The summer is kicked off in Springfield...

Springfield High:

Jeffrey, Cassie, Phillip and Harley take their seats.

Cassie smiles, "I'm so excited. There's just something so magical about watching children become adults."

Harley shakes her head, "Not when it's your kids."

Cassie and Harley smile and hold hands.

Jeffrey sighs, "I'm glad you guys have each other. It's good to have friends here."

Phillip nods, "To bad Blake doesn't have that right now. I'm sure she could use it."

Harley turns to him, "Really? You guys are just going to team up on us right now?"

Jeffrey nods, "Today is about taking new steps. It's going to be summer are you guys going to go all summer without having all three of you get together at all?"

Cassie and Harley look at each other.

Back behind the auditorium.

All of the students are getting ready to line up and go inside.

Leah is kissing Zach.

RJ and Belinda rush over.

RJ sighs, "We need your help."

Zach looks at them, "What's up?"

Belinda sighs, "Clarissa ran outside, she said she doesn't want to walk with everyone."

Leah shakes her head, "Why?"

Belinda looks at her, "I don't know maybe because of all the little stuck up preps like you."

Zach looks at her, "Knock it off. Where is Clarissa now?"

RJ sighs, "She ran outside."

They hear the teachers telling everyone to get in place.

The four kids go running out of the building.

Mallet's House:

Dinah walks in with Matt.

Mallet and Maureen are shocked.

Maureen stares, "Daddy?"

Matt punches Mallet.

Maureen shouts, "Dad! Stop it!"

Dinah rushes over.

Mallet jumps up, "Did you just come into my house and attack me? I'm a cop Matt!"

Matt nods, "And I'm a father!"

Mallet and Matt start pushing each other.

Maureen jumps in between them, "Stop it! Anthony is upstairs playing, now knock it off!"

Matt backs away.

Mallet rubs his face.

Maureen turns to her father, "What are you doing here? When did you come back to town?"

Matt nods, "I just got here. I got a video message from Dinah, I wasn't to happy with what I saw."

Mallet and Maureen look at each other.

Mallet looks at them, "What the hell is going on here?"

Dinah pulls out her cell phone, "Guess you two really don't know."

Mallet and Maureen are confused.

Dinah forwards them the video, "It's from Belinda originally."

Maureen and Mallet open their phones.

They each play the video of them kissing.

Mallet and Maureen look at each other.

Towers:

Reva has left after her meal with Ashlee.

Ashlee sits at the bar now.

Dalton steps off the elevator.

He sees her sitting.

He walks over, "So we meet again."

She smiles, "Dalton? Nice to see you. I thought you were leaving town a while ago?"

He nods, "Change of plans. I might be sticking around for a while it seems. I'm guessing you aren't going anywhere either?"

She shakes her head, "Nope. Get used to seeing a lot of me around here. It's a small town."

He nods, "So I've noticed."

She looks at him, "Isn't it odd that you've been in town for such a short while and we've randomly ran into each other three times now. Almost like fate or something."

Dalton just stares at her.

She laughs, "It's weird when you do that."

He is confused, "What?"

She sighs, "Stare. It's like you're examining me."

He nods, "You are a very interesting person Ashlee."

She smiles, "So you do remember my name."

He sighs, "You're a difficult person to forget."

She grins, "I was thinking the same thing about you."

Dalton and Ashlee stare at each other.

They each order their drinks.

Springfield High:

Zach, Leah, RJ, and Belinda walk outside.

Clarissa is sitting on a bench.

They all walk over.

Clarissa looks at them, "If this is an intervention it's to late, I'm already pregnant."

RJ nods, "You need to go inside. You earned this Clarissa, you need to walk across that stage."

Clarissa shakes her head, "No."

Belinda sighs, "Don't be a baby."

Clarissa looks at her, "You of all people? You always said you would never walk because it's lame. Now because you're dating RJ you are going to become Mrs. High School?"

