Due to storyline decisions, executive producer/headwriter Tishy has elected to let go of Ingo Rademacher as Jax and Sarah Joy Brown as Carly. Their exits will be within the next two weeks. "We will always want to keep the door open for them, they are wonderful actors." explained Tishy, "Unfortunately with the viewer feedback we have received, both Carly and Jax have no room on the canvas at this time. Both Ingo and Sarah knew it was coming and are happy with the decision, they want to move on."

Carly and Jax will ride off in the sunset, happily ever ever. Their fans will enjoy their departure. Those of us at "The Citizens of Port Charles" wish them well.

Executive producer Tishy also goes on to add that Arianne Zuker has been let go as Sarah Webber. "It was not that we don't like Arianne Zuker, personally I love her and think she is a wonderful actress. However, the direction of the character is changing and so will her look. We look forward to using Arianne in the future, perhaps in a role made for her."

That being said, Rebecca Budig will take over the duties of Sarah Webber. Expect Sarah to arrive in late January, early February.
