    ANNOUNCER: Nikki’s fed up with Victor!

    NIKKI: Victor has run my life for too long. It stops now.

    ANNOUNCER: And she’s taking action.

    NICHOLAS: What’s Dad going to say about this, it’s his jet?
    NIKKI: The name on the jet says Newman. I am Nikki Newman.

    ANNOUNCER: This week, she faces the wrath of Victor Newman.

    VICTOR: How dare you go behind my back!
    NIKKI: It’s my life, Victor! I am your wife, not your child.
    VICTOR: You leave this town, don’t you think about coming back.

    ANNOUNCER: Bringing FAMILY DRAMA back, Genoa City, SONBC Daytime.

    Victor's actions cause Nikki to react

    Outside the party, Nikki confronts Victor about always making decisions in her life. Victor denies it, infuriating Nikki even more. Nikki finally storms off. Meanwhile, the party is starting to die down. Jack and Sharon say their goodbyes as Phyllis gives Sharon a friendly reminder of the work due tonight. Brad pulls Phyllis away from Sharon and tells her to back off. Phyllis and Brad’s discussion gets heated just as Nicholas and Victoria walk into the room.

    Jack and Sharon return to the Abbott mansion. Jack wants to know why Sharon and Phyllis were fighting, but Sharon doesn’t want to talk about Phyllis. She’d rather talk about NVP’s new mall project. Sharon tries to convince Jack to cut ties with Lauren and Fenmore’s, but Jack refuses. It’s a great idea. Jack wonders if Phyllis has gotten to Sharon, but Sharon denies it.

    At the coffeehouse, Amber criticizes Daniel’s online profile, saying it’s too boring. Daniel asks what she would suggests he do. Amber’s opinion: make it sexier. Daniel and Amber return to the apartment to take sexy shirtless photos.

    Cane thanks Jill for inviting him over to discuss Phillip. Jill reminds Cane that he is his own person and her intentions were not to make him think he has to be like Phillip. Jill wants to spend more time with Cane so she invites him and Amber to stay at the mansion. Cane thanks Jill for the offer, but declines. Jill understands. Later, Cane returns to the apartment and finds Amber’s laptop still on. He’s shocked when her porn website pops up.

    Paul calls Katherine with good news. He found Phillip’s mother and he and JT are on their way to her house. Katherine wants to stay updated. Paul and JT arrive and meets Crystal. Crystal tries to deny giving birth to a baby on the date, but Paul has proof and she finally admits that she was a prostitute and didn’t want the baby. She met a woman named Violet that needed a baby fast and she gave hers for the money.

    Victor returns to the ranch to finds suitcases in the living room. When Nikki comes down the stairs, she admits that she has chosen to move out for a while and is taking a suite at the GCAC. Victor tells her that she is overreacting, but Nikki doesn’t feel that way. She tells Victor to take the time to think about his priorities and what she really means to him. With that, Nikki walks out of the ranch, leaving Victor by his lonesome.

    Ji Min has suspicions about Jack

    Ji Min and Gloria arrive at the club for dinner. Once they’re seated, Gloria brings up Extreme Catwalk. Ji Min doesn’t want to discuss the show, but Gloria won’t give up. Gloria tells Ji Min that she knows Jack had a hand in deciding she won’t do the show. Gloria tells Ji Min to not let Jack push him around. Ji Min is Jabot’s owner, not Jack. Ji Min wonders over Gloria’s suspicions that Jack gives him commands. Meanwhile, Nikki learns from Gina that Katherine called and cancelled their date. Furious, Nikki storms out heading for Brad’s house.

    Paul meets with William at the courthouse to get papers about investigating the baby switch at the hospital. William tells Paul that once Phillip’s biological parents are found and they find out what happened, they will probably press charges against Katherine. Later, Paul meets with JT at the hospital and a nurse grants them access into the filing room. Luckily for the case, only two babies were born on that day: Cane and Phillip. Paul locates Phillip’s real mother, Crystal Peyton.

    Katherine comes home to find Jill and Cane talking. Jill is very rude to Katherine and asks her to leave while she gets to know her son. Cane suggests he leave, but Kay decides to leave herself to give Jill and Cane time to talk. After Katherine leaves, Jill goes back to telling Cane about Phillip and sharing photos. Cane is stunned to find out Phillip has a child and feels the child and his mother should be alerted. Jill tells Cane that Nina knows.

