Kelly’s to find Scott eating a piece of pie. He sat down across from Scott and asked, “What was so urgent that you needed to see me?”

“Well Lansing,” Scott deliberately wiped his mouth with a napkin, “You and I have a problem.”

    “What’s that?”

Scott leaned back and took a sip of his coffee, “Spencer. What are we going to do about Laura Spencer.”

Ric scoffed, “I don’t think I have anything to worry about.”

“Really?” Scott reached into his blazer pocket and pulled out a flyer. He threw it at Ric. “This was on my car today. They are all over the place. Now tell me there is nothing to worry about.”

Ric studied it and said slowly, “What are you proposing?”

Scott leaned back, “Well, I hate Luke Spencer more than, well you. So I am thinking we need to work together to make sure that the Spencers don’t win this thing. One of us needs to drop out.”

“Are you suggesting that we team up together and pool our resources? You are willing to drop out and help me be Mayor?” Ric asked doubtfully.

“You think I am going to drop out?” Scott laughed, “You are sorely mistaken.” Scott pointed at Ric and continued, “You help me win and I make you Police Commissioner You can go after Sonny all you want.”

Ric swiftly came back, “No way. I want to be Mayor.”

Scott leaned forward, “Don’t you get it Lansing? Neither one of us will win unless we come together on this. Take my deal.”

Ric stood up, “I’ll think about it Baldwin.” He started to walk towards the door, “Just don’t hold your breath.”

Ned walks into MetroCourt and sits down at a table. The last few days have taken their toll on him. Even though it was late afternoon he ordered a gin and tonic. He wasn’t surprised to see Lucy walk towards him. “Hey Luce. How are you?”

Concerned, she sat down across from Ned. “More importantly Ned, how are you?”

“I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders. I had to get out of the hospital for a bit. And being in the house is slowly driving me insane. The only person who isn’t driving me nuts in James.” Ned confided.

Lucy reached over and grasped his hand, “Ned, I know.”

Ned looked right up, “I know that you know I am James father. Brenda wants to move out too. I won’t allow it.”

“You have too Ned.” Lucy said.

“I don’t have to do anything. I don’t want my son around that criminal.” Ned took a drink and said sharply, “It’s not going to happen.”

Lucy looked at him sympathetically, “I understand how you feel that way. I remember how messed up Sonny made Brenda years ok. I was the one that brought her to the hospital when she freaked out at the Deception shoot. But what can you do about it?”

Ned regarded Lucy shrewdly, “If you are Brenda’s friend than you will help me. Marry me.”

Due to being sick and pressing work schedules in the next couple weeks, The Citizens of Port Charles will be on an indefinate hiatus. Big stories are planned and what is being played right now will pay off in a big way. I will be doing character spots, telling a bit about the character and their motivations in the time being. I also want to refocus the stories and make them more entertaining for you, the reader. Thank you for reading, and when we come back, I hope you will too.
  17. Tishy
In order to move things along, I have taken five episodes and condensed them into a summary format. For the future episodes, they will return to the regular format. Enjoy!

Jason visits Elizabeth and Ava often. He feels a pull towards Ava that he didn’t think was possible. He wants to be the best father that he can be. At the same time, Ned, who was unable to convince Lucy to marry him, retained Ric as his lawyer. Ric, all too happy to go after Brenda as it would hurt Sonny agrees to take the case.

AJ and Sarah continue to live in newlywed bliss. They have moved into the gatehouse for the time being. However, Sarah is plotting revenge against Patrick. She is very angry about her past with Patrick and is plotting the best way to reveal it to Robin. Her one goal right now is to make Patrick suffer like she did. Patrick is getting increasingly tense and Robin is noticing it. Whenever she questions Patrick, he avoids it.

Alexis and Scott continue to date. Scott is campaigning to win the election, as is Ric. Ric refused to work with Scott regarding the election. Ric wants to win to further his agenda against Sonny, Scott just wants to beat Luke.

Robert keeps running into Tracy and ingratiating himself into her life. Whereever Tracy goes, he is bound to show up. Dressed in a rose colored negligee with cream colored lace, she waits for him to come into the penthouse. She stops in her tracks when she comes face to face with Carly!

Election Day is the next day. Laura, Ric and Scott are all busy campaigning. Meanwhile, someone is watching the MetroCourt very closely.....

Emily Quartermaine, portrayed by Peyton List is the adopted daughter of Alan and Monica. She is the beloved granddaughter of Edward and Lila. AJ and Jason are her loving brothers. Besides Lila, Emily is loved the most out of all the Quartermaines.

