It looks like CBS is starting a new advertising campaign this week, replacing "Nobody Does It Better" with "The Day Belongs To CBS." It has a gold background. All of their new ads have this new slogan and it looks like they'll be doing some "character-introduction" ads. This week, they have one for B&B's Stephanie and one for GL's Reva. Has anyone seen these new commercials?

I just mentioned it in the GL thread. they look really good. I believe all of the shows will be getting new bumpers (GL aired their new one today).

CBS rocks when it comes to network promos (unlike ABC which used to rock but now sucks).

Ah, yes, I remember a few weeks ago, there were some interviews posted on some ATWT sites that took place at "an image shoot." Must have been the new bumper shots.

LOL. Those rumors have been around since the 50th anniversary back in April, but no one ever gave even a vague timeframe.

It seems only natural for them to make a new opening soon, though. I mean, Elena Goode's been on contract since February and Van Hansis since May, and neither one of them are in the opening at all. Jordan Woolley never even made it to the opening despite being on the show for 5 months.

I'm glad GL is getting a new bumper. The current one with the mixed taped/filmed shots suck.

Both the GL and B&B clip are very good and arise interest in both respective shows. Well done CBS!

Hopefully they'll upload the one featuring all 4 onto the website soon. I saw that promo during ATWT today. And I also saw one for B&B either during B&B or during ATWT...I can't remember.

They must have just done ones for B&B and GL so far b/c when I saw the promo for all 4, Y&R and ATWT's were really short. All it showed were Victor falling on the floor and Katie falling off a ship. , while B&B and GL's were really long.

GL needs a new bumper ASAP! And even though it's only a half-hour, B&B should get a bumper too. ATWT's bumper is okay. I still don't like that only half the cast is featured in it though.

For ATWT, they showed Carly and Jack, then Paul, with either Emily in the shadows, then Katie, then finally Jack

I don't like that they continue to only show a few of their cast members (as does ABC, which is even worse with their bumpers).

I do like that they continue to a snippet of the show's theme song though. "Nadia's Porn" works well with the bumpers as opposed to being the actual theme song.

You expect them to show all of the cast in the little bit of time that they have for the bumpers? I like CBS's promos better because they show random actors instead of always singles, couples or triangles.
