Not sure where you get that... daily ratings are hardly ever indicactors of anything anymore, I just was pointing them out. Zendall not popular? Look on any board and you see many Zendall fans. Of course you are entitled to your opinion but I am just curious what you are basing it on?

I am basing it on the ratings. If they were that popular the ratings for their "kiss" would not have been a 2.4 but a lot higher. Just look how high Monday's ratings were for AMC.

Wow, Y&R ratings are horrible. A 3.9 three days in a row. :o I thought the ratings would be much higher. I guess Sheila's return has been a complete bust!

Yeah but this has been a trend for months on AMC the beginning of the week is always higher and like I said alot of episodes that are generally considered above avergae perform worst in the ratings than episodes you think are below average. But that's it for me on this argument we have both made valid points.

It's a trend, it's not lack of popularity. I'm sure every show has the trend, might be different days for different networks and all, I'm going to maybe do a trend sheet with DAYS and maybe ATWT to see how that goes.

10/31/05: Friday: 2.6......................................Wednesday: 2.4

11/7/05: Tuesday/Friday 2.6...........................Wednesday: 2.4

11/14/05: Tuesday 2.8....................................Friday: 2.4

11/28/05: Monday 2.8....................................Thursday/Friday: 2.4

As for Monday's episode it was excellent, I thought Monday (glad it showed, AM particuarly and RB teared apart that episode hardcore, classic drama) and Thursday's episode (Zendall, Jabe) were particuarly excellent but you don't win back an audience you've driven away for months with bad story in one week. And AMC has gone back to normal after that almost week long dose of entertaining material, so in the end it's pobably for the better they didn't get better payoff for the entire week.

Daily ratings mean squat. I Tivo-ed Thursday's episode and watched it later with 2 other people my age. I'm 100% certain that my two friends and I were not included in the 2.4 or the 1.7 demo we belong to, and neither are the numerous other people out there that do the same thing. This goes for any soap, not just AMC.

With that being said, Zendall is obviously popular - Last week during the kiss, they both jumped to the #1 spot of the SON Top Ten popularity contest. Also through the Zendall/Rendall thread here, the majority is for Zendall. Also they are AMC's top couple in the ABC SID polls, and have been way before the kiss.

Again ratings are beyond accurate IMO.

Nice chart their rugrat! Proves my point  AMC I thought while certainly not as good as last week has been very decent this past week. AMC has been "good" consistently I think since mid October, obviously still bad parts but compared to the summer it has been miles ahead. It will only get better with Bianca returning.

I don't agree with the since October thing, tiny improvements might have started then but it hasn't progressed into anything bigger. "I lied" week was good for 2 episodes and while last week was generally good the entire week and very good for two episode (the Monday episode was the best episode in atleast 6 months, exciting and nicely acted).
