• Abby arrives at Devon’s studio. She is excited as she gives him a hug. Devon asks her what she is so excited about. Abby says she has decided to invest large chunk of her money into his label. She also tells him she wants to buy Crimson lights and that they can use it as a platform to showcase new talent. Devon is trilled and thankful as he hugs her again. Abby is happy as the man she is in love with is hugging her. She savors the moment, smelling his cologne turns her own. She wishes it could be like this all the time.
  
• Kay holds a press conference at Newman. She announces she is now the owner and CEO of Newman Enterprises due to an agreement with Victor Newman. A reporter asks Kay if her take over means that Victor is for sure going to jail? Kay says no comment as she leaves the podium. Genoa City and the business world are stunned at Kay’s announcement.
  
• At Tucker’s Tucker and Ashley turn the TV after watching Kay’s press conference. Tucker says this is amazing. Ashley says it sure is shocking. Kay at Newman. Who would have though it.” Ashley says she has to know what is going in Victor’s mind and she is going to go see him. Tucker says ok. He sits on the news that his mother now owns the most powerful company in business. He wonders how he can take advantage of this situation.
  
• Jack meets Nikki at the Club. He gives her a hug. He tells her its good to see her again. Nikki tells jack that she feels betrayed by Kay. Jack says he knows he just saw Kay’s announcement and calls it shameful. Jack promises Nikki he is going to help her get it back. Nikki smiles at Jack and gives him another hug.
  
• Michael is visiting with Eden and Gloria at Crimson Lights when Michael is served divorced papers. As he reads them he is shocked to learn that Lauren is suing for sole custody of their son. Michael is devastated as Gloria and Eden are shocked.
