City Jail. Nikki arrives to see Victoria.

Nikki: Darling I’m here now. I called Michael Baldwin, he will be here soon.

Victor: Like hell he is! I called Avery Clark. She will be helping our daughter. And by the way, how could you let this happen?

Victoria: Dad don’t.

Nikki: How did I let this happen?” She says mocking him. She continues “ What about what you have done? You gave your company to Kay cutting your own children out of the legacy. I’ve been busy fighting to get it back. A mess you made. So excuse the hell out of me!

Victor: You know I won’t be in here long.

Nikki: Yeaaa.. ok.” She turns to Vickie. She tells her not to worry things will be ok.

Victoria tells her no they won’t. “ Thing will never be the same. A baby is dead mom. Billy cheated on me. I could be the possible reason their unborn baby is dead.”

Victor interjects “ Don’t you say that again! Beside’s my loser of an ex wife here Billy boy is to blame for this. He couldn’t keep it zipped up and now I’m going to have it cut off. No one hurts my family.

Nikki: The big bad wolf huffing and puffing. I mean honestly what are you going to do from a jail cell Victor?

Chancellor Estate. Esther with Chloe in tow walk into the living room where Murphy and Kay were discussing Tucker. They get up to greet them and escort them to the couch.

Murphy gives Chloe a hug and then one to Kay.

Murphy: Ah darling I got some things to do.

Kay: I hope it has nothing to do with what we were talking about?

He smiles at her and tells her he loves her then leaves the scene.

Kay looks at Chloe and sits next to her and holds her. “ Esther leave me and Chloe. I need to have a word with her”

Esther standing up in protest “ Mrs. C please. Chloe just lost a baby.” Kay motions Esther to leave saying “ Leave Esther” Esther obliges and leaves to do some duties.

Chloe looks at Kay and already knows what she is going to say. She dreads the lecture but this is Mrs. Chancellor after all.

Tucker finishes his celebratory drink and makes another phone call.

“ Hello Iris. .. Good news darling, phase one is complete and its now your turn to do what you do to complete this.” Iris notes the timeliness of his part of the plan. In fact she is stunned. She tells him she is ready to do what she needs to do and will give him an update later. Tucker hangs up his phone a happy man. That is until he gets a knock on his door. He looks at his Rolex to check the time and wonders who could be at the door as he did not have anything scheduled. He opens his door and sees Murphy. Tucker is visibly not pleased to see him.

Devon knocks on Roxanne’s door. She opens and greets him with a smile and hug.

Roxanne: I’m glad its you.

Devon: Who else would it have been?

Roxanne: My so called new parents. This is all so unbelievable. To find out my parents were right here in Genoa City.

Devon: Yea that is hard to believe. I really wonder who made that tape. Victor had Avery show it. My question is why?

Roxanne: That is a good question. My life has been turned upside down. I don’t know where to begin. How do I move forward.? My foundation has been shaken. Am I just supposed to accept my new family. Hell my other just ruined my singing career with her street walking past. Some way to start a new family.

Devon: Roxanne you are not alone in this. You have one constant in your life and that is me. I love you and I will be here for you. I will help you get through this.

She looks in his eyes and smiles. She hugs him. “ I love you to Devon. So much”

Devon: I got an idea. We need to get answers like why did Avery play that tape at the party.

Roxanne: I agree. We can go to see Victor himself.

Devon: Woah slow down. We’re talking about Victor Newman.

Roxanne: Yea ok and …?

Devon: I know your upset Roxanne but to tango with Victor, well.. let’s just say it isn’t wise.

Roxanne: Devon grow a pair. I don’t fear Victor Newman. This is about me and obviously he had something to do with this and I want to know why. I have a right to know. Now come on.” They leave her apartment.

Spencer is in his office. He is looking over the Restless Style expose coverage of his paternity of Roxanne being exposed. He thinks of how angry Roxanne is at the moment. He then thinks back of the party and remembers when Avery announced she had something to show that Victor wanted everyone to see. Spencer wonders how Victor was able to get all that tawdry footage of Leslie. He becomes angry at what Victor has done and decides to confront him but before he can he is visited by a clerk of court with message.

“The mayor wants to see you as soon as possible.”

Spencer: Thank you.” He says taking a deep breathe. He already knows the mayor wants to see him about the expose. “ This is not going to be good” he says to himself.

Chancellor Estate. Kay tells Chloe she is very disappointed in her. Kay reminds Chloe that she specifically warned her to stay away from Billy.

Chloe: I know I messed up. It’s just been a lonely and confusing time after losing Kevin. Kay tells her that is no excuse and that she has Chordeila to think about.

Chloe with tear in her eyes responds “ Ok Mrs. C I screwed up. I know. I lost a baby because of it.

Kay: You did now where do you go from here? You have disgraced yourself in this town. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.

Chloe: The almighty Newman’s. Does it ever end? Excuse me Mrs. C. I need some time alone.” Chloe gets up off the couch and leaves the room. Kay just shakes her head at the situation. She turns around and sees Esther standing in the door way with a look of disappointment.

Kay: Esther I don’t want to hear it. I only told Chloe the truth. I warned her to stay away from Billy.

Esther: Victoria had no right assaulting my daughter Mrs. C. I’m not going to stand by and let her actions go unpunished.

Kay: I don’t like how that sounds. The Newman’s are good friends of mine.

Esther: Does that include Nikki?” Kay just looks at her.

The Jail.

Victor : Nikki never forget who I am. My reach is far beyond these bars.

Nikki: Oh spare me the I am God speech. If you had so much reach then you as well as I could have stop this from happening.

Victoria: Would you two just stop arguing. You’re not helping. You couldn’t have controlled what Billy and Chloe were doing. Stop blaming yourselves.

Nikki: Sorry darling. I can’t help that your father is an arrogant narrow minded bastard.

Victor getting angry and starts to yell “ YOUR TELLING ME? WHAT ABOUT YOU! DON’T GET ME STARTED!!

Nikki: Go to hell Victor!

Then Avery arrives. She tells them to calm down. “ You are not helping matters any. Our focus needs to be on Victoria.” Then they all look at Victoria.

Avery: I have some news that may change everything…They look at Avery with anticipation…

Tuckers penthouse. Upon seeing Murphy at his door he slams the door in his face saying he doesn’t have time for his old man antics. Murphy yells back through the door he cant avoid him and he knows he’s up to something devious and he will get to the bottom of it. Murphy then leaves. Tucker then gets a call on his cell phone. It’s Iris.

Tucker: Cold in Bay City?

Iris: Words can’t describe it. But my part is done with the cameras in Kay’s office. Now we can record all her Looney acts she’s about to display.”

Tucker: I’m going to test the paint out my self. Good work Iris. Soon Kay will be destroyed and Chancellor Industries will be mine.” He says with a smile grabbing his coat and leaving to test out the fumes in Kay’s office at Newman. What Tucker doesn’t know is Murphy is now following him….
