I have a question that may seem to be weird to you

To begin with, I'm hooked on soap operas. I've been watching soap operas for about 3 years now and I really like it, but I spend almost all my free time on it and, as a result, I don't have time to do really important things. Several times I promised myself to watch this episode and not start the next one, but every time I deceive myself. During this time, I managed to pull some of the clients at work. Looking back at my life, I understand for sure that it needs to be changed. But I also cannot erase this from my life.
In general, I want to start to control myself, but so far I do not quite understand how. I would be glad if you share your ideas.

It seems to me that Marvel is generally very attentive to its viewers. They really realized what everyone was waiting for. It’s even hard to come up with anything better.

 
Does it seem to me alone that at some point the characters become more and more inadequate? Annoying is the eternal nepotism, the ridiculous game of friendship and love, the family, the constant forgiveness of what a person in a strong mind can hardly afford. The main character Grace raises the most questions for me. It is not clear why everyone is so worried about her, although in fact she is a sneaky manipulator and destroyer with an innocent sugary look of a lamb in love?
