From TWoP, about Robert Kelker Kelly:

* Robert Kelker-Kelly, as BK pointed out, had a rotten history with his leading ladies. Several accused him of being too aggressive during sex scenes, such as use of tongue and roaming hands. Apparently, one scene with CC got rough, and she complained to the show's producers. She was told to deal with it because that's "just Robert," and she threatened to file a sexual harassment suit, which probably would have ended her career. Around this time, Sabatino was abruptly fired and, moments later, CC was told she was being put on the back burner, which she responded to by saying she wouldn't renew her about-to-expire contract. (Pure speculation: I think Sabatino kicked Kelker-Kelly's ass and got canned for it.) Less than two years later, Lisa Rinna and Kristian Alfonso set aside their mutual dislike for each other and told producers they would both walk if Kelker-Kelly wasn't fired for his behavior. He was, and Peter Reckell returned. Some claim Kelker-Kelly was dragged from the DOOL set kicking and screaming.

He also had an affair with his DAYS co-star when she was underage but when she turned of age they got married and they've been married ever since

The Colleen Zenk rumors of issues with co-stars seemed to stretch on for a number of years in the 80s. Another was that she and Jacqueline Schultz (Dee) had such an unpleasant relationship that Ariana Munker (Melinda) left the show to get away from the conflict.

Everyone's already heard the Linda Gottlieb or JFP stories a million times so no point in going there again.

Supposedly Conboy and Bill Bell had a big power struggle over Y&R in the early 80s that ended badly.
