Ok the OP made me laugh harder than it should have.

But to surmise what this topic is supposed to be about, Vincent Irizarry has darkened the doorsteps of far too many soaps I’ve watched given my distaste for him (GL, AMC, Y&R, DAYS - wasn’t around for him on Santa Barbara).

Robin Mattson has been on GL, GH, RH, SaBa, AMC, B&B, ATWT, and DAYS in varying capacities.

Barbara Crampton has been on DAYS, SaBa, Y&R, GL (loathed her Mindy), and B&B.

Jane Elliot was busy in the ‘80s with GH, GL, AMC, DAYS, and later The City.

The late Augusta Dabney was prolific, of course, with roles on Young Dr. Malone, TD, GH, AW, ATWT, LIAMST, OLTL, A World Apart, and, finally, Loving.

Roscoe Born has to make this list...RH, OLTL, SB, AMC, DAYS, Y&R, GL, The City. I read somewhere a few years back that he wanted to appear on B&B and GH, as he had never been on those soaps.

I think Leslie Woods wins this category, having worked in soaps from the radio era all the way up to 2001. She also appeared in three out of the big four nighttime soaps (no Dynasty) and her penultimate role was (fittingly) in Nurse Betty.

Maybe he could appear in the final episodes of both, like he did on OLTL.

Great topic Slick!

What do we think is the minimum number of roles required to earn the soap hopper tag?

Must mentions:

Teri Keane

Larry Weber

Byron Sanders

Could you please list the roles of each of these performers?

Just asking, would Dani be considered a soap hopper being that she only crossed over for few episodes on those ABC shows? OLTL was her home during that time.

Rae was actually on each of the ABC shows for story arcs on each of the ABC shows. On AMC, she found her mother, Myrtle and learned Skye was her daughter. On GH she was there for a while interacting with Skye's surrogate family, the Quartermaines. Even on PC, she was on for a while.  Rae was on ABC from 1999-2004.

Oh ok so she spent quite a few months on those other shows. Only watched OLTL and GH faithfully during that time so I didn’t know, I  just know I didn’t see Rae much on GH
