  1. WorldTurns, I'm getting that SAME vibe about Erica Kahn. But her role is limited, right? So I doubt they'll explore her very obvious lesbian nature.

As for Christina, I really couldn't tell why she tattled on Burke. It could go either way...personally, I think the fact that Burke was willing to do the surgery on his own was enough to get to her and make her realize the patient's life is in the now sub-par Preston Burke's hands. I really feel that she did it for the right reasons.

  2. I had to laugh when that guy caught his face on fire, because everyone knows that a fire can ignite when there is oxygen in a room, is that the only guy in the world that doesn't know that???? I hope McSteamy didn't sleep with callie, I like her with geore and McSteamy with addison, don't ruin those relationships please. Funny how McDreamy gave up on Meredith, and then Meredith broke it off with McVet, guess she will be McWhoring around again.

Oh, you said it! Merewhore returns! (And here I was thankful that the slut was juggling just two men).

Anyway, can someone tell me how Merewhore became Merehigh on Thursday? My tape only started in after the first 20 minutes, I believe. All I know is she was high. But seriously, now she's a druggie? :o

  3. Meredith's a slut. What more can I say?

Well, okay, I WILL say that I loved her "I want to feel like a LADY" or whatever the line said. It was very old-school and very true of today's dating world. She spoke for probably EVERY woman with that one line. Hate that she's such a spread-her-legs-wide-open b i t c h but LOVED that very telling line.

  4. can we expect evil lexie to rise agian????

    The Butcher's Wife (1991)

A clairvoyant named Marina (Demi Moore) thinks she's met her husband-to-be (George Dzundza) because she's seen him in her dreams. They marry quickly, and return to the husband's ("the butcher"), home in the city. She has a big impact on everyone she meets by anticipating their questions and actions and advising them on their love life. Her interference then brings her into contact with the real man of her dreams (Jeff Daniels).

It was a cute movie but the ending was a little too perfect. I'd watch it again because it can be a cute romantic dramedy, but...hmmm...I can't explain it. Thoughts?

  5. This time, I saw an old Lifetime flick with Suzanne Somers. "Exclusive." It was an A-MAZING thriller about a news anchor who has a stalker after her, a husband with a mysterios dangerous past and one HELL of a shocker that you just DO NOT see coming. I highly recommend that you ALL rent or buy it!! It'd be a GREAT date movie.

  6. Reese??? She wasn't in either movie...

I actually liked the sequel though - I own both and love both :)

Always, I'm probably saying the wrong name.

The female cop. Woman from Boston Public. The DIVIIIINE whatever her name is. She was in both movies.

  7. I know, World Turns! Who would have thought it? Although the ending, when we see the killer, I must say, is a little ridiculous, lol. DO you think the killer pulled it off well? Or were they too over the top? Over all, I LOVED the film, do NOT get me wrong. I'm just wondering, was it a little campy toward the end?

  8. The last movie I (finally) saw was "Home Fries."

Someone please, help me out here.

For at least the first 45 minutes of the movie, I thought it took place in the 1950s or '60s. Nothing indicated otherwise. All the cars were old, the Burger-Matic looked ANCIENT compared to fast food restaurants today and no one were clothes that were particularly modern. Drew Barrymore's hair was also dated.

Was this a deliberate trick on the filmmakers' part or was I missing something? The first time I noticed it was more contemporary was about an hour in, when a man pulled into the Burger-Matic with "Macarena" playing on his truck stereo.

    I was SHOCKED BEYOND BELIEF.

    Seriously.

And of course, intrigued from that moment on.

    Great film!
