  1. I've seen quite a few recently...

Dial M for Murder - Not one of Hitchcock's most popular, but I enjoyed it. I thought it was interesting that basically the same set was used for the entire movie.

The Most Dangerous Game - From 1932! lol. I knew the story and wanted to see how it turned out on the big screen. I thought it was okay, a little cheesy.

A Scanner Darkly - Ehhh. Not really sure why I watched this. This kind of movie (druggies wasting their lives) isn't really my thing. Interesing use of animation though.

Donnie Darko - Some people I know are crazy about this movie. I can't really agree with them. It's definitely a thinking movie. I understood it, but it really didn't do much for me.

  2. The Beach: Ehh, it was okay. I don't like really the kind of story that it focused on, like where someone wants to get away from the "evils" of society and get to a perfect place. I don't think I realized that's what it was about until I started watching it. Leo was okay, and I wasn't familiar with anybody else in it and wouldn't take the time to look them up.

  3. The Russia House with Sean Connery and Michelle Pfeiffer. It was just okay. Seemed to drag in some places. MP didn't look very good in it, IMO. Of course SC played 'the drunken guy who really could care less' part very well.
