Given there does indeed seem to be age discrepancy, I also wonder if Ashland is actually going to turn out be Theo’s actual dad, just faked his death and came up with a new identity? Sounds ridiculous but this is Josh Griffith’s Y&R in 2021 so of course something dumb/off would occur like that.
Finally, a decent episode. I liked the surprise appearance from Chandler. He looked hot, lol. Johnny's movie should bring Will (and Sonny!) back to Salem. I kept hoping Zack Tinker would show up in the background of Will's video call.
Marlena looked lovely in that shade of blue today.
I can't with all the Abe/Paulina marriage talk. Sorry Abe, but you've got competition now with Doug! LMAO! That was too funny.
So glad that the quad was finally on today. The actress who plays Chanel is so gorgeous. More Chanel/Johnny please.
Bill Bell managing to stretch by I think what supposed to be something like a mere hour on-screen (before a press conference where Jill might reveal her affair with Jack unless John gives her a slice of Jabot) into an entire week of actually tense and suspenseful episodes will stay with me as a masterpiece of the genre.
Elena was written into a corner without any redemption possible, nor any potential love interests. Her death brought Pamela back to town, and the casting of Pamela was one of the reasons cited by the Dobsons for their fight with the production which got them locked out of their offices.
So, it marks the end of the line for the first rein of the Dobsons and a newfound creative period for the show.
