C.J. Thomason has been cast as Shawn Anderson. Thomason is widely known for his brief stint on the ABC soap General Hospital. Shawn Anderson is a Junior in High School with a hard life. He has earned everything he has, but now his mother has decided to move to a new town. With his parents being divorced, money in tight, therefore Shawn goes to The Market and applies for a job. He is hired as a Grocery Stock Boy. He quickly learns that the Market isn't what you would expect.

Darin Brooks has been cast as Seth Anderson. Seth is the older brother of Shawn. Similarly to Shawn, Seth goes to the Market to find a job so that he can have money. Seth is struggling to pay for college and juggle his longtime girlfriend, Amanda Smith. Seth gets hired as Produce Employee which creates tension at work between him and his brother. The Grocery and Produce department have and unspoken hostility between them and the Anderson brothers fall victim to the trend.

Peyton List has been cast as the eldest Anderson sibling, Elizabeth Anderson. Liz is a hardworking woman, who is trying to make a living outside of her family. Liz has moved out of her mother's house, creating tension between her and her mother. Liz has also gotten a job at The Market as the Customer Service Manager. As a manager, Liz is in a position of power, for the first time in her life. She has to learn how to handle it before she it takes control of her.

Nancy Lee Grahn has been cast as the matriarch of the Anderson famlily, Jennifer Anderson. Jennifer is a working class mother. She busts her butt so that she can support her family. Jennifer works at the Market also as the Florist Manager, but there's a problem, he daughter Liz has more power in the company than she does. Liz constantly tries to exert her power over her mother, which creates even more tension between the two, look for fireworks here.
