Wow! Rosie just made her first big, HUGE mistake on The View today.

Well...Clay Aiken co-hosted Regis & Kelly last week and he put his hand over Kelly's mouth (in a very rude way) to shut her up. She was offended and said she didn't know where that hand had been.

Rosie said the only reason she was offended was because Clay is a gay man, despite Clay being rude to Kelly throughout the show. Kelly then called in FURIOUS! COMPLETELY FURIOUS that Rosie would try and label her a homophobe when she is possibly the only host NOT to ask Clay about his sexuality.

The call went on for about the entire segment and Kelly seemed VERY pissed. I'm glad she got to call in because this would've been blown out of proportion and could've ruined her name. I've been loving Rosie, but that was awful. It's like when people throw the race card out for any reason. It ruins it when there is an actual race (or in this case sexuality) concern. Then people don't take you seriously and say you're overreacting.

I can't stand Rosie O'Donnell (no, not because she's a lesbian). I think she has to be one of the most obnoxious women on tv. She is constantly saying things and slamming other people on the View and making controversial remarks that in my opinion are nothing but devisive. I find her to be rude at times to guests and she barely lets others talk without pushing her own opinions and agenda on others. I hope BW and ABC gets wise and cuts this blowhard loose and soon.

Screw these puny soap operas that very few watch these days! Could it be that VR is on The View because she's in an upcoming film with Samuel Jackson?

Thank God Victoria Rowell has other things to do and is staying busy doing other acting. I fail to see why she'd be on The View strictly for Y&R. It has to be for that upcoming film. She's got some good scenes in it.

I thought about the film, but it's not out until January, with the book out in April. It seems like it would be too early to promote it.

How do you know this? I've been trying everywhere to find SoapNet ratings, and the Y&R impact. I'd love to find proof, finally, that Y&R is having an impact on SoapNet. Can you tell us where you found these data?

There was an article here posted a few months back that SoapNet has scored their highest ratings this year, than any other previous year. It could mean the network is available in more homes, but the #1 daytime drama on their lineup has to help. Since Y&R's introduction to SoapNet, it's ratings on CBS have risen too.