Emily has faced many hardships in her life. She lost her mother to breast cancer and faced cancer herself. She fell in love with the rebel from the wrong side of the tracks, Zander. Soon thereafter, she fell hard for Nikolas Cassadine. At the last Nurse's Ball, Nikolas proposed. She accepted happily and the two seemed to be on the way to wedded bliss.

Things fell apart when Emily found out about Elizabeth and Jason's baby. She felt that her best friend Elizabeth betrayed her and Lucky, her best friend from childhood. Nikolas sided with Elizabeth and Elizabeth soon moved in with Nikolas. Emily was angry and soon returned her engagement ring. As revenge, she has slept with Lucky, but is keeping that knowledge to herself for the time being.

The headwriter/Executive Producer Tishy reveals that in casting Emily, she wanted to cast someone with more of an edge. Peyton List has that edge and has been working out admirably. Her plans for Emily are simple, revenge against Elizabeth and to ensnare Lucky in her web.

Emily will be in the forefront in the coming months. She will be involved heavily in the Nikolas/Elizabeth/Lucky storyline and the Alan storyline.

Mac Scorpio, as portrayed by John J York is the police commissioner of Port Charles. Once the owner of the "Outback" Club, he assummed the role of Police Commissioner. When his brother, Robert, took off for parts unknown, Mac took over raising Robert's daughter Robin. THey still have a close relationship today.

Mac and Felicia Jones endured a long love entanglement up to her death. He raised her daughters, Maxie and Georgie, as his own. He is the only father that they know. He deeply loved Felicia, and still does. Following her death at the Nurse's Ball, he blamed himself. He turned to the bottle to ease the pain of her loss as well as the loss of Maxie.

Friends and family tried to intervene to get Mac to enter rehab. It took the urging of Bobbie, who has also suffered great loss to get him to go. Mac escaped and called the one person he felt could understand him: Bobbie. She got him back in and they are building a friendship now.

Mac is back working and taking everything day to day. He wants to rebuild his relationships that he almost destroyed. Look for his to do that as well as work in the aftermath of the Mayoral Race storyline.

We can reveal that two people from the past will be brought into the blog. At least one of these people will be revealed in Episode 52. Both of these characters will play heavily into the Mayoral Race fallout and the Spencer shootout.

Headwriter/Executive Producer Tishy is keeping a lid on who the characters are and who has been cast. "I don't want to ruin the surprise of the story. We are going to push the Spencers to the forefront, where they should be. Several characters will be embroiled in this story. I am very excited for this story."

Chaos reigned in the air as shots rang out. Nikolas jumped on Lulu as a bullet missed them. The bullet ricocheted off the wall and hit Lucky in the ankle. Lucky was also hit in the hip. Luke, hit in the arm, scrambled over to Laura who was not moving. “I need a doctor! My wife has been hit! My kids! Lulu! Are you hit? Lucky, Nikolas? Where the hell are the doctors?” Luke screamed. "My Laura is bleeding!"

Lulu was in tears and Nikolas patted her down, “Luke, Lulu is ok. Just shaken up. Lucky was hit twice. What about Laura?” Nikolas shouted.

Luke cradled Laura as Patrick jumped onto the stage. “Patrick, she’s bleeding everywhere. You have to stop this.” He gently lay Laura down onto the stage, “Who did this? Did anyone see?”

Robin rushed forward to attend to Luke and Lucky. She ripped a tablecloth and made tourniquets out of them. She tied them above Lucky's ankle to stanch his bleeding there. She moved over to Luke and fastened a tourniquet above his arm. He told her to go back to Lucky, which she did. Lucky was moaning in pain. “Be quiet Lucky. Monica has called 911, they will be here shortly. I am just going to hold this on your hip to stop the bleeding, is that all right?” Lucky nodded his assent. Robin looked at Nikolas, “Nikolas, just stay with Lulu and bring her over to Bobbie. I don’t want her going into shock.”

    “Where’s Scorpio?” Luke bellowed.

The paramedics arrived then and rushed to the stage. Taggert and Mac ran to the stage to start questioning people. Luke yelled, “Where the hell is Scorpio? Where is Robert?”

Robert came forward, “I am right here.”

“I need you to find out exactly where the hell Baldwin was when this happened. I bet my bank account that he is behind this!”

Sonny, concerned that he couldn’t find Brenda walked outside with Max. The two of them walked around, searching for her. “Boss! Come quick!” Max was over by the wall. He was standing over an unconscious Brenda, who was half covered by the bushes.

“Brenda, Brenda, wake up honey.” Sonny knelt down next to her and gently slapped her face. “Max, go in and get some paramedics. Then I want you to call Leticia and tell her you are coming to get her. Call Ned Ashton and tell him what has happened. Tell him you are bringing James and Leticia to him and you are to stay with them. Got it? Now go!” Max rushed off.

