    Playing opposite Melody Thomas Scott (Trish), John Shea ("Mutant X") will portray Bruce Atkinson-- a leading male of the series. Bruce is a struggling single father.


    Katherine Heigl (Izzy, "Grey's Anatomy") has been cast as Bruce (John Shea)'s oldest daughter, Michelle Atkinson. Michelle is strong-willed and teaches at her sister's high school.


    Michelle Trachtenberg (ex-Lily, AMC/Dawn, "Buffy") has been cast as Bruce (John Shea)'s teenage daughter, Carli Atkinson. Carli is strongly involved in the teen crowd and is always itching to get to the bottom of certain mysteries.

    Moments of Existence Reaches 100 Episodes

    "Moments of Existence", which began airing in mid August '06, has reached its 100 episodes and counting! "It seems like such a big accomplishment," says the headwriter/creator, "But at the same time, I know that it won't be long before 200, 300, 400, and so on episodes are reached just because of how often I write." The headwriter also promises to speed things up with more suspense and plot development after the 100th episode. "Things have been boring in Mountain View for a while," he says. "My goal is that from now on, readers will never be bored."

    Residents of Mountain View gather for the Robinson Mansion Christmas party; Pamela and Ted wonder what surprise Livvie has in store; Carli and Erin aren't happy to see Lauren; Pamela realizes that Erin is upset with her; Alison is nervous about Andrew, who is happy to meet Michelle; Megan arranges to be under the mistletoe with Stephen.
