She's been as much defined by proving herself to her father and living up to expectations that Victor didn't have for a girl child as Jack has trying to live up to John. No bueno. The Jill/Victor affair was fall 1992. Billy was born July 1993 and was not premature. For whatever reason Bill Bell didn't do a "who's the daddy" w/ John Abbott and Victor. There was speculation for years that Billy could've been Victor's child but given that Victoria and BIlly share a child that was DNA tested we know Billy won't be a Newman.
