Have you checked it personally? . HD is available only in the application on certified devices. This is Videoland's protection against copying content in the highest quality. VPN addresses are also blocked.

HD quality is no longer available on Videoland via a web browser, so there will be no HD quality, max 540p

I don't know what web browser you are using, but as of the latest update, there is no HD quality via the browser anymore. I don't have any toogle to change the video quality.
