Members Noel Posted February 8, 2008 Author Members Share Posted February 8, 2008 (edited) I guess because I work with a lot of chefs who are cocky as hell, but their passion for cooking is something that I take interest in and appreciate and I learn from them. I could never cook in a restaurant (thank goodness I'm a beverage director) because it's too stressful. Instead, I'd rather cook meals on my own time if that makes any sense. Now, if you guys want some good garlic bread to go with spaghetti, I'd suggest Peppridge Farm Garlic Texas Toast in the freezer section.
