All I'm gonna say for starters is that supercouples =

John/Marlena: I am almost at a loss for words for how truly perfect they were today, but then it takes the loss of my voice to really shut me up. Marlena's hand is all black and blue, so Stefano defiently isen't your normal oxygen-tent needing dude. John knew Marlena would be pissed, and she knew he would try to be evasive. I love how many emotions were in those scenes. They were happy, madly in love, stubborn and desperate to keep the other safe. She made good points too, and him trying to joke it away was cute. I love how just natural and calm their scenes were. They were just perfect. Loved them both looking up and going "She doesn't belive me..." - "He's told me this before...". Marlena's a little firecracker these days. And aww, the coin. Normally, it'd be totally cheesy, but they made a wish, it came true (with some help from John and his bishop buddy) and with Marlena possibly losing John soon, it'd be nice to see that come into play. Then there are those two adorable last scenes, with the mention of how special that plane is to J&M... Ahh Las Vegas 2002 wedding night... That was hot indeed.

Marlena: "You know what they say about practice..."

John: "Forget it baby. You are already perfect."

Marlena: *Whisper*"We, are already perfect."

And my favourite kind of kisses, talking as they kiss, which is adorable... And I wanna just kiss the DHs for bringing back all these tiny details that make up the reason I fell into this fandom. Like the way he blew on her hair when he walked up to her... That's what makes them special to me.

Bo/Hope - Steve/Kayla: This is wierd to say, but I actually enjoyed Steve, Kayla and Hope today too... Truly. They were just normal and kinda cute. Bo and Steve going into the Kiriakis mansion was awesome. Steve kicking the door open and "Beauregard". It was nice to just have them hang out and of course, the nod to history with Steve's nickname for Hope.

Teens: Aww, poor Abs. Chelsea apologizing for her behaviour was nice, and Abby is a girl, very teenaged girl with her first crush. I also love the Abby/Nick relationship, they're cool cousins.

I'm a Mabby fan through and through, but damn it's way too early for Abby to be that dramatic about Max. That was painful for me.

Bo & Steve crack me up.

I thoroughly enjoyed today's show! Steve and Bo are hysterical! I love that Bo asked Steve to help him out with searching Victor's place. And can I say how much I LOVE John and Marlena! LURVE THEM!!

Today was great all around!!!

Compared to the last week of phenomenal, Emmy worthy episodes, today's was mediocre at best.

Sorry, but the teens bring the show down for me. Even Ashley Benson, who I like, was SOOOOO overdramatic today, pining about her love for Max. The girl has had a crush on Max for what, two weeks and she loves him? Gimme a freakin' break!

Okay, compared to the kick-assedness of the last week or so, I'd have to agree today's episode was a little ... slower. Maybe that's a function of the teen scene or maybe it's a necessary lull before all hell breaks loose next week.

And though I'm not really invested in their stories, I thought the teens weren't at all annoying (a la quads of doom a few months back) and were even kind of charming/compelling. If I were younger, they'd probably be even more compelling. Yeah, Abby's response is over the top but she's a teenage girl in the throws of her first love. That's the very definition of over the top.

Wasn't into the Marlena/John stuff today. Marlena was too gaspy again and she bugged me by insisting that John step out of the investigation. His life is on the line. Maybe his family's life. He has the necessary skills and experience to fight Dimera. I don't think anyone has a right to ask him to sit this one out.

Okay...

Loved them both looking up and going "She doesn't belive me..." - "He's told me this before...".
That was cute.

But none of that matters because I SO ADORED getting to see Bo and Steve working together again!!!!!!!!

Seriously, how cute were they?

My favorite thing about the episode was that Steve was just so damn.... gleeful about being back in the game. He even cracks himself up. :)

And how much do I love that the splitsecond Bo hears Steve has his memory back, he's running over to ask Steve to come play with him. And as soon as Bo says "I need your help," Steve's like, "Sure thing. Let's go!"

Steve: What are we looking for here?

Bo: Anything that might lead us to Max and Mimi.

Steve: Ah, the elusive 'anything that might lead us to'.

Ah, smartass Steve, how I've missed you.

And don't even get me started on the whole door thing. LOVED.

We got a "Sweet Thing" (his old nickname for Hope) and a Beauregard and Maxwell all in one episode. I'm a happy woman.