“Brenda, I need you to wake up. Please baby.” Sonny kissed her as a paramedic came running over. “Please help her. We found her here in the bushes. I have no idea what happened.” Sonny stood up as the paramedics started to work on her. He ran his hands over his face and stood there watching, worried. “Please tell me she will be all right.”

“Sir, we need to bring her to General Hospital. What is her name?”

    “Brenda Barrett.”

The doors flew open and the stretchers carrying an unconscious Laura, an alert Lucky and angry Luke came out. Following behind were Robert, who was talking on a cell phone, Patrick, Robin, Monica, Bobbie and Carly. Nikolas and Lulu were on their heels. Catching sight of Sonny, Carly stopped. “What the hell is going on Sonny?”

“It’s Brenda. Max and I found her out here, unconscious.”

“Maybe she knows who shot up my family.” Carly said belligerently.

Sonny stared down Carly, “Leave it alone Carly. My main concern is Brenda at this point and her son.” He started to walk away from her.

Carly caught his arm. “Do you want to ride to the hospital with me?”

Sonny shook his head. “I will not let Brenda out of my sight for a minute.”

The doors flew open to the emergency room and Noah was waiting. “Put Laura in trauma room three!” He yelled. He motioned for Bobbie to follow him. “We need to get this bullet out. Patrick will get the bullets out of Lucky. Emily will assist Patrick. Monica will stabilize Luke and then you and I will operate on Luke. I need you to scrub in now.” Bobbie complied.

In his room, Luke was yelling out for Robert and Lulu. Lulu, still in tears, came running in. “Daddy, are you all right.”

“Princess, do you think that anyone can hurt your father?” Luke kissed the top of Lulu’s head. "Watch my arm honey."

“But someone tried to shoot us. If it wasn’t for Nikolas, I would have been shot too. He jumped right on top of me. He saved my life.” Lulu wailed.

Robert came to the door and stepped away. “I know Princess. Nikolas is a hero. But you are safe.” Luke comforted his daughter, “Your mother and brother are getting the best possible care that they can. Someone will be getting in to see me soon. We will get to the bottom of this. No one can bring the Spencers down, you know that. Now, I want you to stick to Nikolas or Robert like glue until I am out of here. OK?”

Lulu nodded. “Now Princess, I need to talk to Robert. Go see Nikolas, ok?” Luke kissed Lulu again and repeated, “Remember, stay with either Nikolas or Robert. I trust them with your life.”

Lulu left and Robert walked in. “Where the hell was Baldwin?” Luke half shouted.

“Wasn’t him Spencer. He was at his headquarters the whole time. He was giving a speech when this happened.” Robert told him.

“Then who in the hell did this?” Luke bellowed.

Sarah walked into Brenda’s ER room. She pulled up a chair and sat across from Sonny and pushed back a now awake Brenda’s hair, “Hi Brenda, I’m Sarah Webber Quartermaine. I am a physician’s assistant here at the hospital. You are going to have a nasty bruise there. We need to take you down to get an MRI. But first, can you tell me what happened to you tonight?”

Brenda struggled to speak, “I went outside to call my house. I wanted to see how my son was. Oh Sonny! Where is James, is he ok?”

“Shhhh, James is with Ned. Max is with them as well.” Sonny reassured her.

“Oh good. Thank you.” Brenda refocused on Sarah. “I am sorry, I have a massive headache. I was walking away from the MetroCourt entrance when someone was walking very purposefully towards me. They looked sort of familiar to me and I remember starting to say something."

The screen goes to an isolated room

The Shooter is seen walking into a room where Helena Cassadine is sitting.

    Back to Brenda's hospital room

Sarah asked, “Do you know who hit you?”

Brenda nodded, "I started to say, you look like me."

    Back to Helena's room

Helena smiled, “Excellent job my dear. What a success on your first mission. "

    Brenda's hospital room

"I don't think I have ever met her. Sonny, you know her though. I can't place her name.

Helena Cassadine is back! Constance Towers is reprising her role as the evil Helena Cassadine. She will be involved in many storylines, but mainly involved with the Spencers. She will be a force to be reckoned with in her time in Port Charles.

Helena has also brought along Sam McCall, played again by Kelly Monaco. Sam has been thought to be dead, but alas, she has not been. She has been with Helena and as the story plays out, we will see what has been happening to her since she "died" last year.

Both actresses have signed contracts. We are not sure, however, how long the contracts are.

I am going to be changing the format to a summary format. Due to real life stresses and my job responsibilities increasing, I will not be able to write as much. The choice was either to stop altogether or change the format. I will not be writing as much, maybe a couple times a week. I do appreciate all my readers and I will try to better my writing. Please, any feedback is welcome. Thank you!
