I would love to see it rerun again on cable, streaming or perhaps on the over air channel called Bounce which showcase mostly black television programs.

The only short run soap I could even seen succeeding in a syndication would be Sunset Beach but that has longgggg past it’s time. I remember Sci-Fi tried to rerun Passions but it flopped badly. I just feel like only cancelled soaps would really consider putting out collections for purchase. Y&R barely wanted to air their classic episodes during their production shutdown. DRW50 Author Members Share Posted November 27, 2020 At about 6 minutes Terry Lester talks about the appeal of a bad boy. There's also a brief clip with Jack and Brad (no idea if the full version is available already).

Also, unlike primetime soaps that likely have some type of syndication deal, I doubt most daytime soaps even considered such a thing. Soaps with relatively short runs should've considered this. I forget what anniversary it was, but CBS All Access released the first 25 episodes of B&B to celebrate and to this day they still remain. Something like that would be nice. They have the platform. Little drops like that could entice more soap fans to subscribe and all the soaps have streaming homes where they can do that. That’s just something small they can do. P&G could have their own channel similar to The Doctors and a lot of their stuff is already converted.

I think it was the same time the episodes 1-25 were released on official DVD in States. That was I think November 2012.

BoldRestless Members Share Posted November 29, 2020 (edited) I love that so many people have been contributing big lots of videos to the Y&R Vault lately! The B&B one has been pretty active and I'm happy to see Y&R getting more activity too. There have been a lot of videos uploaded from 1989, 1990, and 1991. I plan to get to 1988 soon but got sidetracked with this project. As I was dating all of Nikki N's 1999 videos I kept notes on what was missing. She uploaded 132 videos! In some cases, like 11/2/99, fortunately the video she happened to be missing was already in the vault from someone else. Then I went through my own collection and added another 21 videos. Here's what's left, we're pretty close to having the complete year, I really hope someone here has the rest!
