This spoiled connection that Tracy and AZ have...I wonder if it's Gina Solieto, the 19-year-old they're casting. AZ might be related to her father. Any chance Tracy could be her mother? Don't think so from what I've seen of The City clips and what's been said. Unless she had a different father than who they assume...? Sounds like Alan will be in Jason's dream and supposedly in Monica's dream, too. Wish they would just undo Guza's mess and bring him back. I read a spoiler about Helena having about a dozen surprises up her sleeve. I hope one of them is named Dr. Alan Quartermaine.

They have jumped the Lunacy shark as far as I'm concerned. I guess Guza wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. Congrats on that. Gina Tognoni would be a great Kate recast. There have been lots of spec probably combined with wishful thinking that she would go to Y&R as Victoria Newman. From GT's perspective, Y&R would seem like a better deal I would think unless she's another one who has always wanted to work with MB. And this is partly wishful thinking, but I don't think it's Kristin Alderson to GH mainly because I don't see where she would fit on GH. And she's a bad actress. Not nice to say, I know, but it's the truth. The whole teen cast, except for KA's brother, is actually pretty dreadful. Too bad they couldn't let GH's casting director do double duty because he's the best and OLTL's is the worst. For all of GH's faults, at least they hire talent. Ravenbeauty has definitely been giving strong hints that Jane is out. Hopefully that plan might change if they are shoring up the Qs. I would think she would be around for awhile if Dillon is coming back. Sad that they've made her such a periphery character that she could so easily be written out. It's crazy. But if Garin Wolfe is truly given carte blanche, she sure has a better chance than under Guza.

Ravenbeauty's scoops have come to fruition like birds on a wire...ping, ping, ping. I can definitely see John Paul Lavoisier as Dillon. He has the same quirky, physical and emotional, presence that Scott Clifton had as Dillon. And he is reportedly a huge Frons favorite and the reason he's essentially been OLTL's star for the past few years. I don't think Farah Fath is the younger leading lady coming to GH, though. Ravenbeauty has had her out the door for months and apparently not by her choice. My guess is that her exit story changed because of the heart transplant story on OLTL. Anyway, if JMB leaves as RB has scooped, the younger leading lady might be Bree Williamson (she plays Jess and a bunch of other characters that rhyme with Jess-consider yourself lucky if you don't know what I'm talking about) as a Lulu recast. BW is another Frons favorite and, really, it would be a good sign if two of his favorites ended up as Spencermaines. Back to John Paul Lavoisier, his being possibly cast as Dillon is so ironically soapy. SC played Tracy's son until OLTL appropriated him and eventually made him Roxy's son in a switched at birth plot point. And he was switched at birth with Rex who is played by JPL and now possibly slated to become Tracy's son. So very small worldish and soapy.

Very sorry about Ingo. I've always liked him as an actor and a human being. I gained even more respect for him when he called out that Monavie juice thing some of the GHers were peddling. Lucky for Ingo, most soaps don't have a fascination for actors who mumble and stare. So, maybe there's something much better waiting for him. I hope so. Can't wait to see Helena return. If it's true about Nikolas dying at the hands of Lisa, that seems such a waste. If she's on her way out, what's the point when the object of Helena's revenge is gone? Would have made a far better story if it had been an accidental death caused by a Spencer. Speaking of Spencers and Cassadines, a fitting end to GH would be the marriage of a Spencer and a Cassadine...Ethina.

That was probably just code for "If Guza, in all his mob-obsessed glory, is ever shown the door, we're screwed."

And today marks the official beginning of "The Summer of Ethina"...

Not saying I believe TG is out on this or that date, but I can see ABC keeping it under wraps. TG's leaving would just lend more weight to the cancellation "rumors." Given how GH caters to its male actors, I can see things wrapping up in a way that satisfies them and not necessarily the fans. I'm not a fan of the new/old Luke, but I think this is it from now until the end of the show. TG has been in favor of a Luke suicide from the time he left in the early to mid 80's. (If I remember correctly, he was floating the idea of LnL both dying in a hospital shootout involving the mob.) And TG's big thing is always about "challenging" the viewers. My guess is that they will go for something unforgettable, but definitely not warm and fuzzy. The way I see it, the LuNacy fans got a happy ending three years ago. That Haunted Star exit was as good as it gets. Too bad *that* wasn't when GH ended. Would have worked for me. Too bad GH isn't ending before OLTL. Given the fact that GH is almost solely about Michael, all they'd have to do is send him off to prison again and call it a day. I loved Michael and Abby a few months ago. Now, I'm almost as anxious for them to be off the screen as I am for Sonny and Brenda to be gone.

