Dylan Members Share Posted July 23, 2020 I liked the aftermath of the bombing, the set looked good. But i thought it was just the lobby that was blown up. Today the whole church is burnt to a crisp

Just reading and I almost spit out my vitamin water laughing. I remember watching that, wasn’t that when they reunited after that shitty story with the marriage to the middle eastern girl? The awfulness of those last few years of ATWT tends to blend together for me sometimes.

It was the only soap I ever stopped watching, but since I lived near the studio, it was also the only soap I ever fanboyed for lol 5 hours ago, Dylan said: I liked the aftermath of the bombing, the set looked good. Same here. I thought it was directed really well. And the ripple effect that it's probably going to have on the canvas is a good thing too
WebberFan Members Share Posted July 23, 2020 All I could focus on today was "Ciara looks like she's about to pop out of that dress..."

I haven’t seen spoilers so I really want to see where all this leads, DAYS has been really good lately... hope they can keep the momentum.

I liked that scene too. Nice performances out of both of them. Now that I've watched all of Selling Sunset Kate fabulously attending Vivian's funeral in red satin and leopard print was old school soap opera and I loved it. And Louise looks like she's having fun with this go around on the show.
LondonScribe Members Share Posted July 24, 2020 A little off-topic, and I know the rules of admiration/objectification vary (and I try to stay away from it all) but I dip in and out of the show, sometimes going a long time without watching, but I’ve noticed the following recently: Not only is Victoria Konefal a vast improvement acting-wise over her predecessor, but also has an almost distractingly pronounced ‘seat’ Thankfully my queen pointed it out as well
MichaelGL Members Share Posted July 24, 2020 The direction of the aftermath was so unlike DAYS of the past few years. I really liked it. Allies crush or affection for Xander is cute. Obviously nothing will come out of it but I hope it’s another friendship for Xander. Hopefully the aftermath of this will have long lasting affects outside of Ben/Ciara. GLATWT88 Members Share Posted July 24, 2020 Will and Ally's relationship is cute. Sad that they're getting rid of Will not that Ally is part of the canvas. Really loving Lucas and Sami as well. It feel likes Days.
j swift Members Share Posted July 24, 2020 Is the wedding in the same church that Marlena desecrated while she was possessed? If so, that place needs some spiritual cleansing.

If so, that place needs some spiritual cleansing. Anyone know the date when John finally raised Marlena from the dead at the altar of St. Luke's? I'm thinking we're literally at the 25th anniversary of that episode (late July of '95)
te. Members Share Posted July 24, 2020 Ugh, catching up on Wednesdays episode and seeing Julie telling that ridiculous bobcat story about how it's okay to love. No, it's no okay to love a serial killer!!!!
