I'm shocked Kelly Clarkson only got 2 nominations. She's far better than both Mariah and Gwen.

EMANCIPATION OF MIMI for album of the year? - LMAO!:lol::lol:

Kylie Minogue gets a nomination for best Dance release - WOOHOO! :D

Ciara for best new artist? ROTFLMAO! John Legend will take that one out and a few other grammys too, I predict!

I am really disappointed that Kelly only has 2 nominations, while Fantasia has 4?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!:huh:

I thought "Becuase of You" was Record of the Year material, "Behind These Hazel Eyes" is amazing as well... in fact, "Breakaway" doesn't have any filler at all, and could compete with those Album of the Year nominees :D

John Legend and Sugarland are pretty good... Ciara is also a  choice for me...

I am definitely happy seeing nods for Kelly, Michael Buble, BEP, Rob Thomas, even the Gorillaz! Plus the Song of the Year nom for "Bless the Broken Road" is a pleasant surprise as well. But where is "Pieces" from Sum41... that is a great song :(

Album Of The Year

I'm not a particular fan for any of the albums in this category... each one probably has a few songs that are worth it...

Song Of The Year

I'm rooting for "Ordinary People" and "Bless the Broken Road" in this one...

Best New Artist

In this category, except for Ciara, I like them all... but John Legend is probably my pick... followed by Sugarland and Keane then Fall Out Boy

Best Female Pop Vocal Performance

I hope Kelly takes this category, though I think "Because of You" would be a better contender, or is it not Pop enough?

Best Pop Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal

I've got to go with either the Peas or the Killers in this one

Best Pop Vocal Album

Kelly

Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album

Good noms in this category, I can't decide

Best Solo Rock Vocal Performance

I think I've only heard Rob from this category, so I'll go with him.

Best Rock Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal:

For me, I'll take Foo Fighters, Franz Ferdinand, and the Killers over Coldplay and U2

Best Rock Song

Foo Fighters, Best of You

Best Female R&B Vocal Performance

Great to see Amerie nominated, but I think it'll probably to go Mariah.

Best Male R&B Vocal Performance

John Legend, definitely

Best R&B Album

John Legend's album is just great

Best Contemporary R&B Album

Mariah probably has this one, but Amerie has some good songs too..

Best Rap Performance By A Duo Or Group

The Black Eyed Peas in such a diverse group of categories

Best Rap/Sung Collaboration

I love Numb/Encore...

Best Country Performance By A Duo Or Group With Vocal

Rascal Flatts

Well, she got some publicity recently after being a co-author on her book about being illiterate  I didn't know the Grammys honored screaming
