Hal and Dusty figure it out, but they have to go through Carly first. Carly is taking care of the baby when Hal and Dusty show up and demand she hand the baby over. They have a DNA test so Carly has to hand the baby over to them. She and Jack have to tell Gwen the truth. All this comes on the heels of Gwen and Carly bonding at the hearing for Carly. Carly wants to make sure Gwen has an opportunity to say goodbye to the baby. Jen is overwhelmed when Dusty stops her from leaving town and places the baby in her arms for the first time. "And she can't wait to tell Paul the good news!" Week of December 5 Meg puts Dusty on the path to the truth. Katies uses extreme measures to convince BJ of her breakup with Mike. Gwen and Carly unite as sisters. Lily and Holden share a kiss (December 5) Week of December 12 Emily risks her freedom for Paul.
