So just like her mother, Lulu has a Cassadine kid. And Carly Jr. is still playing mind games with Sonny. Pissy and Smelly are writing riveting, smart tv alright (where's the eyeroll emoticon?) Pissy and Smelly's mediocre writing has put me to sleep more days than not. Caroline Benson Nelle Hayes is being written chapter and verse the way Carly arrived. One scene lasts like barely 30 seconds before it's onto the next and the next and the next ... just awful. It's because there's no substance. They wouldn't know a long scene if it smacked them in the face. And they have to service 50+ people. And meanwhile, so many dead weight actors are sucking up contracts while veterans who should be on contract are lucky to get a few appearances a month. It's really ass-backwards. Why does Michelle Stafford get a contract while Kristina Wagner, Leslie Charleson, Lynne Herring, Jackie Zeman, etc. all go without? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Jean uses more women over 40 then any other head writer. the ratings are steady, Jean/Shelly won the WGA, and will sweep the emmys. any soap should mirror GH stability. victoria foxton Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 There's nothing stable about GH. GH has been in free fall for years now. On today's show we had Nina acting like a 15 yrs old. Boring Lulu and Dante baby nonsense. One smelly bummy rapist kidnapping another rapist and putting him in a cage. Liz is a dayplayer in the Tom story. Jelly throws crumbs at Monica, Bobbie and Tracy. All a fierce Q Queen Tracy does is prop up Hayden and Hammy. Jelly have made super spy Anna weak. The Nelle story in better hands could've been a great use of history. Constant silly little scene cliffhangers so they can chop everything up into bite-sized segments. No real emotion. No drama. But filling up long scenes in that kind of environment would be deathly.