    The Newmans and Abbotts gather at Brad’s house for Abby’s homecoming party. Phyllis keeps Brad and Sharon on their toes the entire night. Abby finally arrives and is shocked by the party. Nicholas questions Nikki’s whereabouts, but Victor knows that Nikki will be there soon. Meanwhile, Phyllis pulls Sharon aside and pressures her to talk to Jack. Jack sees the two in a heated discussion and goes over to stop it since this is Abby’s day. Nikki finally arrives and asks to speak to Victor alone. Outside, Nikki scolds Victor for getting Katherine to cancel their dinner. Nikki has had enough of Victor making her decisions.

    AMBER (to Daniel): Your profile’s so boring. We need to spice it up. Take your shirt off.

    BRAD (to Phyllis): Go to hell, Phyllis!

    PAUL (to Katherine): We found her. We found Phillip’s real mother. Are you ready to meet her?

    Michelle Phillips joins the cast of Genoa City as Crystal Peyton. Phillips will play the role of Crystal Peyton, who will be involved in the Jill/Katherine/Cane storyline; playing the mother who gave birth to the baby that Jill thought was hers. Viewers may recognize Phillips from the former hit nighttime soap opera, Knots Landing. Her first airdate will be Friday, April 6.

    Jill announces Cane as being her son

    Nikki calls Katherine over to the club to talk. Nikki tells Katherine about Victor interfering with her hopes of running against Jack for senator. Katherine is surprised Victor would react that way and thought he would be very supportive of Nikki. Nikki says that she’s growing tired of Victor running her life. She is his wife, not his child. Katherine suggests she and Nikki have dinner since Nikki needs a night out. Nikki accepts. Later, Victor tells Nikki about Abby’s homecoming party, but Nikki says she has other engagements with Katherine. Victor thinks Kay will understand, but Nikki says no. After Nikki leaves, Victor makes a call to Katherine and explains the situation.

    Amber comes home from class and finds Cane. Cane tells Amber about his chat with Jill and Katherine and how they both offered him jobs, but he declined. Amber can’t believe Cane would turn down high paying jobs like that. Cane doesn’t want people thinking he’s getting unfair treatment because he’s a Chancellor. Amber suggests he take the job and make a name for himself in the business world.

    Jill and Gloria prepare for the Extreme Catwalk press conference. Gloria is very excited while Jill is still unconvinced she should do the show. Gloria is able to convince her to continue with their plans. At the conference, the media completely ignore Gloria and anything dealing with Extreme Catwalk. Instead, they want to know all about Jill’s new son. When Jill spots Cane in the back, she introduces him as her son.

    Sharon walks in on Jack asking Brad to be a part of the new Clear Springs mall project. Sharon tries to inadvertently persuade Brad out of the idea, but Brad thinks it’s a great opportunity. After Jack leaves, Sharon tells Brad that Phyllis doesn’t want Lauren working on the project and is already blackmailing her to get Jack to change his mind. Sharon was trying to save Brad from having to go through the same torture. Brad promises to take care of Phyllis once and for all.

    Katherine comes by Cane’s apartment, but Amber tells her that Cane stepped out. Amber tells Kay to give Cane time and when he comes around, she’s sure that he will forgive Katherine. Amber suggests Katherine give Cane an architecture job at Chancellor. Katherine wants to, but wants to wait and see if Cane accepts Jill’s offer first.

    GLORIA (to Ji Min): You shouldn’t let Jack Abbott push you around. The way he parades himself, it’s like he believes he still owns Jabot.

    PHYLLIS (to Sharon): Abby really likes Victoria. It would be such a shame if your affair with Brad came out and that little family had to be torn apart.
    SHARON: What do you want from me, Phyllis?
    PHYLLIS: You already know what I want. All you have to do is do it.

    PAUL (to JT): Strangely enough, there were only two births on that day. Jill gave birth to Cane…
    JT: And the other woman gave birth to Phillip.
    PAUL: Right. And we’re about to find out the identity of that woman.