I loved all of today's show, especially J&M and S&K.

It was certainly a switch to see a compassionate Chelsea and tears and I'm loving the teen group.

Steve kicking open the door at the Kiriakis house, was perfect.

What's next for Billie? Her own, very own, love interest, hopefully.

I agree that it was waaay too fast for Abby to be acting like this.. and with the whining, I was a bit annoyed by Abby (even though I still like her...).

I totally loved the show today. I feel so bad for Billie though/ :(

I did how ever get a kick out of Max and Mimi in the previews.

Meems is like on top of Max and he says he has a hard on. He was like "That definelty wasn't my knife" and Mimi was like "ohhhh"2funny.gif

MIMI AND MAX are on the floor, she’s on top. She reaches down and says she’s found something…and “okay, that is definitely not my knife” (LOL) as she gasps (her expression is priceless)…

It was a good show today. It was not as amazing as the past 7-8 episodes but it was still good enough.

I don't get all the Abby comments. There have always been hints of her liking Max. It was only this summer that those hints became really apparent. She is a young girl with a crush that is slowly developing into something more. Her behavior was right on target IMO. I also liked how Chelsea finally apologized for something. I knew this Nick/Chelsea story would begin to redeem her and we are seeing it. I am surprised I am liking this as much as I am.

J&M were lovely today. Some parts of their scenes dragged but I am glad Days is throwing a dash of romance in every day for the fans. I was happy Marlena learned about the death card.

I like that Billie caught on to Kate and I also liked how Hope was afraid to tell Billie about Steve.

I was so impressed with the Steve/Kayla/Bo/Hope scenes. Loved the use of Steve's old nickname for Hope and him saying Maxwell and Beauregard-awesome. I liked the little Hope/Roman moment and Bo/Steve was hysterical. Breaking down the door and Steve being so happy to be himself and acting like a smartass-priceless. I love how fast people are piecing the Victor stuff together.

I agree that the hints were all there. And I would accept this IF Abby had been like 15 or 16 now.. but no, they turned Abby into a 19-year old (if not older) and I don't know ANY 19-year old girl today that acts like that! JMO.. :D

The thing about Abby, I think, PR, is that the viewers haven't really seen love yet and that's the word Abby used. Like people said, it's in keeping with a melodramatic teenager. Folks are just reacting to the character.

Caught half the show today, it was nice, will have to start from the top on Soapnet tonight. Teens were all right, I'm still liking Nick the best of everyone right now. Steve and Bo were great. I enjoyed Billie's obviously miscalculated excitement about Steve, not that I have it in for Billie or anything, but it was great that they were playing with a bit of dramatic irony. It played a bit more sophisticated than the show often is, IMO.

I know everyone is anticipating the Dimeras, I wish I was more into it.

I disagree with that though, we've totally seen moments of Abby's love for Max.

GBB, I disagree, I think Marlena has every right to beg John to stay away from the official investigation (which is all she asked). Just as he is terrified for and protective of her and the kids, she's just as terrified and protective of him.

I guess it depends how you see it but my 20 year old niece acts like that about every guy she ever meets.

As for seeing love, no I haven't see actual love but she has been his friend for awhile and she is worried about him. She cares about him deeply and I can see why she said what she said as she is worried sick about him and is just overreacting due to all the worry and fear. I saw no problem with it. I would've had a problem if she had confessed to love Max right to his face but this was fine. She is stressed and was letting loose.

I will agree it was over the top but I had no problem with the scenes but to each their own.

I agree on both accounts Pest Spray.

Abby has always been shy around Max and there were subtle hints and then this summer Beth Milstein began dropping more and more hints that she had a crush and that it was growing into more. Under Hogan, it has grown more and more as we have seen the jealously and now it's at a point where it is going to a new level. I liked the development of it. I would've had a problem if she pledged her love to Max today but she didn't. She was venting to her friends and cousins and is worried about Max. That is why I excused the over the top feel of the scenes.

Yeah, she's worried about him, and she's supposed to be what, 17? She's totally new at romance (there was Josh, but she didn't have those feelings for him) and she's blowing things up and worse than they probably are but I found it sweet :) She was frustrated and she blew up. It happens.
