I think this crisis is one big clusterfuck and mockery of a serious situation. I think GH is a pitiful show that is a series of plot points and no character driven story. You never see any character growth. Imagination doesn't cost a thing--budget or no budget--compelling storyline is what is sorely lacking. I love how they put Monica on a magazine cover and say how she will be involved on many levels! Yeah right. I think the PPD story and the luke/ethan story should not have been going on at the same time.

On the upside--we got sick Tracy in scrubs and in a wheel chair and on a gurney--never happened before and will probably never happen again. Tracy always says that she doesn't need Luke to save her butt- and she continues to be right. He doesn't need to rescue her. But he sure as hell at least act sorry he wasn't there to help her after the fact!

The BioToxin storyline has so my plot holes you could drive a truck through them! The storyline will be I'm sure somewhat salvaged by the awesomeness of JE and the fact that I may be getting an upcoming slice of Stu Damon. But I have always maintained that the show is as only as good as the writing and this one is a giant pile of stink as usual!!

Hey everyone.... well Environment Canada has announced that this is the first year since 1971 where all of Canada (and we're huge) will have a white Christmas. Even Vancouver - which is usually the green spot - is covered by snow, and we're not talking a skiff. 90,000 without power in Nova Scotia alone.

Canadian shouldn't plan to travel at this time of year. Anyway, c'est la vie!

Spoilers are slow, but I found this one...

The hospital crisis will carry over into February. Ric, Nadine, Lulu, Spinelli, Monica, are some of the patients. And there will be casualities. Nadine and Monica are critical patients. Robin will be treating Ric with an experimental trial drug, that takes a turn for the worst.

The medical cases will be different for the different patients because the drugs coming into the hospital are still being tampered with.

I hope nothing really bad happens to Monica, but you know the rumours of LC leaving will be wild. And remember we're already been told that Tracy's life is in danger but not medically.

Since this is in the hospital, I wonder if she'll be at the mercy of the Mercenaries (assuming that drop was correct) because she's got a position of authority, and that's where Luke will have to save her

Pretty sure LC is not going anywhere in Jan/Feb based on MQAS chatter. This "she is critical stuff" is very disconcerting though! I personally always get a little scared when Guza decides to do one of his big explosive stories as last time we lost the awesomeness that is Stu Damon!! ....Well in his alive form anyways

No Tracy this week and right now only a day next week.

That just stinks. Not that I need to see her as wallpaper or mute tracy, but to have her there for the whole trial, but not the verdict is stupid.

Sorry did it seem like in my last post that I'm not for JE on-screen? Totally not the case...I'm just very specific in what I want to see for the remaining Q's thats all. The mob thing just does not work for me. It's tired...played out. Guza is just recycling it over and over!! One mobster leaves town to be replaced by a bigger badder mobster! I see the point of pushing for a mob connection for TQ as a means for airtime but I'd rather push for Guza to hit the bricks...literally. I want to hit him with bricks!!

This show is one wicked twist of irony. They tried for years to convince the audience that Sonny and Jason were a couple of great guys who just happened to be organized criminals. No dice. (At least for a few million viewers.) So, now we have another mob family that's portrayed as being *really* bad to make the golden boy and his mentor look good by comparison.

To paraphrase Glenda, the Good Witch of the North..."Are you a good mobster, or are you a bad mobster?" So, being a mobster is fine. Just make sure you're a "good" mobster.

I can think of a couple of storyline ideas for Tracy that do not involve the mob. (Like work the ELQ angle more or bring back Ned...replace the mob with the corporate world like it used to be) And I'm not a writer so I don't see why Guza can't do it. Let me rephrase that he choses not to. BTW...I want to know what the hell happened to Guza..he wrote for GH years ago under one of the best writers in the business (Pat Falken Smith) He was a flipping script writer from 1982-1987!! He obviously was not paying any attention, as this show is just a travesty! And now I have to hope and pray TQ gets involved with the mob to get some airtime for her.. huh? Wow..I'm about as likely to do that as I am to write/call GH for LC to have more a*s kissing time with Jason just so I can see her too. As you said Queen Tracy... "No Dice" I want Tracy and the other Q's as far away from the mob as humanly possible. I just can't stomach it! Just my opinion of course!!

Reliable insider or not - and they sound legit - one thing that is reliable is the fact that ratings suck and they *have* to listen to fans. Otherwise, no $$ to pay the bills. Regardless of who Guza likes to write for and who he doesn't, the fans can make the difference. Alan, albeit as a ghost, is a perfect example.

Going back to Tracy's mob past sounds like the most likely way to get her a story right now since that's what Guza likes to write. It doesn't mean she'd be *in* the mob. She could be fighting the mob as a way to extricate her (step)daughter from the Zaccharas.

Maybe a hostile takeover attempt of ELQ by the Zaccharas in retaliation?

Or maybe a mob family, familiar with Tracy's past, sees Tracy's hatred of the Zaccharas as an opportunity to help themselves. Maybe she strikes an unholy alliance all to protect her family. Lots of possibilities.

If everyone remembers the mob had a big role on GH in the past...in the 1980's. But it didn't SUCK this much as the mob were the bad guys and we had the good guys (Robert and Anna) to give them the smack down!! Who are the good guys now?...it certainly is not the police.
