Austin walks out of the elevator of the hospital. Sami sees him, and walks over to him.

Austin: Hi Sami.

Sami slaps him.

Austin: What was that for!

Sami: What the hell is wrong with you! We have been trying to call you for weeks!

Austin: I’ve tried calling back-

Sami: Oh, spare me the excuses! What are you doing here anyway! You all of a sudden care about Carrie and your baby?

Austin: Wow, talk about the pot calling the kettle black. You all of a sudden care about Carrie? After everything you did to us?

Sami: Yes, Austin, change the subject.

Amelia walks out of Carrie’s room.

Amelia: What is going on here?

Austin: I’m here to see my wife.

Amelia: Your Carrie’s husband?

Austin: Yes.

Amelia: Go on in.

Sami: Hold on a minute!

Daniel is sitting in the Brady Pub. Carly walks in, and sits with him.

Daniel: Hey.

Carly: It’s good to see you. How are you?

Daniel: I’m alright.

Carly: Anything going on with Chloe?

Daniel: She’s under the illusion that we’re going to get back together.

Carly: Oh God.

Chloe is sitting on the couch in the Kirikas mansion, holding Parker. Philip walks in.

Philip: Hey.

Chloe looks up, and Philip notices tears in her eyes.

Philip: What’s wrong?

Chloe: I’m starting to wonder if Daniel and I will ever be together.

Philip: Chloe, you need to wake up and realize it’s not going to happen.

Chloe gets up, and puts Parker in the crib.

Chloe: You don’t know that. Me and Daniel can still be together, and you and Melanie too. And then we can get on with our lives.

Philip: What do you mean get on with our lives? You think Daniel is just going to forgive you, and he’s going to be Parker’s father? And I’m just going to disappear?

Chloe: Why not?

Rafe and Nicole are in a motel room, making out. Rafe pushes her against the door, as she takes his shirt off. Nicole laughs.

Nicole: Who knew we would end up here?

Rafe kisses her down her neck, as he takes her shirt off. Nicole flashes back to making love to EJ, as Rafe flashes back to making love to Sami. Rafe kisses her harder, and they go on the bed.

Rafe: Are you sure you want this?

Nicole kisses him, and takes off his belt, They take their pants off, and get in the sheets.

Austin, Sami, and Amelia are standing outside Carrie’s hospital room.

Sami: Doctor, shouldn’t Carrie be keeping her stress down? He’s just going to cause more.

Amelia: Carrie has been wanting to see her husband for a long time. This will give her some peace of mind.

Sami: Fine.

Austin walks into her room. Carrie wakes up.

Carrie: Austin, you’re here.

Austin: I am.

He sits beside Carrie.

Carrie: I guess your not too happy about the pregnancy.

Austin: Carrie, I’m just not ready. I don’t know how to be a father, especially after the childhood I had.

Carrie: Your nothing like your father.

Austin gets up.

Austin: Carrie, I just don’t want a child.

Carrie’s heart monitor starts to beep.

Daniel and Carly are sitting in the Brady Pub.

Carly: I keep thinking about how different things would be.

Daniel: What do you mean?

Carly: If I got away from Lawrence. If I was able to keep Melanie, and you and I would raise her together.

Daniel: We can’t keep thinking of what would have been, Carly. We can’t change the past.

Carly starts crying.

Carly: I know.

Daniel holds her hand.

Philip and Chloe are standing in the living room of the Kirikas mansion.

Philip: Chloe, forget about all this. I’m not abandoning my son, Daniel and Melanie aren’t going to forgive us.

Chloe: I’m sick of hearing all your negative thoughts. Just stay away from me and Parker.

Philip: What the hell are you talking about!

Chloe: I’m going to move out! And raise him on my own!

Philip: Your delusional, Chloe! What the hell is going on with you?

Chloe: Just stay away from me!

Chloe grabs her jacket, and leaves the mansion.

Rafe and Nicole are in bed at the motel, making love.

Nicole: Don’t stop.

Rafe flashes back to making love to Sami. Nicole goes on top of him, and kisses his chest. Rafe turns her over, and kisses her down her neck.

Carrie yells in pain as Amelia and Sami walk in.

Amelia: Both of you, please leave.

Carrie: It hurts so much. Please save my baby!

Carrie falls back, and closes her eyes. Sami and Austin are standing outside.

Sami: What the hell did you do!

Austin: I didn’t do anything, Sami!

Sami: Why don’t you just leave, and go back to whatever it was you were doing.

Chloe is standing outside the Brady Pub. She looks in the window, and sees Daniel holding Carly’s hand. She starts crying. She turns around, and bumps into Jeremy.

Chloe: Sorry.

Jeremy: Don’t worry about it.

He notices her crying.

Jeremy: Are you ok?

Chloe: I’m fine.

Chloe leaves.

Nicole wakes up, in bed with Rafe. She hears a cell phone vibrating, and gets up. She sees that it is Rafe’s and sees that Sami is calling.

Nicole: Sorry.

Nicole rejects the call, and turns his phone off. She gets back into bed with Rafe. She kisses him, waking him up.

Nicole: Hey.

Rafe: What time is it?

Nicole: Who cares?

She kisses him again. Rafe gets up, and sits on the bed.

Rafe: Are you staying here tonight?

Nicole: If you are.

She goes behind him and rubs his chest.

Nicole: Stay. Text Sami and tell her your working late.

Rafe: She probably won’t notice anyway.

Nicole: Even better.

She kisses his neck. Rafe turns around, and goes on top of her.

Sami and Austin are standing outside Carrie’s hospital room. Amelia walks in.

Austin: What happened?

Amelia: It’s not good. Carrie’s condition has gotten worse. She suffered a seizure.

Sami: Oh my God. Is she alright?

Amelia: I’m sorry to tell you that Carrie has fallen into a coma.