Belinda shakes her head, "No. I'm just saying you should walk because you want to and not let some losers make you quit."

Clarissa turns away.

Leah looks at her, "What about your baby? Do you want your child to give up when things get difficult?"

Clarissa shakes her head, "None of you understand."

Zach sits by Clarissa, "She's right. We don't. I honestly didn't even want to come to this school in the first place. So I'm not walking either."

Leah stares, "What?"

RJ sits down, "Neither am I."

Clarissa looks at the two of them.

Inside the students start walking in to their seats.

Blake is sitting with Ross.

She sighs, "I'm not going to be able to see from here. I'm going to go to the side."

Ross nods, "Okay. Take some pictures for me too."

She nods, "Of course."

Blake walks out of the seats and down the aisle.

She gets to the end and stops.

Cassie and Harley stand in front of her.

Harley sighs, "Not so fast Blake."

She stares at the two of them.

Beacon:

Stephanie walks into her room.

Guillespie is sitting on the bed.

She jumps, "Oh my God!"

He laughs, "What's that for?"

She sighs, "You scared me. How did you get in here?"

He nods, "I have my ways."

She pours herself a drink, "Well please don't do this again. I'm a cop, if I had my gun..."

He sighs, "Don't worry. Next time you'll expect me."

She turns to him, "Well... I just think now that Sam is gone our partnership is kind of over right?"

He scoffs, "So what you just use me?"

She shakes her head, "No, I'm just going through a lot right now with what happened to Sam and Remy."

Guillespie laughs, "Oh yes Detective Remy Boudreau? I remember him very well indeed."

She sighs, "He's my ex boyfriend... he was."

Guillespie sighs, "A crooked cop if I ever met one. Beat me half to death. Bastard Pig."

She turns to him, "You murdered his best friend. Remy was a hero. And... he almost died when you set fire to Blake Marler's house. That's how he and I got together I rescued him."

He walks over to her, "Oh? So I'm the bad guy right? The villain? The big bad wolf?"

She backs up, "I'm just saying..."

He puts his hands on her shoulders, "You were using me to get to Susan, you helped me take advantage of her."

Stephanie shakes her head, "No that's not what it was..."

He holds her by her shoulders, "Did I mean nothing to you?"

She stares, "Oh God... I thought we were just going to be friends?"

A furious Guillespie slams her back into the wall.

Spaulding Enterprises:

Alexandra Spaulding walks into the building.

Her assistant walks up to her, "Ms. Spaulding. She is here right now and she is insisting that she is in charge."

Alex nods, "I will take care of it."

Alex walks up the stairs.

She goes into the main office.

She walks in, "Beth."

Lorelei turns around, "Hello Alexandra."

Alex shakes her head, "You've been MIA for quite some time now. What brings you back to Springfield?"

She sighs, "Well I'm sorry to hear about Alan's misfortune. It's quite tragic to say the least."

Alexandra nods, "Tell me your joking? Or have you been living under a rock? Remy Boudreau is dead. Lizzie is devastated, your grandchild will grow up without his father and all you can think about is Alan? What is wrong with you?"

Lorelei nods, "Nothing. Alan is in the hospital unable to fulfill his duties so here I am."

Alex scoffs, "Since when are you and Alan so chummy again? Don't tell me you got back with him? Because he is all about Natalia right now."

Lorelei nods, "I'm very aware. But Alan forgot to make some changes before he had his heart attack."

Alex shakes her head, "I don't understand."

She grins, "In case of Alan being hospitalized and unable to fulfill his responsibilities, I was requested to be placed in charge and automatically be named acting CEO."

An angry Alexandra stares.

PART TWO:

Towers:

Ashlee and Dalton sit together at the bar.

Ashlee turns to him, "So did you ever find that woman that hurt you or whatever?"

He nods, "Yes I did."

She sighs, "Anyone I know?"

He nods, "Amanda Spaulding."

