I know there's a lot of the shipping stuff - some with Maggie/Willie and Victoria/Roger were interesting.

I know a few Willie/Maggie fans and yes...I guess I can see where Victoria and Roger could be a couple as long as she is NOT a Collins.

That's nice. I haven't read any DS fan fiction in a while, although I enjoyed some (there was a fun one about Angelique/Cassandra reading a magazine Elizabeth wanted to read, then putting it down only when Elizabeth was no longer interested).

It's certainly not for everyone. I enjoyed meeting up with some friends but other than that, it was kind of a bore sad to say.

I'm listening to Bernard Herrmann's brilliant score for the episode, "Walking Distance" from the Twilight Zone. If anyone is a fan of TZ or Bernard Herrmann's classic scores, I would check it out. It fits the episode perfectly with every melody filling one with the longing for their nostalgia days.

Yes, there are quite a few eps on youtube. And I wish they wouldn't have killed off the Reverend. I really liked that character.

As a long time Dark Shadows fan (re-runs from when the Sci Fi channel aired it back in the 90's), it wasn't difficult for me to love this other little soap called, Strange Paradise. While not as successful as Dark Shadows, it is still able to stand on its own two feet and is not what I would consider a Dark Shadows clone.

Does anyone remember this show? I think if Dark Shadows fans just gave it a chance, there is a chance it too would be available for a dvd release.

I'm a huge Dark Shadows fan and would love to chat with other fans about the show as well. Has anyone ever been a fest? I was at the one hosted in 2009.
