Not to go too far off field, but obviously prime time shows have a period of development prior to air, and replacements are made before episodes are show. For example, Lisa Kudrow was famously replaced on Frasier by Peri Gilpin as Roz after the initial pilot. Similarly half of the cast of All in the Family and Buffy were replaced during the development of those shows. Daytime doesn't have that same luxury.
That judge needed to have better control of his courtroom. First, he allows the defendant to express gratitude and sympathy for a witness to the witness's husband, in front of the jury. Then, he allows Pat to almost strangle Talbot, also in front of the jury. Even if Katrina hadn't come forward there was no way Herb Callason was going to win that case.
I wonder if Tina ever testified about what Marco did to her? Also, did Pat just leave and Talbot decided to stick around for the rest of the trial?
Also, gotta love Edwina, her bun and subsequent pixie cut deserved their own place in OLTL history.
Which really shows how dim some of these people are. No matter what laws are put in place by a shadow docket, they're not going to stop abortions from happening. I am personally anti-abortion except for cases like rape and incest, but I know that it's not a one size fits all issue. The provision of deputizing people as bounty hunters is outrageous and dangerous, and the fact that the GOP is so hypocritical when it comes to COVID-19 is why especially in TX they should be voted out.
