As if they need to be afraid of the PCPD. I really don't like the way they have written Scotty since his latest return. Kin Shriner is so good. His character was always smart, sometimes the good guy and sometimes the bad, but, especially once he became bad, hilariously witty. They could do so much better for Mr. Shriner.
