[!@#$%^&*] fantastic, and pardon the language. It has to have been one of the best movies I've seen in awhile, aside from The Prestige

Great, great movie, directing, acting, writing, special effects, and the Spartan 300, let me tell you, they were some FINE ASS men. Loved it~

I highly suggest seeing this one in the theatre, it just warrents it....

It's playing in IMAX here. My friend, my aunt and I are supposed to see it later this week. I'm really looking forward to it even though I'm so down on CGI lately, but I've heard in this one it doesn't interrupt the spectacle.

A few nights ago I watched a Barbara Streisand movie called "What's Up Doc" on an old VHS tape. It was so freaking funny I thought I'd pee myself. Madeline Kahn is in it too and she's a laugh riot. it was such a farce from minute one... I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. My aunt said "Oh you guys will like it, nothing like Yentl or The Way We Were"

Damn right we loved it. And a very cute, young, Ryan O'Neill is in it too. One of the best chase sequences I've ever seen.

Volver. If you love lots of female characters, and loooove plot-based narratives with lots of insane twists and turns, then this is for you. Penelope Cruz is great, but I think it is her chest that carries the movie.

Notes on a Scandal. Judi Dench and Cate Blanchette were amazing and the Phillip Glass score was pitch-perfect. I recommend it to anyone interested in a little British class snobbery, family drama and intrigue.

Dying to see Volver. I've loved Almodovar since Women on the Verge of a Nervous Breakdown .

Andf I wholeheatedly agree about Notes . But don't see it alone. You'll need to talk about it afterward; if you can after being so drained.

Set it Off: I've never seen it in full before, and I just loved it! Queen Latifah is the shizzle!

The Dukes of Hazzard: Not as awful as I imagined it would be. Dumb, yet enjoyable.

I LOVE Set it Off but it's so depressing

I haven't watched it yet (tonight at 8), but usually primetime shows that don't deal with the subject specifically kind of suggest that everyone is psychic to some degree or has psychic moments... that we can all relate.