Ashlee stares, "I think I do know who that is. My Mom married into the Spaulding family for a while."

Dalton sighs, "Small world."

She looks at him, "So... were you and Amanda involved?"

Dalton laughs, "I guess you could say that... she's my mother."

Ashlee's jaw drops, "Oh... so you are a Spaulding?"

He nods, "I guess so."

Ashlee stares, "Well I'll be honest it's not the most popular last name to have in Springfield right now."

He sighs, "So I hear. Apparently the Spauldings are not known for being giving and loving."

Ashlee shakes her head, "Maybe Amanda is different."

Dalton shakes his head, "No. She's one of them. In every way imaginable."

Ashlee sighs, "I'm sorry. I know how you feel. I found out recently that my biological mother is a woman who has been harassing me for the better part of this past year. But then again news like that is not all that shocking in Springfield."

He laughs, "Oh really?"

She nods, "It's not as boring here as you might think."

He grins, "Well hopefully I won't make it boring."

She shakes her head, "I don't think you could."

He puts his money down, "Her drink is on me."

She smiles, "Thank you."

He nods, "Nice chatting with you Ashlee. Take care."

Dalton leaves.

Ashlee watches him as he walks out.

Mallet's House:

Mallet and Maureen put their phones away.

Dinah sighs, "Now you see why we are not so happy with the two of you right now."

Mallet shakes his head, "I can't believe you Dinah. Can't you see that Belinda is trying to turn everyone against each other so she can get away with all of her stunts."

Dinah nods, "Maybe she wouldn't be getting into so much trouble if she wasn't hiding your dirty little secret."

Matt looks at Maureen, "How could you keep this from me? Every time I talk to you on the phone. I ask you about your life and you just flat out lie about everything."

Maureen shakes her head, "You wouldn't understand. You clearly don't understand."

He nods, "I understand perfectly."

Mallet shakes his head, "I don't think you do."

Matt looks at him, "And you, I asked you to look after my daughter. I trusted you, you sick bastard."

Mallet scoffs, "Me? This coming from the guy who hooked up with Dinah when she was married to me? When you had just divorced her mother? You are going to criticize me?"

Matt shakes his head, "Maureen is young."

Maureen nods, "And so were you. But you and Mom loved each other and you didn't care about the age difference."

Matt shakes his head, "You are making a big mistake honey. I am trying to protect you."

Mallet sighs, "Enough. We will talk about this at another time. But right now both of you need to get out."

Matt nods, "You're right. We will talk about this."

Matt walks out.

Dinah looks at Mallet.

Mallet sighs, "I have nothing to say to you Dinah."

Dinah storms out and slams the door.

Mallet turns to Maureen who is in tears.

He comforts her.

Springfield High:

Clarissa sits with Zach and RJ.

Clarissa shakes her head, "Don't do this guys don't ruin graduation for yourselves over me."

RJ sighs, "It's not a graduation without you."

Clarissa looks at him, "None of us have even hung out since we were kids. Why should we act close this year?"

Zach sighs, "I still remember when we were kids and our Mom's used to tell us how we were all going to graduate together. So either we all graduate together or we don't graduate at all."

Clarissa has tears in her eyes, "You don't get it. You have your families here for you. No matter what I still feel alone even with my Mom and Dad in the room."

Belinda looks at the parking lot, "Look Clarissa."

Clarissa sees Rafe's car parked, "Rafe's here?"

Zach nods, "I saw him inside earlier."

Belinda looks at Clarissa, "Who do you think he's here for? You don't want to make him waste a trip here do you?"

Clarissa wipes her tears and looks at her friends.

Zach and RJ help her up.

Inside the auditorium.

Blake looks at Harley and Cassie.

She sighs, "Hey guys."

Harley nods, "We aren't happy with what you've been doing Blake. Getting involved with Alan..."

Cassie shakes her head, "After what he did to Tammy..."

