It was a great show winterguy. Absolutely loved Lucinda today. She had a lot of fire in her that she has not displayed in a long time. I loved when she hit Craig, and then toward the end when she said she should have hit him harder.

LOL...show me Simon getting blackmailed and kicked in the shins by an 8yr old, and I'll show you a better show!!!

Oh...and I love Faith!!! Too many of her family members (Holden, Lily, Luke) !@#$%^&*] foot around. She's obviously learned at Lucinda's knee.

It must also be noted that Katie was nowhere in sight.

Lucinda is awesome again today. The rest of it is as boring as it can be (Carly, Lily, Jade...although I did like that kid negotiating with Simon for more quarters), but watching Lucinda makes up for it. I would LOVE IT if she was on everyday.

I don't want any character on every day. That is the problem now. The characters that are on everyday are not bad characters - they just get stale and old when you see them everyday or even almost everyday.

Half way through the show and the best so far in a while. I loved the Lucinda/Barbara short scene. That's what ATWT should be ABOUT! I loved their feuding during the good old days!

Great seeing Luke again but what is with his hair? He looked so much hotter during Raven Lake. That hair has to go. Why did the hair dresser style his hair that way?

The little girl taking Simon's money was hilarious! The rest of the diamond stuff was still pure crap!

It would have been a much more natural fit for Carly to take over Street Jeans and work Lucinda. Carly and Dusty could have been friends and worked through their issues and we could have avoided Lucy, Simon, annoying Katie and the crown jewels.

That's a great idea. But it won't happen because:

1. We can't have anything that makes sense on this show.

2. Business stories are forbidden.

3. It does not involve a child.

4. Paul and Craig are nowhere to be seen.

5. There can only be 5 scenes of older/younger character interaction every six months.

6. Nobody is being drugged, slashed, kidnapped, arrested or acting like a lunatic.

Shaggy Luke sucks.

Simon/Jill was entertaining today. The Carly/Jack aspect of it draggggggggggggggggggggged.

Simon's an idiot! Can't believe he threw the diamond into a bin. I would've flushed it down the toilet or something.

I don't understand why Katie hasn't been stabbed yet.

SHEEEEEEEEE broke into Carly's house and took the necklace. Yet, everyone is conveniently overlooking it! <_<

Gawd, I agree! It's a complete mess!

Simon's an idiot!

He has never been the brighest bulb in town! Carly is just as stupid! How she is still covering up her crime is dumb!

I don't understand why Katie hasn't been stabbed yet.

 More hate for Katie. I cant stand her either! Maybe a murder mystery involving Katie being killed. :P

I should send my copy of this episode to TPTB at ATWT. This is what should be featured on ATWT. More Lucinda/Barbara interaction. Loved them. Loved the Barbara/Will scenes. Reminded me of Barbara and Paul(Andrew Kavovit version). Add Margo and it was a great little episode!

Okay, I'm watching Friday's ep right now, and it's one of the best they've had in a while -- see, it's fine to have Jade and Craig in stories as long as it's not ALL about them. Lucinda rocked this week! I loved her telling Dusty he's responsible for his own mess, AND telling Craig the same. Both of them have needed a slapdown for a while.

And if it turns out that Barbara, Will and Paul join forces to find Johnny -- and who really cares if they find him or not, frankly -- then this story will FINALLY be worth the effort. It is about FAMILY and not just Craig's. Thank you for remembering that, writers!

Also, Jill should stick around and kick all the annoying people in the shins. Next up, Jill kicks Katie! Please!

I really enjoyed Friday's episode a lot. I loved Lucinda's straight-forwardness, always appreciated and very much needed. Personally...I think that Luke's new hair is hot...it turns me on like you wouldn't believe!

All in all, a good episode. Worthy of me saying that the world turned beautifully on Friday, but it all goes back to hell tomorrow of course.

 Great statement and very true!

I think Friday's episode was good in part because the script was written by Judith Donato. I believe she's the longest-serving scriptwriter on the show. She's able to use her experience and familiarity with the show to make the most of the material given to her to write.

My favorite scene was probably the one with Barbara and Will.

I also like Luke's hair this way!

I enjoyed that scene a lot because instead of them just having Barbara disappear from the police station and not been seen again until some time next week, we followed her as she spread the news of something that she just learned. If the show just followed characters from place to place, it'd be so much more contained and so much more enjoyable. The repetitive dialogue that is used to make up the scripts would be scrapped in favor of fresh perspectives from characters who aren't heavily involved in a storyline (such as Will's point of view regarding the whole Johnny [!@#$%^&*]). That in itself would make watching the show so much more easier. I watched an episode of DAYS earlier this year where the whole episode was contained and pretty much linear and it was such a breath of fresh air...SUCH a breath!
