Oh, I'm the furthest thing from a victim. All I'm asking you to do is stop assigning larger motives to every poster here - not just me - who has an opinion that doesn't meet with your approval.

I mean, we get it. You feel a certain way about certain things and don't understand how anyone could disagree, so you'll hammer at other posters as passive-aggressively as possible to make it clear that you think they're laughably in the wrong. Frankly I've seen better attempts at this kind of forced grandeur from far worse people so I can live with it, but I'm thinking of the forum at large. You don't like that people don't feel exactly as you feel, and think it must all be rooted in insular and fannish reasons that have everything to do with you and nothing to do with us. That's fine, you can feel that way. But it's not anyone's problem but yours. Get over it and stick to yourself. Honestly, you're smart and savvy enough to do that when you're not fervently trying to enforce a viewpoint. It's beneath you.

UGH! GODDAMMIT! *Turns away from screen* I can't look at that dweeb without wanting to punch him in his dweebish face!

You can count on me for that! I hate Ellie... but I LOOOOOOOOATHE Rafe! I really don't like that character in combination with that dweeb they have portraying him. It's gotten to the point where I avoid Molly's scenes because, one, her screeching and two, she's most likely in scenes with this troll with unfortunate hair!

As much as I love a good dream or fantasy sequence (like the classic, often bizarre AMC ones,) and can appreciate soaps doing fake outs (it's a part of the genre,) and appreciate that some loved seeing Ellie get shot... Just ugh to the waste of time that was the fantasy sequence today. It was JER crap--it was obvious it was not real from early on, it was stretched out over nearly ALL of the show (I could excuse it if it was just one brief scene,) it was not remotely clever and didn't give us any new insight, it was just one very lazy example of filler.

It was absolutely ridiculous. So Ellie, the supposed moral center of this wretched triangle, will keep her mouth shut because she will get shot if the truth were told? Is that what we are supposed to take from that garbage? Wow! Just wow!

But on to the good news. LL are finito! Genie can take her mediocre presence and acting back to the Hallmark Channel! The best thing Laura has said since she returned is "we don't fit anymore". HALLELUJAH!!!!! I almost feel that this is it for her and that chia pet, Scottie! Bye bye! Now, it's time to get DnA out of that bedroom (they've been there for 2 weeks), kill off Puke and get back to AnaL!

Lucy's dress was gorgeous! Now, go join Kevin!

Molly is so wrong for this story. I'm getting an icky 12 year old vibe from HP, and she's just plain. No 2 guys would be fighting over her, especially TJ. They need to beef up this younger set, and let's not make the same mistake we did with KA on OLTL and keep the wrong performer as the center of the younger set. I'm hoping there's more in store for TJ now that they are hiring a young black female. NO PORN, please!

Rafe is such a waste of space. I'm tired of hearing, from the other characters, that this freak lost so much when all he does is moon over the girl next door. You can show me better than you can tell me, FRon!

Spam! Ugh! I hate lazy ass dressing women who wear spandex in the place of pants! Gross!

Back to LL...YAY!!!!!! Doing the happy dance, but I'd do cartwheels on the expressway if I knew for certain Genie and Kin were gone! They aren't needed!

Vee already basically said it, but it bears repeating. Rafe is everything that's wrong about the way RC writes these teen stories. You do not bring on a new character, who I assume is meant to have a big teen appeal Summer storyline, have him witness his mother brutally killed in front of him, be blamed for that, find out his father is a (maybe vampire) serial killer (although why everyone agrees to that without a DNA test I have no idea), apparnetly be beat up in a foster home, don't know ANYONE in town, etc, etc, and then have his story be that he throws hissy fits and mopes around because he has a crush on a girl (oh and people justify this as "He's a teenager--they're like that..."). How is this good storytelling? Why even waste all the soapy potential that is there? (Don't get me wrong, I don't think I could handle a RC story involving this actor dealing with the emotions he should be feeling, but...)

Someone complained about how unrealistic the teens were written on the AMC reboot and compared them to how well they are written on GH--so I guess it works for some, but...

Excuse me? The douche is "in love" with Molly? It's been... what, three months and she's been in a relationship with someone else while he was on the run from vampires and in jail and in group homes. Yet... he's IN LOVE with Molly? Last time I checked, they never let TJ and Molly say they were "in love" with each other. Yet Rafe knows he's "in love" with a girl that he just met?