Adopt a black cat! They are only half as likely to get adopted because of their color. I have a 15-year-old (as of yesterday, actually) little black kitty who is the most wonderful girl. As for litter boxes...they're not that bad. Use 13-gallon drawstring trash bags in lieu of liners made specifically for litter boxes. I find they actually fit better. And they're so easy to change. Here's a thought if you want a "pre-tested" cat. Adopt one from a rescue that is currently being fostered. And if you're thinking about two, you could get two that have already bonded. Wet food instead of dry! It's much healthier. So glad you're thinking of getting a kitty, Ms. Q!

You're right on the mark, Remos. I don't think they're making much either. But they're promoting their primetime lineup and Disney movies like nobody's business. Honestly, some of these promos are longer than movie trailers. If they want the younger viewers, which they clearly do, no wonder they want out of the network soaps business. Children (and 12-17 are children, not "women" as the network calls them) don't watch soaps, at least not on TV! Did they just figure this out? It's been spelled out in the ratings for years. Viewers 12-17 number in the tens of thousands as opposed to the millions for what was previously considered the magic demo of the baby boomers. One thing I believe could have saved soaps would have been effective product placement. What ABC apparently didn't understand is that product placement isn't about making an on-air spiel. You don't talk about it. It's just there. They could have been doing this for decades. Instead of supposed millionaries eating generic cereal and drinking bottles marked "cola", they could have been quietly selling Cheerios and Spite, and making zillions. Oh, well...

Completely happy? They got a divorce. And TG has made clear what a hideous misrepresentation of his character the Charles Street years were. He's played Luke for over 30 years, so I trust his assessment. And I wish they had given him the Emmy for the "Amityville Horror" adlib referring to laura's house. I remember a scene with Luke and Lucky, circa mid-90's, sitting outside at night under the stars. Luke was talking about how this made him remember how great it felt to be "out there" as opposed to the white picket fence routine. And then there was Felicia...So, solid is not a word I would use to describe this couple even during what was their only onscreen time of any length as a couple.

I *love* the way TG thinks. LuNacy love is mature, rich, and seasoned. LnL was based on an illusion. LOL! Any hardliner still pinning their hopes on a revenge walk into the sunset might as well help Palin measure the White House windows for drapes. One is as likely to happen as the other!! This is not a mainstream fan opinion, but I am ready for GH to end. The intervention to come and a few scenes here and there are just random diamond chips in a big, ole heap of repetitive manure that wasn't even interesting the first time around. It's still all about Sonny and Jason, Jason and Michael, Jason and Carly, Carly and Michael. Some soaps are at their best when they're wrapping things up. There's nothing to lose, like fickle viewers bent on instant gratification with short attention spans, and the suits just say let her rip, do what you want. And the creatives actually create instead of cowtowing to focus groups and advertisers. So, I'm looking forward to it! (Famous last words...) In the end, it won't really matter anyway because the whole thing will probably have been Luke's dream. Only Luke won't be Luke. He'll be some guy named Sal living in an ashram or a trailer park with a woman named Tootie played by Roseanne Barr or Judge Judy.

Johnny has gone from being one of my favorites to being my favorite male character! (Love LuNacy, but Luke himself...wasn't even in the running. His fault. ) And the piece de resistance "...and get some therapy!!!" *applause* *applause* Johnny is KING!

Or you can wait for the book to come out on the internet. Personally, I'll pass on lining CH's pockets. Bradford Anderson is a huge LuNacy fan to begin with . . . that's probaby why he liked the story. They should have passed on the book and gone straight to the screen with a couple of stand alone episodes.

Really makes you wonder why they even bothered with the wedding. On second that, maybe it's the same reason they bothered with the S & B wedding. It was a bone to throw to fans before everything blew up, figuratively in one case and literally in another. Speaking of which, VM is leaving. Happy face, happy face. She is the only person I know of, making a probable seven figures, who mumbles in a monotone. Even MB isn't that bad.
