In a world where Daphne Duplaix plays grandmother to grown ups, I might pretend to believe that Heather is Joey's sister. There is nothing remotely scary or dangerous about the portrayal of Joey. Literally everything he says is dripping with sarcasm and zero menace. Also the writing of Joey as just the smartest person that’s ever breathed air is just exhausting. Have we seen Joey have a single loss since the show started? And it drives me insane the way he gaslights Vanessa’s children knowing he had their father hopefully “killed” just pisses me off even further. If Deanna isn’t going to be full time and they want to portray her as crazy, I’d be more than happy if she killed Joey and we’d be done with him.

Most people on soaps are super wealthy from doing nothing anyway. I don’t even know how anyone on Y&R even makes money the way everyone gets fired and hired every other week.

1 hour ago1 hr Member I'm hoping at some point the money runs out for Leslie. It's ridiculous that she can fund clinics, spots centers and build her own mansion. We're talking multiple millions here.It would be in character that she blows it all and it would be a comeuppance that many viewers want, seeing that it seems she isn't going to be punished for her crimes any time soon. And it would be good to see her scheming, trying to get back to where she was, rather than smugly moving around town, throwing money about.

Leslie could've been far more effective in the role that Joey Armstrong currently occupies. Losing her money in a civil suit could allow her to shift her position to become a modern day Stephanie St. Clair.
1 hour ago1 hr Member Jacob is giving EON's Calvin Stoner when he went off the rails on a case. If you've watched EON you know what I'm talking about. There are times when Leslie is being genuine and this was one of them. She actually does care about Mona.

Hell a murder on soaps usually gives you about 6 months of jail time anyway 😂

Maybe his Impaler sister ends up accidentally taking him out.👀

If she's such a good Christian, why can't she forgive Leslie. 🤔29 minutes ago, ReddFoxx said:Jacob is giving EON's Calvin Stoner when he went off the rails on a case. 17 minutes ago17 min Member The fact that some of you dislike a fictional character so much tells me that the show is doing it's job in at least one area LOL Illiciting a response since the show tends to do a lot of telling without showing (i.e. the Jacob interrogating Grayson scene for one).I'll take Joey over the endless Dupree strong speeches and the cringy family nights that they do.

That's why I said the character as opposed to the actor or acting style.
