Newly installed Head writer ML Cooks is wasting no time in making drastic changes to fix this show. After a very slow start ML promises things will pick up in coming weeks!

A week after the storyline “Out of the Ashes 2.0” has aired, readers were shocked to see the body count pile up in the after math.

“This event was used to clean house and to jump start into stories the fans want to see. It was my opinion Y&R had too many new characters that did nothing for the core of the show. So I cleaned house in order to have room and time to focus on core characters and other families besides the Newman’s. The canvas was bloated. So in effect here is a list of performers and characters who have met their maker.” ML was quoted as saying.