Blake has tears in her eyes, "I am so sorry. I know that when I feel alone I do terrible things. I need to work on that."

Harley nods, "Well you won't be alone then."

Blake looks at them.

Cassie sighs, "We all make mistakes Blake. Let's not let those mistakes get in the way of watching our kids graduate together."

Blake smiles, "We've waited 18 years for this moment."

The three women hug.

Beacon:

Stephanie falls back into the wall.

Guillespie turns away, "Wow you are a bitch. You are a mean and selfish bitch you know that?"

She stares, "What is wrong with you?"

He looks at her, "You were using me all along to make Sam jealous and now you just throw me away?"

She shakes her head, "I never led you on!"

He grabs her and shakes her, "Don't you ever talk down to me again? Do you hear me?"

She shoves him, "Get your hands off of me. I suggest you get the hell out of my room before you get thrown back in jail."

He smiles, "Oh yeah? And if you put me in jail I'll sing my ass off about all of our deals."

She shakes her head, "No one would believe you."

He nods, "Wouldn't they? Don't you think I would have recorded our little meetings?"

She shakes her head, "You're bluffing."

He laughs, "Test me."

She stares at him, "What do you want from me?"

He sighs, "We are not over! You got it?"

She scoffs, "There was nothing between us in the first place."

He nods, "Oh yes there was."

Stephanie stares at him in confusion.

He sighs, "I got to run. But I'll be back. And if you try to get me arrested, you'll be sorry."

Guillespie walks out of the room.

Stephanie's eyes fill with tears.

She is shaking.

She feels a bruise growing on her back.

Spaulding Enterprises:

Lorelei, who is still playing Beth, is rearranging the office.

Alexandra is watching her.

Lorelei is purposely trying to anger her.

Alexandra stares, "You can't do this Beth."

She laughs, "I already have."

Alex shakes her head, "No. We are just going to get everyone together and vote you out."

She walks over to Alex, "And vote who in? You? Your age is what cost you the votes last time. Why do you think it's not going to get in the way this time around?"

Alex sighs, "I'm not alone. I have Nick with me. Along with Vicky and Amanda. We are united."

Lorelei laughs, "United, when was the last time a Spaulding stuck by their word?"

Alexandra shakes her head, "Beth you know I adore you but if you try to go up against me then I will not hold back."

Lorelei grins, "Oh that's cute. You just don't hurt yourself okay?"

Alexandra walks out of the office.

Alexandra sighs, "She has no idea what she is in for."

Lorelei locks the door.

She looks around, "Oh Alan. You thought you could pull one over on old Lorelei didn't ya buddy? But I always get the last laugh."

She looks around the big office.

It's all hers.

Lorelei sits in her chair and laughs to herself..

Springfield High:

Blake, Harley and Cassie stand with a bunch of other parents with their cameras.

They are half way through the names.

The Principal is reading off names.

Clarissa's name is read.

Clarissa is looking out in the crowd.

The boy behind her nudges her.

She shakes her head, "Oh sorry."

Clarissa walks across the stage.

She sees her Dad smiling in his seat.

Her mother taking her photo next to her friends.

As Clarissa reaches for her diploma she sees Rafe standing in the back.

A smile comes over her face.

Clarissa goes down the steps.

They keep going down the list.

Minutes later the principal reads, "Alan Cooper Spaulding."

Zach laughs at hearing his real name.

Harley smiles.

Phillip is so proud to see his son up there.

Zach smiles at Leah as he walks down the steps.

At the end of the line.

The Principal smiles, "Last but certainly not least, Roger Joshua Winslow."

RJ walks and gets his diploma.

Cassie has tears rolling down her face as RJ walks across the stage.

Belinda shouts out a big cheer.

RJ walks down with his class.

The Principal looks out at the crowd, "I am honored that my last year as principal was with such an incredible class. Ladies and Gentleman the class of 2011!"

The room breaks out in applause.

RJ, Zach and Clarissa throw their hats up with their class.
