Man, talk about a bunch of crap being shown to us...

First off, I give a big "Who cares?" to Adam and Jade...I'm not at all interested in him seeing her...in fact, I don't care one bit about the whole Will/Gwen/Adam/Jade drama....On a bright spot, I do like seeing Iris...she's always fun, just like Vienna...they just need to be mixed with other characters besides the same ones day in and day out.

Beyond tired of the Dusty/Craig/Johnny story...the minute Lucy takes Johnny out of town, the better I will be ....

Even the Carly/Simon/Katie/Mike storyline can't hold my attention.

The highlights for me were Barbara and Craig. I think both are great performers, and as I said yesterday they make any scene okay to me.

I hated the Carly/Simon/Henry/Carly stuff. I can tolerate the other stories much better than that one.

I actually like Adam & Jade together. I know that it is an interloper relationship and both want others, but I actually like them. I love Iris, and Terri Garber so having her back is interesting for me a little bit.

As to Craig and the baby. I knew we would be getting this story for several years. I mean this is the type of story that soaps build on for years. And years ago the story would have probably not been that bad. But with shows being an hour long now, and when they put the damn story on 5 days a week they do what could be a great story - a great injustice.

This story should be lots better. You have 2 powerful families fighting over one child which makes for powerful drama. The performers except for Lucy (SG) are very capable. Right now the writing is hurting but more than anything the coverage of the story is hurting. YOu can't put a story on for 5 days a week and not pick up the pace of the story. They need to back off, put better balance to the show, and I think the show would be at least a little better.

I totally agree with that, the show would greatly improve if it were not the same characters being displayed 5 days a week, because you are totally right, you can not have them on 5 days a week, and have there story move as slow as it does, they are currently doing that with the Carly mess and the Craig mess, if the stories were moving during any of these days they are on it would be fine, but it just seems like we see the same eppy every single show, and every week, because the storyline is not moving along at any kind of pace. So they either need to speed the story's up, or drop these people down to 2-3 days a week. IMO I could have missed the last month and a half and not missed a thing, because no storyline on this show has moved in that long, it is just a standstill. What I would like to know is what are they waiting for to get them moving?

I don't think they are waiting on anything. I think they are just in this mode that they feel that the average fan doesn't care what kind of story the stars are in - just as long as they are on. And sadly that is what most fans have given them the impression.

They constantly fawn over certain stars and characters on all shows, and the producers and writers have gotten into this sense of thinking that every fan wants that. There are fans out there that don't care what the story is just as long as they see their fave 5 days a week.

Well not all of us are that way. I love to look at Jon Hensley and I love Maura West and Martha Byrne but I don't want them on my screen 5 days a week unless the story is good.

Also the other part is that these writers get their faves that they like to write for, and the forget what the late great Douglas Marland said about not listening to what the fans want in regards to characters. I can't remember how he put it, but he basically said just because someone is your fave doesn't mean that everybody likes him.

I know that Hogan liked Hunt Block & Craig. From the way it looks JP likes Craig too.

I mean I like Craig too, but at least move his story along. He is good for creating trouble, but let him cause trouble for more on the 5 days he is on. At least one day if you want him on let him be involved in business and going after Lucinda. One day on the baby mess. One day against Paul & Meg. Put him back in Carly's orbit maybe. Something besides 5 days a week on the baby mess or Paul & Meg and no movement.

I liked the Paul & Craig scenes.

OMG Henry is killing me with the snark. He is so freaking snarky with Katie and it's a refreshing change.

When I came back I caught the last 5 minutes of the show. I hadnt missed a thing. Changes need to be made soon at ATWT. Goutman and Passanante need to go.

Everytime I watch ATWT lately, it seems like I'm seeing the exact same thing I did a month ago. I'm SICK of these current storylines; it's time for JP to move on. I just have had enough of Jean and Chris! This storyline with Craig and Johnny is beyond stupid! How in the f*&&( he(& did Craig get custody of Johnny? That makes no sense. There has to be a court date. All this rushing to give Craig custody is ridiculous! This storyline has so many bad things going for it. Too many for me to go over. I wont bother.

Whoever is in charge needs to fire Goutman and Passanante already. Someone at CBS needs to wake up and make changes at ATWT!

The sad part is that I didnt go back and rewind the DVD. So that I could see what I had missed. I just saw the ending and shut the darn thing off!

I think another thing that really saddens me is that Wednesday's show should be great, full of drama, something a lot have people have wanted for along time now, but the bad thing is I won't even care about the great show, because of all the boredom that has led up to it, if they would have done what they are doing tomorrow a month ago, I am sure I would have enjoyed it more. It just really pains me that great shows are not even good to me anymore, because I know that it is back to the same crap the next day again. I am sure I will praise it tomorrow, but it just won't feel the same to me as it would have in the past to see something so great.

Finally, Adam puts Jade in her place. How can Jade think that Gwen should be ok about her hanging around? Jade stabbed her in the back again and again, pretended to be pregnant with Will's baby, pretended that Gwen pushed her and caused her to lose the baby. Why does Adam (who knows all this) even want her around at all?

I hate Jade more and more everytime I see her.

Today's show 12-13 was much better than any of the shows I have seen in a long time, not great, but much better. Finally we had a day free of Katie/Carly/Mike/Simon/Sage/Jack/V/Henry, not one of them were on my screen today, I think it has been at least month since that has happened. Today we got to see Gwen/Iris/Will/Jade/Adam while the story is pretty much just rehashing stuff we have already seen it was still a tad bit more interesting than normal. I also really enjoyed the Casey/Maddie/Elwood scenes today, it was great to see Casey's storyline again today, though it still did not move much. Even though I am totally bored with the Craig storyline, it was much more interesting today. We finally got to see Margo and Lucinda both in the same show, which was nice.

So pretty much it was same old same old, but with the help of some cast members that are not seen that often it made the show better, than it would have been, not to mention the break of the Katie mess(which only brings the show down IMO).

Lucinda and Bob were the highlights of the show. Way too much Jade. Does she have a purpose in Oakdale? Iris/Gwen scenes were pure silliness!! How stupid can Gwen be? The whole show was a snoozefest except for the characters mentioned above.

I left out Margo too. She is always great to have on screen as well.
